That cheese announces itself from the very first bite. Rich, creamy, and unmistakable. But honestly, even the sesame seeds on this roll deserve some recognition. Sesame seeds are usually one of those subtle little touches that I barely notice and certainly don't expect to make much of a difference. Somehow, these actually pop. I've never had sesame seeds on a cheesesteak roll stand out like this. This is about as authentic as it gets. Now, I do have one warning: this sandwich is enormous. And not only is it huge, it might legitimately be one of the richest sandwiches I've ever eaten. Eventually, I had to throw in the towel.
