Those two gentlemen happened to work in Wing KYng. I told them once I procured my one sought out item in the farmer's market inside the building, I would be returning to procure some of that chicken. Upon my return to Wing KYng, I began asking my typical questions: do they have anything gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, and egg free? The staff member was very knowledgeable and advised me that the dry rubs were my best option. I have a myriad of food sensitivities, so I browsed the dry rub options available, and chose a 6 piece chicken wings with Lemon Pepper dry rub. O M Goodness!!Fabulous is the first word to come to mind! The skin was so delectably crunchy, the chicken was moist and tender, and the flavor was perfectly balanced! The cost was $12.00, which is a great price in my mind for the best fried chicken I've had in a good many years. Although I cannot speak to these items, they offer a wide variety of flavors, dips, and Parmesan coated home cut French fries as well.
