If I could give a negative star I would. I go to this dominos quite often (not anymore). The "Manager" came out and yelled me to open my truck, I do not have a power hatch. So he then opens it and yells at me next time open your truck. He slammed it and started walking away. I rolled down my window and said I don't have a power hatch. He then said F you.. I asked for the manager he said I am then walkked back inside... never going back there again. read more

I have been ordering Philly cheese steak pizza from dominoes from day they put it on the menu.We moved here three years ago and are very happy with our dominos on Gall Bld. We did have an issue with an order due to the call in order system. The store took great care of us. We no longer use the call center but go in and order. Tonight the Philly pizza was the best I have ever had. Thank for lady's for all you do. Pizza was hot and fresh. read more

Ordered 2 pizzas, delivery driver got lost, and took 20 minutes to drive 2 miles. When we called the store the manager told us they were busy and tough luck. We informed him we would file a complaint and he told us to go right ahead and hung up on us. read more

We've been coming here the almost 10 years we've been living in Zephyrhills and they've never messed up our order. Whenever we place the order online they will call to let us know if they are out of things rather than just canceling the order like other places. It's dominos so the pizza is okay but the people who work here do a very solid job. read more

Ordered pizza last night, the wrong order was delivered. I called and talked to Ryan, he said they would remake my order. Two minutes later he called back to inform me that the driver still had my order and would return to deliver it. 30 minutes later my order was delivered. While I understand mistakes happen, I didn't appreciate Ryan's attitude about their error and to top it off he hung up on me when I asked about getting a cold pizza. I won't even give them 1 star. Apparently I have to pick at least 1 star, but they don't deserve that. read more

I would totally recommend this place. The employees were polite and well mannered. The drivers are always friendly and never try to budge you into a big tip. This is my go to pizza place. This definitely deserves 5 stars so if your in the area don't pay attention to the other bad reviews and go buy some Domino's Pizza! read more

This is our go to place for pizza night. Food is always good. Drivers are fast and friendly. Tonight they forgot our 2 liter of soda. I assured the driver it was no big deal, but she insisted she'd be back with it. Sure enough within 10 minutes, she was at my door. Horrible service! We placed our order and waited well over an hour and then somebody called us named Sandy claiming they made a mistake and the phones were ringing and they hadn't sent our delivery out but we're on their way and we owed an additional $3.49 for delivery! Here we sit 30 min later and NO food arrived! We called and canceled our order! One guy even said he didn't think they delivered to our address after we had it delivered just a week ago! I placed an order online which I had done before and waited for about 30 minutes before I got a call from someone saying we're outside their delivery range..(I'm like 2 miles down the highway) I placed the order online and I've ordered food from there before.. I said this to the guy and he says yeah corporate just changed their map (they got the map update but the system didn't? and they didnt bother to check the address before making me wait a whole 30 mins?). Sounds to me like either you're out of drivers or couldn't fulfill the order and tried to pull some bs after having me and my family waiting for 30 mins. The last pizza I purchased was 1 hour comming and was cold and tasted like cardboard.

We got an online delivery pizza, just like we had got a few times before but this time was not the best!!! The pizza took 45 minutes to get here and when it got here it was cold!! We are also unhappy with the pricing of the pizzas we got one large and one small with some chicken bites and it was 44.00 without the tip.!!! We believe that your pizza is not that fantastic to pay that much money for!! This will be our LAST order from DOMINOS!!!! read more
