We're traveling across country and we wanted something fast and we were tired of burgers and chicken strips so we decided on pizza. We were greeted by a very friendly Vincent. He said it takes about 15 minutes for them to make and cook the pizza so we decided to place our order then leave and get gas and come back for the pizza. On half she wanted a custom vegetarian creation and on my half I wanted light sauce with grilled chicken. Vince was so helpful and patient with us that I wanted to give him a very loud shout out. We paid then we drove and got gas then came back. We were getting out of the truck when Vince came out and said it was ready. Excellent Excellent Service!!!!! The pizza was so delicious. It was just the way we wanted it. The restaurant looks brand new. Oh, Vince placed two paper plates and napkins in our little to go bag which was very thoughtful and helpful. It was an already horrible day.. me and the fam has just traveled to Petrified Forest National Park hoping to take some goated pics. That's when it happened. Our car battery gave out then we got stuck in heavy rain that almost drowned our youngest. We were there for about 2-3 hours. Then once we got a jump and headed to the auto parts store, we had to spend even more money to replace the battery. Talk about a bad day. All we wanted was some food and we saw that a Pizza Hut was nearby. We read a review and saw that a very nice gentlemen named Vince provided amazing service. We went in hoping to meet the inspiring young man, but unfortunately he wasn't working there that day. Still.. we had some amazing pizza except because Vince wasn't there, they gave us 2 plates instead of the 3 we needed..the 3 we deserved after our horrible day. Customer service needs improvement. Cashier doles out pizza to anyone sitting inside without verifying customer order and receipt. As paying customers, we had to wait longer than we'd like to on account of this employees mistake. Our last visit to this pizza establishment. Will travel to Pizza Edge or Little Cesar's. read more

Went for the buffet, no salad available, they had 4 small pizzas cut into about 8 tiny slices each, breadsticks were just seasoned crusts, didn't try dessert option as it looked like glazed pizza crust. While it was crispy and tasted ok...it didn't digest well and was overall very disappointing. Wont consider them again. read more

I was hungry and I wanted to try something different. There's not much out here, so I tried pizza. It's a pizza place, so you definitely want to order ahead, otherwise you're waiting for it to be cooked. The woman at the register was very nice and polite, so was the gentleman who made and cut the pizzas, he was very polite as well. The breadsticks came out nice, I didn't even use the sauce I ate them all. I didn't take pictures sadly. The pizza was not to my liking, but I did get the cheesy stuffed crust. I should have gotten original. The price wasn't bad. I gave 4 instead of 5, not for my bad choice in crust, but for the cleanliness of the restaurant. Granite they were a bit busy and I believe only 2 people were working there, but the tables and seats had crumbs all over them. I'll go here again next time I'm in Holbrook, and just get the original crust this time! read more

Sandy was behind the counter to take our order and Sammie was preparing our to go food. Both were good workers and the place was clean. We had a great conversation with Sandy, he was amazing. I was amazed to see they had about 6-8 choices of beer. Food and beer is a great combination to have delivered to your house. Our pizzas were very good, love the thin crust. Stopped off here after visiting the Petrified Forest and glad we did! Food was great and the service was really friendly.

After attempting to order from the Taco Bell next door went south fast we walked here where we were greeted cheerfully by Rose. She took our order and made us aware of specials they had. She was prompt and kind. My youngest dropped her water and was about to be in tears and she comforted her and said she would get a mop and not to worry. She checked how our food was and if we needed anything else. I told her about our awful service situation next door at Taco Bell and she apologized for the lack of service and really changed our day around w her kindness. You see I have been traveling almost 5,000 miles in a small car w 4 kids (3 that are small) they were tired and hungry. Rose was supper sweet to them and myself. Wish more employees were like her. Pizza Hut was clean and it has a nice fine in area. We had 2 med pizzas for $6.99 each. Honestly I'm not a fan of Pizza Hut (as a young teen it was a place of employment for me- therefor I really don't like even the smell or thought of Pizza Hut but I may have to retract that after today's meal... WTG Pizza Hut you have come a long way over the years!) Also please recognize employees like Rose... she is a keeper as for she has a good attitude and works well w all guest. Really tired of these businesses that don't want to clean their bathrooms telling us they are closed due to Covid. You simply don't want to clean your facilities and found a convenient excuse to shut them. My weekly trip from Prescott to Holbrook we I'll no longer include a stop at this restaurant. Went back in to get the food, since dining room is closed, tried to charge me a buck for a tiny packet of peppers! It's nice that in addition to the fact I can't wash my hands to est, they want to get money for items every other pizza hut hands out or puts in the bag. Do not come here. read more

I've been down on Pizza Hut for years, really gone downhill. We drive through Holbrook semi-regularly and have stopped at this Pizza Hut location twice. I don't know why, but their pizza/cheese sticks are exactly what I used to love Pizza Hut for. Nice people working there too. I won't order Pizza Hut in my town, but these guys are money. Since it was my spouse's birthday and this is a small town that only has one pizza restaurant we decided to go here for his birthday. The restaurant is very 'modern' compared to others. They had a $7.99 special, a large pizza w/ 3 toppings. The pizza was very dry/Overcooked. Blahhhh. The customer service was good, the restaurant was fairly empty because it was in the middle of the afternoon. We won't return to this location. Maybe we will go back to the one in Winslow. Having worked for Pizza Hut before and currently working in a restaurant customer service role, I feel the cashier was lacking friendliness. It was lunch time when I walked in, there was adleast 4 people standing around doing nothing. There was one engaged manager who sincerely helped me decide my order. I had to ask for the wait time of my order and he didn't ask me if it was for here or to go. As I saw my order being taken out of the oven, I saw employees take their time giving it to me. I was the only person waiting for an order. The food was decent, I had a p'zone before and I felt it had for meat last time. I have to mention they put a lot of butter spray on top of the food, which made it less appetizing. Overall, I still love Pizza Hut but I will think twice before going to this one, I would like to go to a place where they are appreciative I'm there. read more

What was nice was that the girl who brought our pizza to us also brought plates, peppers and cheese, as she knew we were in a hotel. Not only did my order take 20+ minutes longer then quoted, I was called 5 minutes after my food was supposed to be ready, saying they did not have requested topping I asked them to cancel order so I could grab food somewhere else. They told me I could not call or order online in the future if I did a no show. So I picked a substitute topping which they did not honor.... Asked for plates, was ignored..... The pizza was awful, but the service was wonderful so if you can avoid a pizza, this place might be a OK for soft drinks. I wish this staff had better food. The thin Hawaiian was a cracker with trace amounts of cheese and pineapple. I did not taste any ham though it looked like it was there. This was some really good pizza! The people working here were very friendly and they loved entertaining us. A normale sized pizza here is a size that you can't even order in belgian pizza hut's, the texture is really different too!
