To me, that would have been easier to do for your guest than plate it with all the veggies and potatoes, which aren't that good to begin with, paired with that dish! I would have gladly paid an up-charge for pasta to get what I wanted. ZERO accommodation that night. I will be back, but I was very disappointed with the kitchen staff this past Saturday night.
