I was ordering for my brother who lives in the area of this restaurant. I live in California. I did a phone order which was horrible. The lady couldnt get my credit card info and billing address right. This caused a freeze in my card because it was out of state and tried too many times with the wrong info. I told the women thanks anyway and hung up. Immediatly i got a text saying thanks for your order and when it will be ready. Excited i told my brother to go ger his food. He drove 6 miles to this store. I called before he left to clarify and the man said that its ready for him to pick it up. He gets there and then was disapointed that the order wasnt paid for. I called again and a lady answers and i requested to speek to the manager and it was her. She gave no options except shed run my card again. This being said i want to say that my brother had recently been diagnosed with a mental health disorder and reached out to me because he hadnt eaten in days and lived in his car. I had been trying to figure out how to get him food from california for hours and he waited in town where he hated to go because of this mental disorder. Now i understand this is not pizza huts problem or responsobility. But when i explained the problem to this women., she simply said i cant just give him the pizza and drinks. The drinks were bottles of water. The pizza was made. I pleaded with her and in tears finally said thanks anyway and hung up. My brother hours later has still not been able to get food and i cannot get ahold of the bank. The fraud service department is closed till mornimg. This place is trash not because she didnt see it in her heart to give him the pizza that would be thrown away anyway.......But my brother , out of gas at this piont watches them close up and leave to their cars and this manager that refused to give him the pizza..... walked happily by him not even looking at him..... with none other then 3 random pizza boxes and a bag of sodas and whatever other random left over food from the orders that had been abandond or not given to the customers because of screwed up order takers not understanding the info i gave her. How rude and just wrong of her to not even give him a slice if pizza . I hope she feels some of what we went through and knows that she is wrong for this. My heart goes out to all those who have mental health issues and are homeless struggling. Tears fall tonight as i go to bed. read more

Just came from Pizza Hut in Taylor, where I ordered a dinner box from the deals menu, it was almost perfect service except they for to give me my sides of garlic sauce for my cheesy breadsticks. Fortunately, I caught it before I left and called them and they ran 2 sides of it and apologized, so that's fine, but I do have to take away one star just to keep them on their toes. Read your orders carefully, guys! No big deal tho! The food itself, which was a medium pan supreme pizza, an order of cheesy breadsticks and cinnamon sticks, with sides of Parmesan, Red Peppers & the Garlic Sauce was hot, fresh & delicicious! I will definitely be coming back here again, and I'd like to make it 5 stars next time! Good job, guys! read more

I ordered the king size pizza which is double pepperoni I paid for extra onion on the pizza I received a cheese pizza with very few onions he's a huge slices and each size had maybe two little slivers of onion and I had asked for extra onion when I complained and told them I wanted to exchange it for another Pizza that I ordered he said no he refused his name was Steven and he refused to replace it this is in Snowflake Arizona beware they have a bunch of punks working there and they think that they own the place they are losing customers for the owner I wonder if the owner knows about that. I was a good customer there I used to order there on the average or twice a week and my bill was always $35! That's without drinks that was just the food and I'd have it delivered to my house by either doordash or their own delivery driver. They've lost this customer! I put a poster up at my church telling people not to go there to go to the other pizza place in Snowflake they have great customer service very friendly, it's much better! I had initially asked how much for a pepperoni pizza since there's no signage. He said around 7 Bucks so I agreed to by 2 pizzas, 1 with pepperoni at stated price and the second one with ham and jalapeno. After I was done ordering he then said that'll be $37 and some change. I thought to myself that's awful expensive however I didn't think to question it because I was so hungry. As I was driving home I thought to look at the receipt to see what happened and I must have dropped it and so I called to ask about it. The same kid said that I misunderstood him and that $7.99 was for for a special. Moral of the story I got scammed for 2 large pizzas. Those jalapenos on that second Pizza turned out to be awfully expensive. Note they don't even carry multiple sizes like every other Pizza Company. One-size-fits-all scam artist. This had to be hands down the worst pizza I have ever tasted! The dough was stale there was no sauce the mushrooms, onions, bell pepper were dehydrated, shriveled up into little pieces the cheese taste sour. I wasted gas to drive there and over 40 dollars..very disappointed read more

Delicious pizza! We are a group of medical students from The Ohio State University College of Medicine in a non-profit organization (Ride for World Health) doing a cross country bike ride for charity (www.r4wh.org). Taylor was our stop today after a! 83 mile bike ride from Paysob.We called their manager, Amanda, and she agreed to donate 3 large pizzas to our team for dinner! Pizza Hut employees don't seem to be trained enough to know how to take a consistent order. If I call in for a Supreme I will get a different prices each times. This pizza has not been on special when the prices vary. They also are inconsistent on what toppings they put on them. I will drive to Show Low to get my pizza from a different franchise, even if it is more that 2o miles away. read more

we have since successfully rdered delivery twice since this and we are happy with the pizza and the service.

Went in a couple of days ago for simple takeout pizza and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service the manager gave us. He not only treated us nicely but went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. I did not frequent Pizza Hut more than 4 or 5 times a ear but with the excellent customer service my wife and I received we will be returning soon and often!! read more

Way understaffed. I wouldn't let this store open until the floor and tables were cleaned fully, and the shakers were completely filled. Food is typical of Pizza Hut. The staff that is there does try their best though. read more
