Expensive but flavourful authentic Italian style pizzas! We chose one cauliflower (thin) crust and a regular crust (which is thin crust ~ yay!) both 10" and both vegetarian Regarding the Margherita, we chose the cauliflower crust, which turned out to be much better than others' versions The Funghi Tartufo alfredo sauce pizza was also an excellent product - just wish there were more mushrooms. The crust was perfectly thin, with the mix of cheese and alfredo sauce coming out as the strongest flavours Pretty expensive for 10" pizzas, so keep an eye out for specials We kept leftovers, so those pics posted are before and after they were reheated ( find me on Instagram via @aida.loves )

The pizza here was ok, The crust was a little soft and soggy and the toppings were ok. They have some good deals on some of their pizzas (2 for 1). I ordered online and it was ready when I got there. It's a small little place with a few tables. The service was neutral. Parking isn't the greatest being on Broadway and the fact there is still a lot of construction doesn't help.......

When they say LARGE pizza here they mean large pizza! Loved the char on the pizza and there is sooo many toppings too which made it all the more flavourful! Highly recommend the mushroom pizza

The secret to a great pizza is always in the crust or pizza dough. It's gotta taste just right or the pizza will be boring. I learnt that years ago from my brother who loves his pizza. Metro Vancouver has seen an explosion in Pizzerias & I just love it! Pizza Rubato Napoletana is located close to Broadway & Cambie, next to the Cactus Club Cafe. This is one heck of a busy area. I stumbled across this Pizzeria while wondering around on Broadway & thought I'd try it out. After all who doesn't just love Neopolitan pizza!? Right!?! It's a small neat Pizzeria with limited seating available. Now not just the crust alone did I fall in love with, but the cheese as well! #yummylicious So tasty I wanted more slices. #mamamia BTW the crust is ultra thin so it's not too heavy on the belly. In fact it tasted kinda healthy actually. The flour used to make pizza & even the oven (top notch) are direct from Italy. I will definitely make several trips back here to try the other pizzas. Time for me to plan a trip to Italy - to get a taste of the 'real deal' pizza! Arrivederci!

A great find we came across tonight with Pizza Rubato! I had never heard of this spot before and my partner and I were craving a wood fired oven baked pizza and it just so happened Rubato was doing a 2 for 1 deal with two margherita pizzas! We got pesto and garlic dips on the side as well. Our takeout came in under a half hour and we heated the pizzas up in the oven for a quick five mins and they were absolutely delicious! Crust was chewy and has some great bubbling and char. The cheese was plentiful and beautifully melty and stretchy and the size of the ten inch pizza was perfect for a personal pizza. We both are our entire pizzas and felt great after. The ingredients are fresh and tasty! I highly recommend you get the pesto for some drizzling action and the garlic sauce for some dippy dippy action! Overall we were really pleased with this takeout and would grab again!

My fiance and I ordered through Uber Eats and got the 2-for-1 pizza deal. such a great value! The pizzas were cheap, yummy, and had that authentic Italian-style flavor that I was hoping for. The dough is soft, flavorful, and well salted. Whenever I'm craving pizza, this is my go-to spot. We will definitely order again!

Had a slice of the Misto (Meat Lovers) -- very salty!! The Garlic Dip was pretty light/no flavor, but the Truffle Aioli was great!

Gross pizza. Doughy crust. Wrong toppings. Minus 5 stars if available. Driver was nice but it took over half hour. Uber Eats sucks too.

It's a two-story space off of Hastings with a bar downstairs that has table seating and a somewhat quieter upstairs dining area where the kitchen is. I prefer the upstairs area, but both are fine. Don't be misled by the fact that reservations for the bar don't mean that you have to sit at the bar. It could mean anywhere in the downstairs area. The menu is a combination of surprisingly upscale food and straightforward dishes such as pizza, but the pizza is just not ordinary pizza, even though it's reasonably priced. In fact, it's one of the best pizzas in Vancouver. The appetizers are varied and extraordinary. We had the hamachi, which let the fish shine through, and the kanpachi, which was a complex preparation that we particularly enjoyed. Another surprise was the cauliflower hummus, which was much more layered and intricate than you might expect. Service was excellent, and there is a thoughtful wine list plus an enormous selection of liquors such as whiskies and even Amaro. In fact, they have tasting flights of different whiskies and Amaro, which I always particularly appreciate.

Stopped by Nook on Denman Street for a casual Italian comfort food dinner…read more The Food The kitchen turns out straightforward, well-executed classics. We shared a pizza and the Rigatoni Boscaiola. The pizza crust had great leopard-spotting and a chewy, blistered edge, with the tomato sauce tasting bright and fresh rather than sugary. The rigatoni was cooked properly al dente, catching plenty of that savory, creamy mushroom-and-sausage sauce. It's thoroughly satisfying, though like many rich pasta dishes, the sauce leans on the heavier, saltier side toward the last few bites. We finished with a slice of their house tiramisu, which was airy, nicely soaked with espresso, and not overly sweet. The Service Lively, attentive, and down-to-earth. The staff handled the dinner rush smoothly, we were greeted warmly, menus were dropped right away, and wine recommendations were casual and honest. Even with a queue forming near the door, we never felt aggressively pushed out, though the pacing of the plates is definitely brisk. The Ambiance Snug, energetic, and very much a classic West End neighborhood joint. It's a tight room with warm lighting, rustic wood accents, and a bustling open kitchen/bar area that fills the space with good cooking aromas. Because tables are packed closely together, the noise level climbs quickly once the room fills up, so it feels more vibrant and buzz-y than quiet and intimate.

I opted for 2 slices and a pop. Meatloaf and cheese. The sever didn't bother to warm them. They were dry and like old pizzas. I didn't have very high expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised by the pizzas here. They offer a variety of veggie and meat pizzas that can be made with regular crust or deep dish style. We ordered a small deep dish margharita ($19.99) and a medium deep dish butter chicken ($23.99) pizza. Both weren't true deep dish pizzas, but the crust was nice and thick. I'd recommend the pizzas here to anyone who likes a breadier crust. My only minor complaint is that the pizzas didn't have enough sauce to complement the thick crust. The pizzas kept well for leftovers too. They tasted just as good the next day heated up in our toaster oven.
