I was very pleased. Brix has a very nice cider selection. I got the flight which comes with 4 ciders of your choice. I chose Troll Juice which is a honey wine that packs quite the punch for a cider. The Cosmic Queen was pretty light in taste but not overly sweet. The apple and raspberry was a great mix. My personal favorite was the Watermelon Mojito, it was so light, very refreshing and delicious. I love mint, so this was right up my alley. I could have had a handful of those! Lastly I had Jam Sesh which was a bit too sweet for me but it was still pretty tasty. The Honey and Strawberry taste was pretty prominent, but I did taste a bit of the apple. I liked how chill this place was even though they had a live band playing outside. I had a few bites of the Wagyu Burger that my fiancé had and it was sooo good!
