The deals here are so much more than they are anywhere else, not worth it to buy anything here unless you like wasting money.

I had placed my order at 9:39pm 10/8/22 for a Large stuffed crust chicken and white sauce pizza and ended up getting sausage instead of chicken, under the impression that the store closes at 10pm I waited until the next day to call and let them know about the mishap and a lady manager told me that I had placed my order at 6:06 pm and that I had time to call that night and then I respectfully told her that I had the receipt and it says I placed my order at 9:39pm and also remember it being at around 10 pm because I was busy at around 6pm and I got there right before I thought they were closing, she repeated that I placed my order at 6: 06pm and that I had time to call before they closed then said they close at midnight and hung up on me all while the whole phone call I was being respectful as possible and she was so rude about it. read more

Ironic that I mentioned charging for Ice with my first review....Now you can not even GET ice. Or a glass. Or refills. Fountain is gone. Now you have to buy a plastic bottle of soda, AND water. I might expect that from a take out only place...but not a dine in. I tossed the receipt before checking to see if I was still charged a " service fee". And now , even when you dine in, you have to actually pay for parmesan or pepper flakes. I couldn't find any napkins. NO napkins? Guess on this review I will just say, that the next time I will not be surprised if I have to pay extra for cheese. And sauce. That is, if there is a next time. Doubt it. read more

Ordered online... cheaper than in person. Pulled up to the window and waited for 20 minutes before someone actually helped me. A staff member at the counter inside totally ignored me even though she glanced at me a few times. A courtesy, "good evening can you please hold," would have done. Lack of customer service has diminished this location. read more

When it comes to reviewing a restaurant, I focus on three things, quality, quantity, and service. Out of all the food chains I have tried in the city of Porterville, I have declared Pizza Hut to be unsatisfactory. Every time I would order a pizza from Pizza Hut, the pizza would always taste too sweet, it is greasy, and their dough had a texture similar to cardboard. To add to that, their customer service is also something to take note of. I would end up having to wait a little less than an hour, wondering if I will ever receive my pizza. read more

So I came in today to order 3 pizzas and wings. Don't get me wrong the cooks in the back are awesome, but the girl up in the front (Lydia) lacks any kind of customer service skills. This girl was so rude taking our order we almost walked out. If pizza Hut has any kind of customer service training, she needs about a years' worth. Come on Pizza Hut , wake up and train your employees right. Make sure they don't have resting "B" face while they are waiting on customers. read more

Thanks for going back for my wings that you cooked 30 minutes before I actually got them really cold. Horrible service got my pizza wrong and sent the driver back with the extra topping in a tub with the wings you forgot the first time you came. you mess up my pizza so I have to finish it at home? Way better than the Pizza Hut on Henderson. I got the $11 dinner box and my pizza actually had cheese! Something that never happens to my pizzas at the other Pizza Hut. My breadsticks and cinnamon sticks were nice and warm even when I got home. I also like the drive-thru window, it's nice and convenient. Overall I had a good experience. read more

I really wish I could give this place no stars but I guess one will do. I have never been more irritated by a pizza purchase in my life. The girl at the register handed us our pizza, not showing it to us for even a second before we left. I guess it's understandable though why she didn't show us the pizza once we got home and opened it and saw what was under the lid. Okay, so we ordered a pizza with a lot of toppings: bacon, pepperoni, garlic, mushrooms, tomatoes, etc. I feel the only one they really listened to was GARLIC. SO MUCH GARLIC. Garlic embedded in the dough, garlic under the cheese, under the toppings, in the cheese, on top of the pizza, falling off the sides in piles and piles of minced garlic. Now I love garlic, but by the time I was done getting the excessive amounts of garlic off my pizza I had accumulated well over a cup of minced garlic just from one half of the pizza, and still with an unreasonable amount on the pizza. It shouldn't have to be a hassle to remove the excess amount of one topping on your pizza. It took me ten minutes to get it all off and by then the pizza was cold, my hands were covered in grease, and literally all of the toppings of the pizza were on a plate having to be placed back on to the crust. If I wanted to build my own pizza I would have gone to the grocery store and picked out the ingredients myself. And that is exactly what I'll do if I ever want pizza again, that or go to little ceasars which I usually don't like but for half the price and no hassle, I'd gladly go there over this piece of crap establishment ever again. read more

I ordered food online at about 6pm at night, my order was accepted I got a confirmation email and a confirmation text so that I could track my order, I was to get my delivery at approximately 6:30pm so when 7pm came around I figured it was time to call the restaurant. I called and never received an answer. I kept trying until about 9pm with no answer. I finally drove down to the restaurant because they close at 11pm. And the store was already closed while I had a pending order and they had already taken my money. So I wait until the next day and call in to speak with a manager about the scenario and was told they couldn't do anything for me but if I would like to place and order and pay for it they would be willing to make it for me. There wasn't even an apology or a refund. And I never even got my food. I frequently order food from this place so it's an extreme let down to get treated in such a way. Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. read more
