On Friday 02/20/2026 I ordered a Pizza from the Pizza Hunt in Red Oak, Tx. When I received it, it was not sealed. I called (about 6:35pm) and notified the restaurant (Chelesea) and she said, she understood and would have remake it and have it redelivered. An hour later Chelsea called saying she had forgotten I order. She said it will probably be another hour. After 9:10pm I got a text saying my order was being unassigned. I called the restaurant and spoke with Greg to inquire about my order He began to use profane language and said, he would not have a problem eating an unsealed Pizza. It was after 10:00pm when a Pizza finally got to my home and the topping was not what I ordered. Terrible experience. I will never order from Pizza Hut again. read more

I ordered from Pizza Hut in the middle of the week online and it was inedible. The order was a crispy thin crust with two meats, onion, and mushroom. The dough on the bottom was gooey. You couldn't chew or swallow it. The crust on the edges was crispy and thin but light in color. If I didn't know better, I'd say it was frozen and microwaved. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this place. On two occasions, I have I order chicken wings and about half are as tiny as my finger tip. I had not checked before leaving the store only to be shocked when I open it after arriving home. Today I visited the location again and expressed my contempt and how I feel cheated for my money with half of the wings being soo tiny. I Sadie at 2;22 pm, the lady taking my order after I had waited for over 7 minutes, that I was going to order the wings again and to make sure the sizes are even and reasonable. She stated that the wings comes in different sizes, I told her I understand they may not be exact size but for the tiny ones makes me feel cheated. She did not seems to take my complain seriously. So I made my order went to run other errands, and come back to pick up my order. I asked if I could look at it. She said go ahead. I looked and three out of eight were way too small. I told her that two were visibly so tiny. She rolled her eyes and gesture at her colleagues. I said it is ok and left the store. I should have told her to refund my money and cancel my order...but the love of Pizza Inn's Pizza and wings made me not to do so. Probably the worst experience. I have been ordering to the same address. Using the SAME phone number for over 4 years. I even have an online account. Somehow my last order I was marked as a "new customer" the store policy is to call and confirm "new customers" and they called a number I've never heard of. Never mind that I have a text message CONFIRMATION showing my order. Email. And have receipts from months of orders showing I'm CLEARLY NOT A NEW CUSTOMER. My order was cancelled. Had a "no contact" delivery, but because I didn't answer the door (wasn't home at the time) they took my food back to the store which defeats the purpose of "no contact". I didn't want to wait the estimated 2 hours for re-delivery so I drove to the store and asked to have my delivery fee and tip reimbursed. The manager said she would refund the entire order at the end of the night. It's been over a month and I was never reimbursed for anything. I understand, if there was a line, but I was awkwardly standing in front of them for a few minutes before someone acknowledged me. Absolute disgrace! I ordered my pizza at 6:03pm, said it was out for delivery at 6:15pm. I called the store at 7:21pm asking where my food was and they said it would be delivered by 8:32pm. It is now 8:40pm and I received a text message it was being delivered by DOORDASH, oh and still NO PIZZA. Ordered two pizzas from this location and they were a disappointment. I ordered two primo pizzas. They looked nothing like the picture. My pizzas were missing the main component that makes a pizza, a pizza... CHEESE!!! Okay, so, there were some specks of cheese, but that's unacceptable. If the pizza were free it would be, but it's absolutely not when I'm paying with my hard earned money. I called and requested a manager and explain to her that there was very little to no cheese on my pizzas. I ordered two pizzas online. There was a coupon 2 large for 7.99 each. My husband, son and I went to pick them up only to be told that they only received one pizza on the order. Keep in mind Im in the car with my baby in my PJs because I wasn't planning on getting out. Having to get my son out in the cold as little as possible. I know this isn't their fault totally. I screenshot the confirmation after I ordered it. My husband came out to the car and told me they couldn't do anything with a confirmation number!? She didn't even attempt to check.I had to get out, get my baby out, in a crowded store, stylin and profilin in my PJs to deal with them. This past summer we ordered a few pizzas for the family and the order was wrong. I wasnt too upset by that since people do make mistakes. It's about how you fix them. After a lackluster conversation on the phone, i went to the store. Almost immediately i was threatened with violence and asked to leave by one of the workers. I asked what his problem was and he told me I looked like i was going to jump him. I had 4 large pizzas and a receipt in my hand. There is a counter that is over 3 feet high and 3 feet across. He thought I was going to what? Before I even said anything? I immediately turned my camera on and asked if i could go ahead and conduct commerce and no longer be threatened. Come to find out he was a drive throuvh person that shouldnt have even been at the front. The manager fixed my pizza problem but wouldnt even address the terrible actions of the worker. If he thinks customers are superhuman and prone to violence just for walking in, he might have been under the influence of something. I dont know and dont care.
