Don't know why but the pizza lately has been horrible. The girls that work there are always standing around gossiping and giggling. Or outside in the back of the store standing around. If I order an original pan pizza and pay extra then I should get what I pay for. And my pizza is getting smaller, plus There's barely any cheese on my pie. There's not much you can count on in this world. But one thing that never seems to change is that Pizza Hut still serves garbage food made by employees who don't care. It has been years since I resorted to ordering from the Hut. What suckered me back in this time was their so-called Chicago Tavern style pizza. As an ex-Illinoisan, I couldn't resist trying it. But what they made for me was barely edible, much less a faithful rendition of Chicago's lesser known - but most popular among locals - style of thin-crust pizza. Although I specifically requested extra sauce, the pizza I received was made with next to none. Plus, the pepperoni it was topped with had an off-putting odor that I would have to assume is the sign of a low-grade product. After trying a couple of slices, this pizza was donated to the nearest trash can. It would have been more convenient and satisfying to flush $14 down the toilet than ordering from Pizza Hut, and I will not be fooled again. read more

First time I order the thin crust, and never again. It was like cardboard, I have never tasted cardboard, but this tasted terrible, and it didn't help that you could hardly find the topping, I even paid for mushroon and olives, and this now 4 topping pizza looked like a one topping. guess iam finished with this pizza spot. Everything here is great. We ordered the meat lovers, cheese lovers, and boneless wings. The pricing wasn't too bad using the Pizza Hut app with a deal combo. The cheese lovers did not disappoint! The white sauce is great with the Parmesan crust. The meat lovers has a ton of meat toppings. We ordered the Buffalo Burnin Hot sauce for the wings and it is very hot with a good, unique flavor. What can I say about Pizza hut.... This is a small pizza hut compared to some I have been in. I went in with a friend who ordered take out. The staff was friendly behind the counter. When we got back to their house everything was still warm and you can tell was made to order. This was the first time I had pizza hut here. Everything from pizza to the pasta they ordered was pretty good. The last time we ate at one in Vegas we decided we weren't crazy about Pizza hut anymore but this wasn't bad. They don't have the option for no stars so one it is this time. Place has gone way down hill the past six Months or so. I called the number and now you get the third party outcall center somewhere in India which sucks because it takes twice as long to place the order with the non English as a first language operator. So I was told 15/20 mins after I placed my Order. I arrived for pick up around the 20/25 minute mark. When I gave my name the young girl behind the counter looked it up and said hold on walked in the back came back and said ok we have your order it's in the oven it'll be 20-25 minutes. I said if it's in the oven now it won't take 20 minutiae more like 8-10 tops. She looked like a deer in headlights Speechless. I said well keep the pizza I'm out of here obviously there's no idea what's going on here. The whole time another employee mid aged over weight scruffy guy standing off to side not saying anything I've seen him there before he's usually standing out the back door dragging in a cancer stick I left drive to dominos and was in and out in a flash. I , well months back ate at the Pahrump, Nv., Pizza Hut, had ordered a extra large pizza with extra toppings for close to $20.00, with in about 2-4 hours me and my guest had some pains, stomach gas, and made several trips to the bath-room, my neighbor was going to Walmart, I had her pick up alot of over the counter med's for stomach diarrhea, which seem to lasted for 2-3 days, I told my local Pharmacy person about this, they said it sounded like spoiled food, and or spoiled toppings put on the pizza, we never went back, I did write the Corp. Office for Pizza Hut, they are all privately owned, and said they would follow up with me, but I never heard a word, we just do not eat there any more at all. read more

Tastes exactly like pizza hut. I am visiting from California and was told by family don't order from here because it's awful. But I decided to give them a chance anyways I ordered the 3 cheese stuffed crust and 2 orders of wings. I must say it was perfect even my family was wowed by how Excellent our order was when it arrived pizza was delivered early. It was fresh and still super hot tasted so good wings were just as good. If I could give a half star I would. I ordered pizza, pasta, and mini apple pies, to be delivered. The only thing luke warm was the apple pies, when the food finally showed up. We placed our order was told a time it would be delivered, 20 minutes after that time we called, we were told it was on the way. All I can say is the driver must have been coming from Vegas because it did not show up for another 45 minutes after that. The real sucky part was the fact we have just moved into our new house and have no stove or microwave yet, so we could not even heat the food back up. The pasta was flavorless and the pizza was dry. We ordered pan pizza for carry out. I used the online ordering system and my order was ready when I got there (in about 15 min. after ordering). We aren't the biggest fan of Pizza Hut, but frankly these were some of the best pies we've had in awhile from there. The crust was great, just the right amount of sauce, cheese and toppings. The pizza can be pretty good but it feels like 90 percent of the time there is some major issue. Delivery seems to take hours, we've had the pizza order completely wrong. when it was delivered. We've even tried carry out and after an hour we drove down and was told it would be another half hour. It also seems like the staff has a very high turn over rate which could be affecting quality. I didn't put anything up the first time thinking the delivery issues might have been a fluke that night. First time the tracker said out for delivery for about 46 minutes. When I called to ask what's up they put me on hold for 5 minutes then came back and said it's ok it's way. I said that wasn't good enough and he admitted that the pizza had not left the store and apologized. Pizza came about 10 mini later. Tonight did order online. Watched the tracker- again said our fir delivery. After total time of hour and 15 (from the time we ordered online and about 40 minutes of "out for delivery") we called. The girl put the phone down (not even on hold). After almost 10 minutes she never came back. We hung up and figured they would figure it out and deliver. Nope. Now 3 hours in (yes we gave up and ate something else) we called back just to see what they would say. The initial message went on for more than 5 minutes. When they came in it took a few more minutes to find out that our order had been canceled. Horrible customer service, very disorganized and semi rude. read more
