Ordered on the app. 3 Large pizzas one they added olives and mushrooms for no reason. Ready for pickup at the right time. We were forced to order hand tossed because no thin crust. How is that possible? Person handed me the receipt to sign. No mention of thanks for your business. I asked about red pepper and Parm packets. I was told they were out. I guess they are not complimentary any more. I should know that all Huts aren't created equal. The pizza was bready and buttery tasting but maybe that's what hand tossed is supposed to be. This place is in need of corporate help! Ordered online... got there at advertised time to pick up. My order was ready except that it wasn't. No garlic knots available. Which is ok... these things happen. But they rang me up for them anyway. I asked where the knots were and the young man said, "I owe you some money". He dug around for a little bit and pulled out six dollars of His tip money. Now, I'm a reasonable guy... I get it knots aren't available. How about thinking outside the box and seeing if I would like something else instead? Why yes... I would love some garlic cheese bread and that seems like a reasonable trade. So he says they'll be out as soon as they come from the oven. The wait begins. At this point I start to look around and check things out. We have two guys at the cash registers (both answering phones), two people at the oven dancing around each other, one guy folding boxes (and man is he folding boxes), and one lady in back standing by a prep table... there are dirty tables all over the store and three other people waiting for their orders and finally, 2 families patiently waiting to order or be seated.... not sure which. Nobody is covering the floor. And it's getting crazy. I started to see the pizza exit stacking up. Nobody seemed to actually be taking pizzas out of the oven. Just poorly operated. After living in Sulphur for 20 years I had given up on the Hut for many reasons. Saturday,9 January I decided to give them another chance. The best pizza I've had in a long time!! I've had pizza from Rome to New York to Anchorage among a few. This stood up. It was on time, the crust had a perfect slight crispy bottom;I ordered extra sauce and it was great, I could taste it,too many shops think the sauce is just for color. I don't know if there is new management or different quality control, but it's working. Thank you read more

Pizza Hut has gone downhill. Came To dine in. You have to order at the counter, no wait staff. Waited 25 minutes for food and was brought paper plates and plastic utensils. Order was not correct. Asked for Parmesan and was told I had to pay $1.80 for it. Ridiculous. read more

The building is a dump and needs to be torn down. The staff is sloppy and uncaring.... But the pizza is good and the place stays busy.

Called this location at 5:15pm on a Thursday evening - not an incredibly busy time. No football games or playoff games or anything, right? Asked them if they delivered to the Artesian hotel, literally the largest and highest place in the 7 square mile town of Sulphur, Oklahoma. They said yes. Gave them our room number. Said it would be 30-45 minutes. Fine. After 60 minutes, we called back to see where our pizza was. The person that answered stated that the delivery driver didn't know where we were, had called us, and we didn't answer. Seriously? We never received a phone call, and we provided plenty of information for them to locate us in the first call. Why wouldn't the driver just call his employer back and say ... now what was that room number again? Seriously, you can't miss the Artesian hotel if you drive through this town. We cancelled the order. Later when we got our pizza from MAZZIOS instead, they said they thought Pizza Hut didn't deliver "this far away" at all. REALLY? If I could give zero stars, i would, since we didn't even get to eat their pizza. read more

They finally got rid of the crazy, unclean manager! She used to yell obnoxiously all throughout our meal. They've recently remodeled and now have a more sanitary (and appear to be more well kept) crew. Definitely more likely to stay local instead of making the drive to Davis. Four stars due to still being behind on their game in comparison to Davis. The food and service is just quite not as good yet. Beware! My kids are doing the reading program where they recurve a free personal pizza after every book they read. After they finished a book we went to sulphur (25 miles) to get their pizzas that they were excited to have earned only to be told they don't have any personal pizza dough. I asked the worker if they could do something to make up for it, like one small pizza for the two personal pizza coupons? He says no! Well thanks for wasting our time and gas. My family and I stopped in for some great Pizza Hut pizza. We were greeted by Kenny and treated to a great pizza dining evening. The dining room wasn't to busy but the delivery and pickup seemed to be going strong. Kenny made us some really tasty pepperoni pizza and took great care of us. The salad bar was very tidy, stocked and clean. Again, the service was great and it's always nice to meet happy, folks for great conversation and food. We will definitely be back. read more

I give them a one star because Pizza Hut has good Pizza. The problem with this location is the staff. This place needs a make over from the floor to the manager. I can not believe that the owners of this location could let such poor service continue. I just called to go pick up a couple of pizzas for my kids. They said it was a 75 minute wait. Really!!! You could cook 40 pizzas in that time. The last two times I have been there I've had to ask them to turn the lights on so I could see to walk out of the building. If they could all stay up front and wait on customers instead of hiding in the office allot more would get done. Like Cleaning up the place!!! read more
