I have for the most part always enjoyed dominos, and it has always been my favorite amongst other pizza chains. I have ordered twice from this location and both times were my worst experience I have ever had. The first time we ordered 2 pizzas and the crust was more like crunchy toast. You could see the red on the crust from the sauce but the sauce other than that was pretty much non existent. Not at all what I am used to having from a dominos. The second time we ordered 2 sandwiches and a loaded tots. While i can say the tots were great, The sandwiches were absolutely horrible. Much like the first pizzas we ordered the bread was like crunchy toast. There was barely any meat at all on the sandwiches and we couldn't even finish them so we threw them out. SERVICE (1star if that!): The first thing the employee said (from sitting at the bar) as I walked in to order some food was, "what are you doing here?" At this point I was just about to turn around and leave, but my elderly mother (who was waiting for me to come back) really wanted the philly cheese steak sandwich. So, I told the SITTING employee that "I need to make an order". So, I reluctantly ordered, paid for it, did some errands, came back to pick up and departed ways - NOT TO COME BACK. Dominos Pizza has stepped up their pizza game several years back by changing the crust. That made a huge impact on their product. Some mixture of buttery garlic goodness costs the outside crust which adds to each bite you take. Being as this is a chain restaurant you pretty much know what you're getting and how it taste. This location is no different. The pizza was every I expected it to be. All the meats makes for a happy camper. The reason for the low review is the employees. As soon as I walked in the door I could tell the two didn't want to be there and I was interrupting them. Not one friendly comment or a smile, I could tell they did t want anything to do with me. Luckily my pizza was already prepared and waiting for me. I asked for some garlic butter and ranch.... again another inconvenience for them. I paid and was out of there. Walked in and was greeted right away! I had multiple people ask how they could help me and took my order immediately. I asked about wait times and they worked well as a team to give me an accurate timing. I was ordered 5 large pizzas plus more for a family dinner and they said 20 minutes. Which was fine by me. And they were exactly on time. The food was great. I ordered the BBQ chicken pizza and everyone loved it. The chicken had great flavor! The service has seemed to improve since they've moved. read more

I ordered delivery last night, 2 Philly steak sandwiches. A waste of money. All bread. Barely any meat, one sliver of onion and pepper and a couple mushroom pieces. Will never order from this Dominos again read more

Always right always delivered on time and it is always what I expected. When you place the order for wings pre heat your over to 450%. I just like to bake the sauce in. By the time your oven is ready for the extra 5 min they are perfect!!! read more

I looooooooovvvvvvvveeeeee this Domino's. It doesn't get better than this place right here. Domino's has become my go to, not only for the food, but for the amazing people working there that always get my food to me on time and in the best condition. If your debating on this Domino's or another food place, there should be no hesitation, Domino's is amazing for any kind of night. read more

Dominos Pizza Mt. Washington has refused delivery to my house because they say I live out of area. I see multiple dominos pizza delivery cars go past my house when I'm out working in the yard regularly and delivering to houses farther (out of area) than mine. Well I was pretty excited to pick up pizza from Dominoes because I had heard they changed their pizza some and it was really good. I work downtown and this location is the closest one to my house so I put my order in on line and drove the 30-35 minutes to pick it up. I walked in, the guy behind the front counter didn't greet me or respond when I said hello. He walked to the back area which is still visible from the pick up area. There were 2 other girls back there. One was complaining about her boss I think. Her and the guy carried on a conversation for several minutes and NO ONE ASKED IF THEY COULD HELP ME OR ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I WAS EVEN THERE. After 9 minutes passed which I could easily track by their pizza tracking screen the guy said " did she help you yet?" Seriously? "She" was too busy griping about her job and boss. So...I paid him and he handed me my pizza which had been sitting on the rack the entire time and after all that, the pizza was just not good at all. Almost no trace of sauce, no flavor or seasoning. Sadly the same crappy pizza I had from them 2 years ago. No more Dominoes for me or at least not the one in Mt Washington. read more

Domino's online order is much, much easier than Pizza Hut and the pizza is always great.

I have always had good experiences with this pizza place. I normally order on-line for delivery, so I really cannot comment on the staff. The drivers are always kind and professional. The pizza is very good as far as takeout is concerned. Everyone is nice when I need to call and request to be cut in squares. read more
