This Pizza Hut sucks on so many levels. Terrible customer service, not enough well trainer managers. Whoever cooks the food doesn't do a good job. They need to learn to read better and learn to speak nicely and be helpful to a customer. I will be speaking to the higher management. If you get the boneless chicken wings make sure you cut them to make sure they are cooked correctly before you put them in your mouth. read more

Customers BEWARE of credit card theft from their employees! After failed attempts to place a pretty basic online order through the mobile app, we gave up and decided to call in our order. The young man, who's name will remain anonymous, could barely speak English. That experience seemed bad enough until the next morning rolls around and found out via the bank that while he couldn't speak English, he was certainly able to take the credit card number and use it to charge clothing from several different websites minutes after giving him the info over the phone!!!! read more

I did not know a pizza could be so bad! Was ordered on line at 1:55 and arrived at 3:35. Ordered 2 Large Specialty hand tossed...the crust seemed like thin crust and tasted like cardboard. It was dry. Very little topping starting about 1'1/2' away from the outer part. Never again. It should be given away for the product delivered. Gross. I wish I could post a pic because these words don't say it. One would have to see how pitiful it looked. read more

Horrible service over all. 3 times in a row already...every time has been an issue.. 1st time being 35 min past the actual told time...and to top it off the delivery guy slams our door at our business because he had an attitude. 2nd time they screwed up the order. 3rd time...over 2hrs late! we have been calling back n fourth trying to get a hold of a so called manager and keep getting hung up on! I understand these are unusual and difficult times given the new regulations over COVID. However, some things are avoidable. I called today asking if dine in was open. I was told yes. When we came in the lady working was counting her drawer for opening. This was about 15 min after opening. So we stood and waited for her to finish. I figured we'd at least be seated while she finished opening. When she finished she walked to a booth, took a drink and opened blinds. I thought well don't get in any hurry. By this time it's about 30 min past opening. She then proceeded to tell us that we had to order from the counter, pick it up from the counter and if we wanted (yes, she said wanted) could eat in store. Just do people a favor and tell them there isn't any dine in. If it isn't full service then no it's not open That's ridiculous and was a waste of our time. Needless to say we left. I only gave 2 stars bc she was pleasant. read more

Didn't have large expectations for a Pizza Hut but if you're going to have a sit down please staff it with employees that will take ownership for errors or ability to make decisions. It was 55 degrees outside and the AC was blowing inside. Our table and other guests kindly asked if they can turn up the temperature- the employee then stated she is not allowed to touch the thermostat. With every request or even question about the bill all we were given were excuses. So annoying- next time we will just have pizza delivered better yet take out business elsewhere. read more

If you like your pizzas w/ little to No sauce and an hour after you call then this is your place! Nobody there was able of helping themselves let alone paying customers. I grew up eating and enjoying Pizza Hut which is why I try to dine there often but this location has made me reconsider. The restaurant itself is nice and clean but you would get your pizza faster and enjoy it more if you walked into the kitchen and did it yourself (which defeats the purpose of dining out). Go to Kroger's and get a frozen pizza, you'll enjoy it more. read more

I just ordered from them the new big box meal with 2 rectangle medium pizza's bread sticks and some hot wings for 19.99. The delivery was prompt and courteous but the pizza was underwhelming to saw the least. It was made up of about 70% dough, 10% cheese and 10% sauce and 10% toppings. With so many other options pizza places need to step their game up. I won't be ordering from them again. read more

I can't give the one in Tomball a zero stars. Two weeks in a row they have gotten my order wrong and tonight there was a wrong pizza and two items missing . Took me 20 minutes to get manager to answer and then I was told it would be an HOURAnd HALF before I would get my correct pizza and they didn't have anymore bread to make my missing sandwich. HELLO!! Service and management was horrible. They messed up my order on the phone through what the manager said was the "call center" didn't add it. Sorry Pizza Hut but the call center is still Pizza Hut regardless of in-store or not and you guys messed up. I had a lot of hungry kids over and called back when the order arrived which was already late in the evening to let them know one pizza was missing from my order and was the new one we were all wanting to try. I am typically a fan of pizza hut but I likely will never order from Pizza hut again. The manager didn't care, she was non-apologetic and just has no customer service skills. Had she been at least a little concerns I probably would of let it slide. I see this location already has a horrible rating. I suspect because the management needs to be changed. We've never really had a great experience with this Pizza Hut, but this time we received half the order we paid for. Then went through hoops to talk to a manager who gave me the option to refund half the order, or to send out the rest of the order. I went with option B, since it's what we asked for in the first place. After waiting an hour, I called their 'hot line' and was told the manager would call me back. He didn't, so I called again. I was told that they refunded our order, and didn't tell me. I'm assuming the manager didn't feel like dealing with sending a driver out again, so he went with the "dick move" style of management and didn't even bother to tell us. Do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere else. This Pizza Hut will make a nice gas station one day. read more

If I had the option of rating them with 0 stars I would. it's going on two hours since I ordered a pizza to be delivered to my residence. And still have yet to get my pizza, not to mention I've already talked to 3 people and none of them can tell me what the problem is. All I keep hearing is " our driver is running a little late." Will not be ordering delivery from this store again, nor will I dine at their establishment. Pizza ordered for delivery was quoted 50-60 min. At an hour and ten minutes later I called for eta. The young lady on the phone informed me that I was quoted 65-75 minutes and that my pizza's would be leaving the store shortly. I again told her of my quote time and she argued the fact that was not the case as the est. time was on her ticket. They arrived 1 1/2 hrs late and were cold when I opened them. Was unable to catch the driver so another phone call was made. The same young lady answered. She said they could remake them but I was not interested in in waiting another hour and a half to eat. She then stated in an irritated voice "what do you want me to do for your sir" I decided this was no longer worth my time and I hung up the phone. $30.00 wasted, but never again with this Tomball Pizza hut. read more
