The pizza here was ok, The crust was a little soft and soggy and the toppings were ok. They have some good deals on some of their pizzas (2 for 1). I ordered online and it was ready when I got there. It's a small little place with a few tables. The service was neutral. Parking isn't the greatest being on Broadway and the fact there is still a lot of construction doesn't help.......

When they say LARGE pizza here they mean large pizza! Loved the char on the pizza and there is sooo many toppings too which made it all the more flavourful! Highly recommend the mushroom pizza

The secret to a great pizza is always in the crust or pizza dough. It's gotta taste just right or the pizza will be boring. I learnt that years ago from my brother who loves his pizza. Metro Vancouver has seen an explosion in Pizzerias & I just love it! Pizza Rubato Napoletana is located close to Broadway & Cambie, next to the Cactus Club Cafe. This is one heck of a busy area. I stumbled across this Pizzeria while wondering around on Broadway & thought I'd try it out. After all who doesn't just love Neopolitan pizza!? Right!?! It's a small neat Pizzeria with limited seating available. Now not just the crust alone did I fall in love with, but the cheese as well! #yummylicious So tasty I wanted more slices. #mamamia BTW the crust is ultra thin so it's not too heavy on the belly. In fact it tasted kinda healthy actually. The flour used to make pizza & even the oven (top notch) are direct from Italy. I will definitely make several trips back here to try the other pizzas. Time for me to plan a trip to Italy - to get a taste of the 'real deal' pizza! Arrivederci!

My fiance and I ordered through Uber Eats and got the 2-for-1 pizza deal. such a great value! The pizzas were cheap, yummy, and had that authentic Italian-style flavor that I was hoping for. The dough is soft, flavorful, and well salted. Whenever I'm craving pizza, this is my go-to spot. We will definitely order again!

A great find we came across tonight with Pizza Rubato! I had never heard of this spot before and my partner and I were craving a wood fired oven baked pizza and it just so happened Rubato was doing a 2 for 1 deal with two margherita pizzas! We got pesto and garlic dips on the side as well. Our takeout came in under a half hour and we heated the pizzas up in the oven for a quick five mins and they were absolutely delicious! Crust was chewy and has some great bubbling and char. The cheese was plentiful and beautifully melty and stretchy and the size of the ten inch pizza was perfect for a personal pizza. We both are our entire pizzas and felt great after. The ingredients are fresh and tasty! I highly recommend you get the pesto for some drizzling action and the garlic sauce for some dippy dippy action! Overall we were really pleased with this takeout and would grab again!

Gross pizza. Doughy crust. Wrong toppings. Minus 5 stars if available. Driver was nice but it took over half hour. Uber Eats sucks too.

The service was also great, with multiple people checking in on us. The corkage, at $20, is very reasonable and the restaurant even comp'ed our tiramisu! We will miss it once it is gone. The food was quite decent. I thought the prices were a bit inflated for just pasta, but the portion size was pretty massive -- most of us took leftovers to go. The sauces in general were a bit bland and the pasta was definitely cooked to beyond al dente, which isn't my preference for dried pasta. That said, the toppings were generous, especially for the linguine crab that I ordered (would highly recommend!). Come by before they close permanently!

Creamy but not too heavy I wish it had more bacon but it was delicious all around. The daily special veal was also amazing. The veal was juicy and perfectly seasoned and paired with the creamy pasta was perfect. We ended with the panacotta which was fresh, fruity and light! Will definitely be back!!

In addition to being attentive he figured out we were chatty and we enjoyed the conversations. Food was top drawer. We had Tableside Linguine Casio e Pepe. It contained fresh lobster, lobster bisque AND shaved black truffle. This is tossed into a round of parmesan cheese then plated. We also had the Fettuccine alla Bolognese, made with slow cooked beef ragu. Both were incredible. We were going to pass on desert until Vince pointed out the Signature Tableside Tiramisu for two. Vince way undersold their Zeppole. This is sort of like a donut ball but inside was chocolate ganache with a side of vanilla anglaise. The first sign that THIS Italian Kitchen is not your great-grandnonna's kitchen was the sweet hostess's inquiry about our reservations. Though I would strongly recommend making one in the future, we appreciate the staff for squeezing our family in for 1.5 hour. The chef must have known our window of time was limited because our three plates came out swiftly after we placed our order, with no shortage of quality. The girls enjoyed the truffle spaghetti and meatballs so finely minced that they crumbled between the prongs of their forks. They even tried the Grilled Spring Salmon (which my husband and I were a little loathe to share-- would it be worse if they disliked it or loved it too much?) and the crunchy bits of the antipasto platter. Our waiter, Mike, was attentive in all the right ways. But of course, among all the richness and flavors, our 5yo's favorite item was the slice of bread at the beginning. (Cross-posted on Google)

We absolutely loved their house-made pasta during that visit, so we knew we had to return and explore more of the menu. Ambiance - 4/5 One of the things we appreciate most about this restaurant is the outdoor seating. On a beautiful day, it's a wonderful place to enjoy a meal, especially if you're dining with a dog. Being able to relax outside with our pup made for a very enjoyable experience. Service - 3/5 Service was friendly, but not quite as attentive as during our previous visit. Our server was pleasant, though there were a few missed opportunities to enhance the experience. For example, we weren't informed that alcohol could not be served in the outdoor dining area until after we had already started looking at the drink menu while we were in the middle of dining. Food - 4/5 The highlight of this restaurant continues to be its house-made pasta. The texture is wonderfully chewy and perfectly cooked, giving each dish a freshness that's difficult to find elsewhere. This visit, we tried the mushroom tagliatelle with truffle rosé sauce. While the description sounded incredible, the dish didn't quite live up to our expectations. It was enjoyable, but we still preferred the bolognese from our previous visit and cacio e pepe from this visit, both of which showcased the pasta more effectively. We also ordered the gnocchi, which was well prepared and satisfying to certain extent, but it didn't surpass our favorite one from San Francisco. The pesto sauce was just okay. If we order the gnocchi again, we'd likely try it with a tomato-based sauce instead. Overall Value - 4/5 This restaurant offers excellent value, particularly for pasta lovers. The quality of the house-made pasta alone makes it worth a visit, and there are still several dishes on the menu we're eager to try. We're already looking forward to returning and exploring more of what the kitchen has to offer.
