One of the few remaining old style (with the actual hut looking roof) locations around town. Parking is plentiful in the lot next to the building. The inside looks dated (1990s), but this doesn't matter as it is takeout only during the pandemic. The staff were efficient. I was in and out in under 2 minutes. Lastly, the pizza tastes exactly like the other locations. In other words, it tasted beautiful. read more

This is one of the few Pizza Huts that is still an actual sit down restaurant, and not just a crappy take out counter. It may not be the newest or nicest restaurant, but I love being able to sit down and eat my pizza. Plus they serve booze, which is always a bonus! I used to go to this Pizza Hut very often. So yesterday was medium Hawaiian pizza for $10. I got that to go. Only issue I had with the pizza is the crust. Its not soft and fluffy and or taste like pan fried Chinese donut. I was a bit disappointed. Seems like quality is not the same across each Pizza Hut. Now I feel the pizza hut on west 4th is the best. This Pizza Hut is also a restaurant at the same time. Where as the other pizza hut location in downtown or on the west side are mostly for takeout. There are free parking here. First come first serve but there are so many that you are almost guaranteed to find a spot. Or else you can park on the street and that is free as well. read more

We went to Pizza hut. I was shocked it was a joke. . So we walk in and you have to order at the desk before you sit down. And pay for it. Can you seat yourself wherever you want well the table just about chipped over. Then we sit there and we wait for our food for God 20 25 minutes. The next part is going to sound like a joke and it's not. She brings us our food into go boxes I ordered chicken bites they were in a plastic clamshell container the kind that you know you close the to go ones plastic. My son ordered a Caesar salad and a pizza. Caesar salad came in the same plastic flip box. On a small pepperoni pizza there might have been six slices of pepperoni. And he ordered all of them paid extra and there might have been five little pieces. His pizza came in a cardboard box. No salt no pepper no parmesan on the table literally nothing. He had to add the dressing to the Caesar salad it came in a little packet and eat it with a wooden fork those little to go forks I said to him I feel like we're having a picnic inside a restaurant! This place is reasonable enough for a sit-down lunch with colleagues. There is certainly a "guilty pleasure" aspect to this as you know you're not going to feel great for a good time afterwards. However, the pizza is unmistakably buttery and delicious, especially if you have grown up with it. One major drawback is that this location only offers deals to online or walkout orders. If you sit down to eat, you will be paying $3 or more for your meal simply because you're using the facilities. After work, we went to Pizza Hut. This specific location is unique because we rarely see a sit-in Pizza Hut restaurant anymore. The inside of this place looks really old and needs some kind of renovation. We ordered Meat Lovers with stuffed crusts and a BBQ Chicken Pizza. They were really delicious! Served hot and fresh. Our server was really nice, too, and always smiling. The price was very reasonable. We got the second pizza for 50% off! I'd say we really enjoyed our visit here. The only thing I wish they do is to renovate the place and make it more cleaner. Very good experience nonetheless. read more

Horrible experience here that night. I'd been wanting to dine in a Pizza Hut so I had been looking forward to this for quite some time. We went in on a Saturday and it was empty so we were seated quickly. The person at front was quite helpful but then he left and this female server helped us for the rest of the night. OVERLY helpful as she would not leave us alone for more than 10 minutes. We felt rushed through our meal, rushed to pay, and rushed to leave (brought us the bill without us asking, then came by with the machine 2 minutes later). Came here right after an intense workout and looking to feast. This is one of the bigger and more chill Pizza Hut locations I've been to around Vancouver. I had this very polite female server. She was very good. She made sure my water was filled and would ask time to time if I needed anything else (and it was I believe a busy night. The whole top floor was quite filled. I had no idea Vancouver had eat-in Pizza Huts! I thought it was only in Asia! Got a mac and cheese, and wings to share with my friend. The mac was delicious with a crispy top. The wings were good, but nothing special. I wish I had gotten a fresh pizza, since thats' what I used to love at dine-in Pizza Huts, but we wouldn't have been able to finish it. I use to deliver for Pizza Hut back in 1982-83 on Fraser and Broadway. It was the best pizza ever. That's in the day when a large Supreme would set you back $35. A 3-pizza delivery back then were always above $100. Being one of the few pizza places in town, their pies were awesome. Loaded with the best ingredients of the highest quality. The large pan Supreme was the king of all pizza. It had some weight to it. Went here for a recent team party for my sons soccer team. This pizza is easily the worst around. Where are my toppings? WATCH YOUR WALLET! If your paying by card, the delivery drivers pre-set the tip amount to 20% and you are charged for delivery automatically in addition! When I said, on 3 occasions, I wanted to pay 15% they acted like to was a huge hardship to change. A few weeks later I went to talk the manager and the driver, who was by the counter, followed us to listen. I had to tell him to leave us alone, it was none of his concern. I had to tell him twice! We always order delivery here and order almost always one of 2 things: chicken Caesar and butter chicken. The latter is good but it's sweetness could tire ones palette easily. Delivery time takes anywhere from 20-40min. Only 4 stars because it is pricey...always over $30 for two people not including delivery. Chicken wings aren't worth it. read more

I was picking up lunch and banged my head on the light sconce just outside the door and I reported it but the manager said so what. The sconce is still on the wall there. They did nothing to make it right. I missed work due to headaches. I have a lawyer but don't want to make him rich. But I will. I'm still suffering from headaches months later. My mom and I order from this location off and on when we have a Pizza craving. It's a guilty pleasure of ours. The problem is that the crust is way too greasy but it's what makes it so shamefully good. Delivery has always been on time, customer service has been decent. Their food is always delicious, and all. It's always the customer service that makes people lose stars. We saw a MOUSE there, while we were eating and we quickly ran off to tell a person. She thought we were lying or something because she came with us and looked everywhere. Nice tho, she brought us to another table. But this other woman was annoying me.
