I screwed up my online order. Showed up at the wrong Hut but they straightened it all out without me having to do anything at all. They've always had the best pizza, even though it all probably comes from the same suppliers. They were great to me even though I'm the one who screwed things up. I see alot of ppl angry with this place but these are people with more thought invested into whatever it is they are thinking thats got em hating it. Its simple. Ordered online to avoid waiting too long but had to choose carry-out and wanted to eat in. When we arrived there was a woman cleaning tables and rudely told us we could sit where we liked. There were 3 tables of customers and it took us a bit to find a clean table. Once we sat down the waitress came to take our drink order and seemed very nice. I told her we had an online order and gave her my name and after a few minutes the lady that had been cleaning tables came over and told us that we wouldn't be able to eat in because I ordered online and used a coupon that was for carry-out only. I couldn't believe what she was telling me and asked her if she was serious and she got very rude! She left for a minute and came back and told me that JUST this time we could eat in but next time we'd have to take our food and go. It took me a while to calm down and only because our drinks were on the table and my kids were hungry I didn't leave. The rest of our dine in experience was pleasant because of our waitress, who's name I didn't get. She was great and took great care of us! I won't be returning to this Pizza Hut though, this could have been handled much better. I can understand that I was wrong in trying to get the deal that was only for carry-out but the rudeness was uncalled for! Ordered pizza and cheese sticks at 1:37pm. $34 dollars. Waited 1 and 44 minutes for it. Got here and it was COLD and nasty. Will order Dominos or starve before ordering here ever again! read more

Employees here are super nice and care about the quality of the food. I appreciate the cleanliness of this Pizza Hut and a friendly smiles that greet you. The pizza here is sooooo good this is my place to come from now on when I'm craving a good pizza. Wish I could say that about all pizza huts but I can't. 2nd review: I went back to this location because the manager on duty gave me a $20 credit to my account for that store to apologise for the issues they were having with their computers and the hour wait for a single pizza. She handed me the receipt with the discount with the pizza. Today, I placed another order online (first pizza I have ordered since) to collect on that credit. Order was for $16-$17, so everything should be fine. I get there, pizza just got out of oven, and they don't show the credit. I show them the credit receipt, and the guy hands it over to a general manager that literally blamed it on me or someone else somehow already using the credit, even though they could not pull up when and how. She would not budge from her position so we both parted ways unprofessionally. read more

Horrible customer service. Order and an hour later they call to tell you they are out of what you order and then hang up on you. When you call back to speak to a manager it is the same person who hung up on you and when you ask to speak to their boss they tell you they are not dealing with you that as the customer you need to deal with how busy they are and just get over it.....I will never order from Pizza Hut again..... read more
