Turns out, this was a perfect place to pick up some pizzas and wings to take back to our hotel. We were in town to see Tyrus, the comedian at the Texarkana Convention Center and we thought pizza and wings for the room after the event would be a welcome sight after returning to the room. However, wouldn't you know it????? We get back to the room and are not in the least bit hungry!!!! But all was not lost. We brought our pizza and wings and heated them back up in our trusty air fryer and the food was good as new! We chose to order two of the 8" pizzas with one El Diablo and one Popeye. We also ordered 12 wings and chose General Tso and Jamaican Jerk sauces for the wings. Everything that we ordered was so good. I really like the idea of the 8" pizzas because it helps me with portion control. I am not sure why I ever think a 20" pizza should be split between two people; but I digress. Seems better to me to have two 8" pizzas with two flavors than having a larger pizza with half and half flavors. The service is counterservice but a sweet lady did actually bring our items to us where we were waiting so that was nice. I enjoyed the decor. read more

Cool place with lots of seating in and out. Service is just ok. The few I talked to didn't really know the menu or options. Not sure why I saw deep dish in the pictures but just so you know there is no deep dish. Had the Kujo added pineapple cause always necessary on thick crust. They do put a lot of toppings and the crust is good. It's reminiscent of what i remember pan crust being at Pizza Hut. It's just ok pizza to me. Spinach artichoke dip was ok. If you get the idea by now everything is just ok. The cinnamon sticks was not exciting either. You need to take the top off as it's too much bread but the icing is nice. read more

This pizza has to be one of the best i've ever eaten! Ordered the Beekeeper with basil and hot honey. Lots of pepperoni and the most delicious cheese combination! The crust was perfect. The cinnamon sticks with the dipping sauce were very tasty! The order was prepared within a decent amount of time and the service was excellent. The location is convenient to nearby hotels as well. They have comfy booths and cool decor. Family friendly. They have a good kids menu as well . You can come to the restaurant or order on Uber eats. 5 stars! The girl that took our order was helpful and sweet. Our individual pizzas came out piping hot and made exactly as we ordered... mine was an Islander with tomatoes and spinach added. Picked up 2 pizzas to go. The service was extraordinary. More than 5 minutes after we ordered, realized that one of our friends was diabetic and should not be eating thick crust pizza. Called and asked if we could switch one pizza to thin crust. They did it, even though I am sure they already had made both of the pizzas with thick crust. Unfortunately the pizzas were not as good as I had hoped. I have heard multiple people say they are the best they have eaten. But not for me. Great pizza. I've eaten twice at this Texarkana location and can't praise it enough. Both time I came with others and we tried a variety of the starters (wings, cheese sticks), the Greek salad, a small pepperoni pizza and some of the signature pizzas (Pit Boss, El Diablo and Happy Hippy). Based on two great experiences I imagine that everything on the menu is good. Protip: If you are a heavy drinker like me, and you sit in the front dining area, there is a soda fountain around the corner to the left of the counter (didn't see it until I was almost done the second time). read more

I was driving thru Texarkana to Austin, and accidentally discovered this haven of pizza goodness! They have a bar area and ample booths and tables, and the surreal decor makes you want to add extra mushrooms to that pizza! Beyond the great food and life sized statues of Jake and Elwood 'Blues Brothers', their staff were so welcoming and personable. I will make this a destination stop when next in Texarkana! read more

We are from Ohio and stayed overnight in Texarkana with our final destination being San Antonio. We ordered a pizza and cheese-bread from this establishment. They contract with UberEats for their delivery. We experienced and issue with our order that The delivery person Miguel with Uber eats lied saying customer service cancelled him from preforming the delivery because it was "taking too long". (It was still in the 50-55min delivery timeframe) I didn't receive an update on who the new delivery person would be and while tracking my order it wasn't reflecting that my order had been picked up. I contacted the restaurant to advise of our dilemma and was told the order was sent out at 6:55pm. I was directed to contact UberEats since someone from them picked up the order. After 20 mins with customer service at UberEats no resolution. Rep claiming not being able to locate the order since it wasn't placed directly through them and the refusal to connect me to a supervisor my husband called the restaurant back and spoke with Mackenzie. She was so sincere and apologetic and noticed another come through there system (although we did not place a second order after already being charged $40) A new delivery person Joi arrived to get our order. (Still no update from UberEats) needless to say crazy situation but Mackenzies assisted us, had our order remade and even included a cinnamon stick dessert. Food was amazing, definitely recommend trying out, but pick up your own order if you can because UberEats did not provide any level of professionalism nor no interest in resolving the problem. Really good deep dish pizza. Not to much sauce or dough (which some deep dish pizzas can have); the toppings and cheese were the right size and amount, all the way to the edge of the pizza with little to no crust. Ordered the Otis Pizza (normal meatlovers which also included a very delicious chicken on it; which tasted smoked). Highly recommend!! Restaurant has a nice sitting area with a handful of booth & then tables. Has two sides, bar side and restaurant side, which kept it family friendly. The atmosphere was fun, with all the classic pictures, decorations and other paraffinllaia on the walls, from around the 70s-80s. It was a pretty happening place for a Tuesday with a steady stream of people eating in and taking out, but not over crowded or anything. Over all a great experience....only complaint would be that it was bloody cold in there; definitely bring a sweater (even in the head of a Texas summer). read more
