Good balance between pasta and cheesy sauce. The brisket sandwich was unbelievable! The brisket was smoked perfect. Tender & juicy with just the right amount of fat. It pulled apart perfectly. My friend opted for the kale chicken salad that included ingredients for a scrumptious fall salad with pepitas, cranberries, butternut squash, goat cheese and sherry shallot dressing.
