Had Marcos again last night. We were out and I was intrigued by their Pizzoli. Sort of a pepperoni wrap/ mini calzone, so I ordered online and went by to pick it up. They were fast, the inside of the store was clean and the young women who handed me my order was pleasant. I was pleasantly surprised when I ordered, I had a $5.00 discount, I guess, as a reward for my previous orders. Which bought my total to $2:15. Pretty good deal. The Pizzoli was good, not great. It was hot and ready faster than the order initially indicated. As far as taste goes, I would have preferred it a bit spicier. Of course that could just be a matter of taste. I have used this location since they opened, but today I spent 63.00, and the manager Ryan was rude and couldn't tell me where my order was that shows delivered and the order is still not here after an hour of waiting instead of Ryan trying to assist with the issue he started telling me I couldn't get a refund when the order did show up!!! This was definitely the last time visiting Marcos!! It would have been understandable that some order's get picked up by doordash if Ryan had explained instead of being RUDE AS I Was leaving this review, the food did arrive cold!!! read more

Marcos pizza is really worth trying out. The prices are reasonable, the pizzas are a great size, they give you plenty of topping (meat, cheese, veggies, etc.) and the pizzas, calzones and wings are really good there. read more

I wish I could give this store 0 stars! I don't know what has happened over the last couple of months but the service here is HORRIBLE!!! They literally gave me a pizza without the middle! I picked the pizza up and there was a hole.. nothing but the top layering of pepperoni.. of course called back that night.. no answer.. called back in the morning.. smart mouth lil boy saying oh you should have called last night what you want me to do.. umm I did call...nobody answered! Told me to call back after 5.. did that.. I get another smart mouth unprofessional lil boy.. who tells me to call back tomorrow after he originally told me he was the general manager.. and when I ask him why did he say he was the general manager if he wasn't.. and tell them they need to work on their customer service.. the lil boy decides he wants to hang up in my face! See it's things like this that make people go to these stores and act up.. but I'm smarter than that.. corporate here I come! I think they all need to be in the unemployment line! read more

First of all I would like to start off by expressing my disappointment towards my recent visit to Marcos Pizza in Cedar HillTexas. The guy who waited on me at the time was in the store by himself taking orders and answering phone orders as well. When he got finish taking my order he resumed to making my pizza. I asked him if he had washed his hands and he said he put hand sanitizer which is not the right answer when you're sticking your dirty hands in cheese ,meats and other ingredients that goes on the pizza. He seen I was troubled by what he was doing so he stated that the oven would kill the germs while the pizza was baking. I tried to call corporate and report this but no matter what extension you tried to get connected to all you got was automation and was told to leave a number or email. It has been 2weeks later and I still haven't heard back from anyone. I use to really enjoy Marcos but after that experience I will never go back to that location or any location for that matter. I literally got home and threw away an $25.70 pizza in the trash because I knew I would throw up if I stuck that thing in my mouth.Upper management please take the initiative to retrain your employees on the importance of cleanliness while working with people food because people will take notice and stop patronizing your establishment. read more

My first time coming to this location and my experience turned out good. I placed a call ahead order and it was ready upon pick up. This Marcos is located on the cedar hill side of Pleasant Run in a small shopping center next to other businesses. Customer service was good on this occasion and helpful. Pizza was delicious and they didn't skimp on the ingredients. Only thing I will say was that the pizza wasn't sliced well enough to break apart. Very minor but I would definitely revisit this location again to order up some Marcos pizza. read more

Marco's Pizza was so awesome. They had great parking spots and my pizza was done in only ten minutes! As I walked in I noticed the fun atmosphere and pizza smell. My adventure to Marco's was so thrilling and I enjoyed the silly customers. Also was prettty clean! Everyone in there was very nice and I enjoyed my less than 30 minute stay... My family was super excited about having a Marcos closer to us in Cedar Hill. Other orders haven't had any issues, but last night I placed an order to be PICKED UP at 6:25. Order hadn't been started until 6:40. When my husband brought this to the attention of the employee (wasn't wearing name badge) he was told " that ain't my f***ing problem." Just wow. Won't be giving them anymore of my money. Was still charged. Tried cancelling, haven't received any confirmation that it has been cancelled or refund issued. read more

Worst customer service. Ordered a pizza at 6 and they said it would be 30 minutes. I can back 50 minutes later and they were confused about my order then printed out the ticket and said it would be 15 minutes. I came back 15 minutes later and was told my order was voided. The manager had no remorse said they would make my pizza. 7:35 came around manager disappeared and the worker placed my pizza to the side without letting anyone know it was ready. read more

I ordered a special that came with two medium pizzas, cheesy bread and a 2 ltr. My order was sup to be ready at 8:15pm we waited 10 additional minutes and then they forgot to give us our soda. I call fhe restaurant and the person who answers the phone doesn't know how to do a refund so she asks for help from someone who tells her to tell me she'll give me a credit for 5.00 on my next order. I placed my order tonight at 8:30pm online I get there and it's not ready . The guy said we're behind 28 more minutes I said ok . I go back in and check he says 22 more mins .
