Chicken fried steak, loaded, baked potato, asparagus
    Aszra W.

It cost me $22 to have a fresh hand battered chicken fried steak (not ground beef), with a loaded baked potato and asparagus. Plus a soda. It was all just perfectly cooked, seasoned and proportioned. Glad I chose to eat there even though I was alone, as it was just a lovely tasty meal.

We are staying at the Artesian for a spa day! The girls and I decided to dine in the hotel and this was the spot! We were greeted quickly and seated. The waiter was very timely and responsive to our questions. He had a great disposition and described the food with so much excitement, we thought it would be fabulous. Just alittle disappointed all the hype wasn't accurately conveyed in the taste. Presentation pretty but good just okay. I had catfish dinner and the hush puppies were the star of the show. My vegan friends had vegetables and didn't like the hard uncooked carrots, or the mashed potatoes.. the french fries looked okay. The dining experience as far as aesthetic nice, clean appealing eating establishment. Do I have to go back, only if it's my last option! Thanks but no thanks!

    Melon Lemon Drops

We ordered 2 melon lemon drops $8 each and this is how much you get, not even a full shot in the glass, cocktails are rip offs. We also had the smothered chicken with mashed potatoes and asparagus- the food was good. Stay away from the cocktails unless you like throwing money awa

I loved this restaurant. The ribeye 12 oz was amazing cooked well done so juicy and the mashed potatoes and asparagus was amazing ! I have paid $120 for steaks at top notch restaurants , and by far this steak is very delicious and tops one of the best steaks I have ever enjoyed in my life . This is the best restaurant by Chickasaw national park . My son had the Citrus Salmon 6 oz with fries and it was phenomenal to end the meal we got the brownie skillet dessert it was really good . Our waitress was really nice and professional. She was kind and friendly and filled our waters and took care of us really well. The hostess was really great too.

    Very elegant but comfortable

The fish and steak were good, but the duck was amazing. AND the twice baked potato was soooo good and the pesto they provide with some yummy buttery garlic toast is super good too. Unique and tasty salad. All in all LOVE this restaurant/bed and breakfast. And the dessert was amazing too! Their breakfast is also good. Love love love this place. Will be coming back for future anniversaries. The massages are really good too. I recommend doing an hour or more instead of standard 30 minutes. The ambiance is nice also. Not stuffy and overly fancy/sterile but comfortable, welcoming and classy.

The owners and staff have left no stone unturned in perfecting the dining experience. The complimentary peach hibiscus mimosas with fresh pressed juice are delightful. The salad was impressive. The entree was unbelievable. Filet fit for a queen, grilled duck breast was surprisingly tender and so flavorful, Alaskan halibut was fresh and cooked to perfection, who needs the sides?! We could not finish our entrees and were offered to-go containers. Dessert of lemon cake with vanilla mousse and blackberry sauce was enjoyed as a midnight snack and left us dreaming of this fabulous meal. Cannot wait to visit again!
