Sometimes when the weather is crap and cold, and you just want a take away pizza and wings, it's nice having a local place that delivers. This store has consistently been great in scratching the delivery pizza itch when it hits us, the only time we've ever had a glitch, it was actually worked out in our favour, and we got some bonus wings! They always make the pie exactly as we specify (wow didn't try to rhyme, but there you are), and the wait times have always been spot on, or like today, actually faster than the estimate (30 something degrees out, and raining - how cool is that). Bonus for the super nice delivery guy, was even happy and cheerful in the dodgy weather. read more

I ordered my food and sat down while it was being prepared. I noticed a young man with dark hair constantly taking his hat off and stretching his head. THEN... he leaned on the food prep table and jammed his left hand down into his pants and held it there for a moment. THAT IS DISGUSTING. I asked to speak to a manager, and he proceeded to ask me if I could tell him. No, get me your manager. Then while I was explaining what happened he stands there in distance to listen. Serving old pizza to a repeat customer is disrespectful. Ordered 2 mediums. The 2ND pizza was clearly not fresh. It was the Hawaiian Lovers and from the appearance the ham was old and grease was absorbed into the crust like that of a pizza that's been sitting out. Got another call at 6:09 (my husband was home then) Called the store around 6:45 to inquire where my pizza was. Spent 30 minutes trying to order online. The website keeps taking me to an Oops page/Error message. I call to order for carryout and I get the chick that tells me "we can't take online price orders, you'll pay full price". Told her the website wasn't working (I'd rather order online so the order can have a chance of coming out correctly!) She then goes on to say "i'll see what i can do but i can't do anything so you'll pay full price". Why don't you tell me the price because a couple dollars isn't worth listening to your BS. At this point I understand why you have 2 stars on here. There has to be a full brain used to correct Pizza Huts issues. My wife ordered a "stuffed crust" pizza from this location today and we certainly will not make that mistake again. Normally we order from the one on Gen. Bruce but today we ordered a pepperoni stuffed crust pizza for carryout, we waited for an employee to come to the window for about ten minutes and then the employee was rude then entire interaction. He was a manager, and I would expect better from that. Once we got our food and got home, we opened the box to see a pizza that looked like it had been reheated, as if someone else returned it and then they served it to us! Waste of money and time at this location, we then called the Gen. My total was $23 and I paid with two $20's and the delivery driver asked me if I wanted my change assuming I'd give a 75% tip. When I called and talked to the manager an employee informed me they were too busy to put me through to a manager. Finally I was able to speak to a manager and he informed me he trains his employees to ask if people need their change. Called my order in like I usually do. They said order would be ready by 6:30, I got to the drive thru at 6:25 with 3 cars ahead of me. The car in front of me was then at the window and eventually gave up and went inside. When I got to the window I understood why. I sat at the window without anyone even acknowledging I was there for 5 minutes. I finally honked, they still didn't look my way!! Honked a 2nd time and one girl- further away from the window, told the girl closest to the window- to answer me. I gave her a piece of my mind and told her to at least acknowledge that there is a customer sitting in the window. She handed me my order and old me to check it. It was missing my wings. I have never been so upset with the lack of customer service. If you don't like your job, get a new one.
