Starting to become a little disappointed in my fave chain. For the past 2 months we've ordered here maybe 4x. 2 out of those 4 times our pizza wasn't as fresh as I'd like it. We don't live far however, the taste as still pleasant. Our fave is the Stuffed Crust!!! Even if ordering on-line they offer weekly email discounts / coupons. The Pizza still has a great taste/cheese in the crust is delicious. Tonight - I had to warm my pizza up in the microwave as soon as we got home bc I like mine Hot and Fresh!! Awful experience at this restaurant. I wish there was a zero stars option. They refused to accept a coupon expiring 12/31/2022 which THEY published in the Alamance County NC Attractions Guide. I had used an exact same coupon 3 months earlier at this location which they accepted. Today, thay told me "Corporate" changed its mind on accepting the coupon. I paid $20 for the Attractions Guide, a fund raiser, to support my church and have the coupons to use. Thanks to this Pizza Hut location, my investment in the guide gave me nothing. To top things off, I had to wait an extra 15 minutes beyond the time they said online the pizza would be ready. Would highly discourage others from using this location. read more

There is a serious lack of management and hustle to work. The workers I saw while I was waiting for over 20 minutes after the status said my order was ready, were moving slow. Taking their time to get things, standing around chatting. One guy was even complaining to a "manager?" While waiting on a customer. There is no professionalism here. The entire pizza is covered with jalapeños but only half black olives so my kids can't eat it. Really? I have to give even one star?? First of all, let me note that within 10 minutes of ordering Jimmy John's, I can have my face stuffed with a turkey slim. We dined in at this location and the wait time was way to long. We ordered 2 pizzas a single order of pasta and bread sticks we waited over an hour for one pizza. The pasta and breadstick came out within 20 minutes which was great I thought that was quick. Then 30 mins later one large pizza came out to the table then it took another 15 mins for the last pizza to come to the table. We will not be back to this location. Whichever driver delivered to my home around 9 pm March 1st, this isn't directed to you. You were nice and awesome and I hope you get another job because you deserve much better. This Pizza Hut restaurant is ridiculous. There was no way to contact them. We ended up ordering from another chain because it turned into HOURS after we placed our order and we made many calls and no response whatsoever. Also they apparently employ ONE delivery driver on weekends because on another occasion I received a call that their only driver got into an accident and I'd need to pick up the order in the store or cancel it. I certainly hope that driver is ok, of course, but they need to manage the establishment better and hire enough staff to answer phones and deliver. read more

This Pizza Hut is still decent compared to the dominoes down the road but when I came to pick up my order the fries were barely done, and my pizza didn't have cheese on half of it. I asked them to remake them for me and the second time the fries were great but the pizza still had chunks of cheese missing but I let it go. I had delivery a month ago and the pizza showed up old looking and extremely greasy. So....I decided to give this pizza hut one more try and order take out. It said my pizza would be ready at 2:50pm. I walked in and so that my order was indeed ready and in the unit that holds the pizzas. There were no other customers in the store. I heard a woman in the back talking(didnt see anyone else with her) she was the manager. I saw a guy cutting a pizza and after standing there 5 minutes I said Hello...the guy said just a minute and the manager took a step back and gave me the dirtiest look and went back to talking. The guy came around and I told him my order. He got it out, didnt offer to show it to me so I asked if I could see it because the last pizza I received from them was old and greasy (delivery). We have ordered from this location three times. Once, the pizza came in a timely manner and was of the quality you would expect. On the other two occasions, the pizza took over an hour and a half to be delivered, was not hot when it arrived, and not particularly high quality after being reheated. On the most recent occasion, the pizza was estimated to be delivered in 40 minutes (certainly a reasonable amount of time). At one hour and 15 minutes I called simply to check and make sure the order had not been lost. Apparently, when you call Pizza Hut now you are transferred to a central call center. The call center attempted to transfer me, twice (failed on the first attempt), to my local store so I could check on my order. I was on hold for 35 minutes before someone from the call center picked back up. No one from this location ever answered the phone. At this point, the pizza arrived (1 hour 50 minutes after ordering, 1 hour 10 minutes after they told me the pizza would arrive). The person from the call center offered to have the store remake the pizza since it took so long and was cold when it arrived; however, my wife and I were not willing to risk waiting another two hours for a cold pizza, so the call center graciously offered a store credit. It is unlikely we will use the store credit any time soon, nor will we be using it at this location, ever. read more
