I have ordered online from here multiple times. I don't have any dine in experience to share. The dining room is small, but looked good to me. I always arrive earlier than the online order predicts my order will be ready. Every time it is already there for my pickup. I always get the 8 corner. It is consistently good. I think for a chain it is good pizza. I will continue to order from here. read more

Usually have really good service but after waiting 2 HOURS for a pizza I changed my mind. 3 different excuses as to why our pizza was taking so long and the manager said it was because of a driver shortage. DO NOT order online as they told us it already takes much longer. Have never had to call a place 3 different times to find out where my food was. Extremely disappointed and frustrated with a toddler that was looking forward to pizza after a long day of travel. If you're short on drivers tell your employees to be honest on the phone. Pleasant Surprise - Not what I expected I was originally going to try Natural Chicken Grill next door for some Latin Chicken but alas sign on the door says Kabab Grill coming soon. Guess I won't get a chance to try that one out. Jet's Pizza was next door and they posted a lunch special of two slices or pizza with a drink for $5.00. Normally I stay away from the National Chains when I'm ordering for myself but I decided to give them a try anyway since I needed to be back to the office shortly. Ordered the lunch special and told her pepperoni would be OK and sat down. Expected the pizza to be premade and on a warming tray but after 10 minutes came and went, I realized that they were actually cooking it. Came out the the two slices were deep dish. I used to love the deep dish pizza at Domino's because of all of the butter they used to coat the pan. Same thing here. Great buttery taste, plenty of cheese and very good. Main difference was this was square while the other was cut into wedges. Not fancy but more than ample for a relatively quick lunch. read more

We called our order for pick-up as we were staying at a neighboring hotel. When I walked into Jets it was almost five minutes before anyone greeted me. I waited patiently while the employees conversed. I was finally waited on with a smile. When I got back to the hotel the pizza was extremely greasy and over cooked. Toppings obviously of low quality (tried to just skim the toppings and cheese since crust so bad, and found the toppings to be inferior as well). Pretty good pizza if you like pizza hut, the deep dish pizza tastes almost the same but Jets is probably fresher . Also ordered the thin crust with bacon which was filed with bacon pieces and not much fat which I despise. Delivery was ok not long. I used a coupon so two pies were $14. Can you really go wrong with pizza? Like ever? Lol With that being said, you can't go wrong with Jet's. Turbo crust is a must! I will say quality is not always consistent but it is more good than not 99% of the time. Their salads are the bomb dot com and I'll sometimes skip the pizza and just get a salad for lunch sometimes. I know, who goes to a pizza place for a salad?! This girl does! Lol I love that they deliver to my neighborhood, but don't expect it in under 45 minutes. I give 4 stars because of that and that I've gotten pizza that was barley warm when delivered. Nothing a microwave can't fix though. Overall, they have good pricing for lunch specials and pretty awesome deep dish style pizza. And everyone is always nice when you go in. Never had any customer service issues here. read more

Just get the order correct. Ordered through Uber Eats. Large Pizza, 16 wings, 4 Mt. Dew, and a Brownie Dessert. Pizza was fine (didn't feel like extra cheese) and though the Brownie was cold it was also ok. 16 wings were sent as 10 boneless and I received 1 Mt. Dew and 4 Wild Cherry Pepsi. The pizza is absolutely incredible. Forget NY, Chicago or any other style, this is the best. Do you like Pizza Hut's Pan Pizza? Yeah, forget about it. Who needs frozen crust anyhow? This crust puts it to shame. I'm not a crust person, meaning the edges of pizza without sauce and toppings. I look forward to their crust. strong enough to hold the pizza, but thick, chewy, and perfectly crunchy. The sauce and cheese are phenomenal. Theif all meat pizza is the best pizza I've ever had. It is so good, we now order larger than we can eat so we can eat it for breakfast, or lunch, or dinner during the week. And talk about fast delivery! We live a solid 20 minutes away, in Northbridge subdivision, north/behind Cherry Grove. When we order online, it gives us an estimated time of around 45 minutes. They always get it here in under 30 minutes. Even on nights when other pizza places are taking 1.5+ hours to deliver, and they're twice as close, The pizza always arrives hot. Jets must be new to the area or something cuz a 3.5 star rating is ridiculous. People...order the deep dish pizza (any kind) and you will be thrilled. The wings were okay. The thick crust pizza had good flavor and potential, but the thin crust pizza was terrible. And, everything was luke warm to cold. HOWEVER, I believe a lot of the problem was due to the app and store not being in sync with the pickup time. I was there when the app said to pickup the order and it was apparent the food had been ready well before hand. Had the food been ready at the correct time and hot, I believe it would have been better. The quality just wasn't there and the prices aren't cheap (over $50 for two pizzas and 16 wings) so it definitely wasn't a good value. read more

Please let me explain the 2 star rating. Some times we order and it is GREAT, but others times we order and it is TERRIBLE. Incredible inconsistency. And every time I give them another chance, I get disappointed and regret it. At it's best, we love it, but all too often we experience it at its worst. Deep dish with turbo crust is the way to go, but are you willing to take the risk? Sunday afternoons are apparently a terrible time to order. The last two Sundays I ordered from them, I got a cold stale pizza. It has obviously been sitting out for a long time. It was dry, and did not have the right proportion of sauce or cheese. It tasted like pizza that had been sitting out overnight. It actually tasted worse than when I heat up day old Jets in the oven when it is cooked right. PASS! read more

Placed a delivery order hours in advance so that it would be delivered at the beginning of my lunch break. Once it was 15 minutes late I checked the grubhub app, which said it was already delivered??? (Order is delivered by the restaurant btw). Since I definitely didn't have my food I called the restaurant to figure out what was going on only to learn that even though the order was confirmed as received, they "got it on their tablet but the ticket was never received". Long story short, I didn't get to eat lunch today because the food arrived after my break was over and instead of taking responsibility the staff would only point fingers at grubhub (who had trouble communicating with restaurant staff as well). Ordered delivery last night and had great customer service on the phone and the delivery was on time. We have had pizza from this location in the past but this time we had ordered a Jet 10 (deep dish supreme) and had ordered it with no onions and double mushroom. And yes you guessed it we got no mushroom and double onion. Really disappointed as we were stuck with it and just dealt with it the best we could. read more

My family actually really likes Jet's pizza and I think they have one of the best cauliflower crusts. However, this location is plagued with issues. I have tried to overlook these because we like their pizza and... well... since Covid and staffing issues everywhere, I have tried to be sympathetic. First of all, you can't count on delivery at this location being an option. Tonight, I went to order online for delivery, which was an available option at 5:30, then when I tried to order at 6:30 it wouldn't work. I called to place an order and was told they weren't taking orders at this time. I have a house full of guests and this is highly inconvenient. If it were the first time, that might be an anomaly. But they have also not been open during stated hours on other occasions. One time, I ordered a pizza online for pick up, the order was accepted by the system, my charge card was pre authorized and when I arrived (again during business hours) the store was dark, empty and obviously closed. I won't even count that we have had multiple mess ups in orders. I think that just happens occasionally. I do give it 2 stars, because I do like the pizza when it is done right and you can get it. And their delivery people are always very friendly. (Maybe that is because we tip well?) Anyway, if you can get a pizza here... you might enjoy it! But I wouldn't order it for a party or if you don't have a plan B. read more

Never again! Ordered four hours in advance and still had to wait for our order. Cashier is dripping with attitude and obviously does not like her career choice. Something hard in the cheese pizza made my Daughter gag AND I was double charged! When I called to correct, I was told they couldn't help me. I'd have to contact Slice, their partner for on line orders to have them void that sale instead of correcting it on their end. Shameful customer service and an all around really bad experience.
