My experience here was pretty meh. I ordered two large pizzas--one with cheese and crisp pepperoni, and the other without cheese but with pepperoni. Both pizzas were hard and unpleasant to eat. The crust on the cheese pizza was not even edible, and the no-cheese pizza was also hard with burnt pepperonis and barely any sauce. When I called to ask about a replacement, I was told that remaking it with more marinara sauce wouldn't make a difference--which I know isn't true, since I've ordered the same thing from other Pizza Hut locations and from places like Domino's without these issues. There was plenty of sauce on it too, which mattered since the person eating it is lactose intolerant. They did allow me to switch it out for double breadsticks by bringing the pizza back, which I appreciated. Still, I don't know if I'll return to this location. Honestly, I'm kind of over Pizza Hut as a whole since they got rid of their famous pan pizza (and I don't count the $2 "extra" pan version--it's just not the same as the one from childhood). read more

Order here 1-2 times a month. On average the delivery takes a long time and food has been consistently over cooked or burnt. This location also does not honor promotions or coupons. So if you like paying full price even though you have a coupon and eating burnt pizza then order from this location. I'll be switching back to Domino's. read more

I order from here because I live close and the food used to arrive quickly and hot. Now they use Door Dash. After no updates after my order was 30 minutes late I called. I was told my order was sitting there waiting for the Door Dash driver to run to the bank because I was paying with cash. Nope, cancelled. If you would have told me upfront I wouldn't have ordered and tried again another day. read more

We order here a lot. Like at least once a month since January of 22'. I always order LIGHT sauce due to medical issues and they have done that for me once. Spent the rest of my pizza nights "mopping" up all extra sauce off of my pizza. Otherwise it's been great. Cooked to our personal perfections. Ready on time 90% of the time. No missing items or other issues other than the sauce. read more

When you think Pizza Hut, you think quick delivery of pizza that is consistent if perhaps not gourmet. This location fails on the most fundamental level - they've opened a location in a very rural wooded community and within shorted distances they refuse to deliver. I'm only 6 miles away, straight shot easy drive, and they refuse. I can order from others 30+ miles away these days from a nearby larger city that is a pain to access. By far the worst experience i have had with ANY pizza place... the Franchisee should be worried that they will lose this business if things don't change. #1 they don't deliver past 8 miles. Both The Untouchables (Denver NC) as well as Mamas Pizza Express (Moorseville, NC) are nearly twice as far and still deliver to my home. #2 The location screwed up an order (3x's) to the same business location all in one night. #3 Went into the store for a refund on that said order and waited 30 mins to process a debit reimbursement. I've ordered quite a few times for contactless delivery here. Half of the time the drivers don't listen and wait at the door even though I pay online and tip. I'd like to stay contactless please. And also, this place normally forgets some part of your order. Over the past few months they've forgotten wings, pizzas, dips, drinks, etc. So, do not be surprised if something is missing from your order. AWFUL service! We ordered curbside pickup due to the pandemic and we got the pop up on the phone of it being ready. A girl walked by giving another car pizza and we asked, she then said that it was coming and we waited. 20 minutes later we got sick of waiting and walked in. It was sitting there all along. Sadly my latest experience with this Pizza Hut location in my hometown left me not only without dinner but the lack of good manners and common courtesy by Ryan "manager" left me so frustrated I will be contacting Corporate on Monday because they are closed on the weekend! In short they did not have what I ordered so delivered a substitute did not call me to ask if I approved. I would have cancelled order because I do not eat what was delivered. I called the store to have what I ordered delivered after 10 plus minutes being on hold Ryan answered I never even got to speak until abruptly I was put directly on hold again! It's now about 10pm I'm hangry and now plain Angry! I call back get a manager in training I tell her what happened and she tells me they do not have what I ordered and they should have called me. Laugh out loud moment no call! She said we can give you a credit next time you order will be no charge fine by me but no dinner! Today I get a call from Ryan I was like okay this is nice. He says I heard you had a problem with order last night. I explained what happened and what trainee said and he says well we can't do that we can give you a discount....I lost my mind in that second! Fortunately no profanity ensued Jesus held my tongue, however as I explained he was out of his mind and needed a lesson in good customer service he told me I was wrong he has a masters degree in psychology i would not share that kind of information only made him look worse in my opinion..insert laugh out loud again! I was like how can you tell me you will not credit me for food I bought and you did not deliver? He then back tracked and said well we can credit what you ordered but nothing else. OVER TWO HOUR WAIT!!! RUDE MANAGER!! CURSING CHILDREN OUT. Will never return the manager cursed out everyone even an older man, children and didn't even get all the orders right. My experience has been very disappointing my 12-year-old daughter started crying from all of the chaos going on. She told one old man not to curse in her store and then when he went to pay she said I hope you don't kiss your mother with that mouth. People waiting for over two hours when online it said 15 minutes people waiting from 6:30 to 8:30. If people didn't pick up their food in time she would put in a pile called the free pile and anyone can pick it up for free. Not only that but she didn't even get many peoples orders right. Cursing out all of the people inside the store. One man was waiting for over an hour when his food was ready 30 minutes before that but she told him it wasn't after he continuously asked. Another person who waited over two hours didn't even get his meal correct. Not everyone got their meal correct till customers had to take it upon themselves and check to see if their order was right. A little bit after that she got her phone and started texting and told another worker to do her job as she couldn't do it because she was to pissed off. It was a circus!!! We live less than 5 miles from this Pizza Hut so we called to have an order delivered, even though we saw the one star review. We are the type of people that like to give everyone the benefit of the doubt. After placing our order, we were told that they would not deliver to our address because it was too far away. The manager told us it was outside of company policy to deliver 5 miles. We literally hung up and called another Pizza Hut that was almost 15 miles away and they gladly delivered to our house. My son and I have been sick. My son had a fever of 102 so the easiest way to get an order is to do curbside. My order said it would be done in 10 to 20 minutes and I would receive a notification. When Got to Pizza Hut I decided to call because I had not yet received a notification and it had been over 20 minutes. I was on the phone for 12 minutes and no one answered. Waited a few minutes and tried to call again and the recording said the store was closed. Mind you I'm sitting in the parking lot watching people go in and out and waiting for my order or at least some type of notification. Finally after 45 minutes from my ordering time I decided to go in. I was told they were too busy to bring my order out. I have worked in the restaurant and it doesn't matter how busy you are. You go in order! I had left a tip and they refused to even try to give me back my tip. The tip was to have it delivered to my car. I was told that I didn't have to leave a tip. After asking to speak to the manager I was told that she was busy and would tell me the same thing. The only reason I like Pizza Hut is for their stuffed crust pizzas. The last time we got pizza from the Pizza Hut in Denver the pasta made my daughter and I violently sick. read more

My husband and I called to place an order for take out as we had family in town for overnight and Pizza Hut informed us they could not deliver to our address as we lived outside their delivery range of 2.2 miles of the restaurant. When in fact a few days prior a delivery was made to our neighbors house and we only live 3.8 miles from this particular Pizza Hut Restaurant. My husband ended up driving to the store and picked up the order which ended up being wrong when he got there; therefore, I'm giving them a 0 for a rating. We have picked up pizza three times from this location. Each time It tasted good. They were made correctly and were ready on time. It is good to have quick option close by.
