Let me start by saying that I order from a Pizza hut in St Petersburg a couple times a month for the last 6 years and they always make a perfect pizza. Yesterday I ordered a pizza from Zephyrhills pizza hut and it was a truly disappointing experience. When order from the app for this location there was: 1) No tomatoes available 2) No option for a crust flavor, wanted garlic. The bigger problem for me was that I ordered extra sauce by hitting that button on the app AND writing this request in the comments. The pizza was made with very little sauce. It's like they just don't can't care. And how does any restaurant run out of tomatoes? I mean Publix is down the street. read more

What an embarrassment for Pizza Hut. Ordered Meaty Marinara and Alfredo Pastas. Well... No meaty marinara in the pasta. Got dry crappy pasta with a small container of cheap plain sauce. The Alfredo was without Alfredo Sauce for the most part. Dry and plain. Both had no flavor. This is what I would expect from a 99 cent TV dinner made in the microwave in those cardboard containers. I remember in the Pizza Huts in NY the meaty marinara coming in a large dish swimming in meaty sauce and covered in mozzarella cheese. Delish... The Alfredo had lots of cheesy sauce. The Zephyrhills location is just absolutely disgusting! I think the carpet has to be 25 years old or more and never cleaned. The restaurant smells musty and dirty a complete turn off. So as far as franchises go pizza hutts alright. But this store this location is exceptional. Delivery driver is courteous and I always seem to get good service. Friendly people. So I stopped for the lunch buffet as I walked in the resturant it smelled like urine, the a.c. vents are filthy, between those two things I walked out without eating. Sorry but this place needs a Good cleaning from top to bottom. Everything is sticky chairs, tables, what ever you touch. I saw there were a few bad reviews on here and I just wanted to add my experience from tonight. They were friendly taking our order, prompt (earlier than promised) with our delivery and the delivery guy was extremely polite and even showed me my pizza to make sure it was correct. Every time we visit or order from this location the story is the same. The hours for the dining area are not posted on the door, online or anywhere. We walk in at 8pm to be told they're closed? At 8pm? The hours that are posted are on the bottom of the door in a size 12 font. There is nothing inviting about this location. The food is hit or miss too. I have never filled out a survey or complaint about any business but I felt the feedback needs to be given. I am a manager in a retail establishment myself and feel as if this location needs serious help. The overall cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere is not present, at all. This could be a prime spot for business if it had the right hours and leadership to drive the business. It's sad..lived around here all my life and what a missed opportunity. read more

They gave me the worst service I've ever received in my entire life!!!! I ordered 2 large pizzas 1 was a supreme minus green peppers plus black olives plus the meats were suppose to be meat balls seasoned pork. Beef pepperoni. The meat on our pizza was 6 meatballs maybe 8 or 10 pepperoni could not find the beef, seasoned pork w maybe 2 little pieces on each piece on half the pizza vegetables were loaded on it. Looks like they were used on it to cover up the problem of no meats. Our other pizza was cheese both were stuffed crust. Neither pizza was cut where it could be served correctly. Both pizzas were cut so far to one side that you got a tiny piece 2 1/2 inches long and 1 to 3 inches wide on one side then a huge New York cut on the other side. The stuff crust was not even melted inside. The brownie I ordered was very good. The 1 pasta chicken alfrado was excellent. The 2 orders of bread sticks were awesome as always. I placed my order online and then called the store to ensure my order would be made correctly. When I checked the order with the person that answered the phone I had ordered another pasta the beef pasta it was not on the offer. I ask to add it I was told if I ordered it I would go to the end of the line which would make me wait another 45 mins. My order was leaving the store in 10 to 20 mins. How long does a small pasta take to cook???? Was the rest of my order to be left on the side while the pasta was cooked then all of it sent to my home to be served to my children??? Was I to pay 35.00 + 5.00 tip for a meal that would have been cooked for over a hour plus the delivery time???? Better yet did they really exspect me to serve that to my family?? UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!! The young man that delivered my meal deserved that tip and more but I was so mad by how I was treated over the order I was not thinking fairly at the time. I am sorry for that. I called the store not once but twice. Both times once by the manager who just wanted me to shut up take a credit and go away and once by a worker who just wanted me to go away I was treated with such disrespect I do not care to ever eat at the Zephyrhills Florida pizza hut on Gall Blvd again!!!
