Sausage Pizza is delicious and delivery was fast! I'm going to try a different pizza next time.

if I could give this zero stars I would. I got a grilled chicken salad today for dinner. Took it to go. The pieces of chicken were about an inch . They were no bigger than bacon bits. I work hard for my money and I don't like to feel that I got beat on something that I spent my hard earned money on. Total rip off! I will never spend my money there again read more

We are staying nearby at Jellystone kozy rest and didn't feel like cooking dinner. This place came up in our search and sounded good so we decided to check it out. It was a wonderful experience! The staff was friendly both on the phone and in person for pick up. I live that they had a variety of base options. I can't have a lot of red sauce so I was happy to try the cheese/garlic sauce. Everyone else had traditional. The crust was thick and cooked perfectly. My husband has a wedge sandwich. The amount of filling was more than expected and was also delicious. Probably the best part is that it was pretty affordable, especially for the amount of food you got. read more

I got a 10" Homestyle Pizza today for pickup at Grove City Pizza Joe's, a local pizza chain that has restaurants in northwest PA and northeast OH. This is one of the only places in the Grove City area that I have found a Homestyle Pizza - which is supposedly like those made at home by your Nonna. The Homestyle Pizza is only a sweet tomato sauce with Romano cheese and a bit of herb sprinkle. I like to add some black pepper for zing. Other than that I leave it alone - no mozzarella, no veggies, nothing. Just sauce and bread and a bit of Romano. I was pleasantly surprised when I came in for my order. Previously, the dining area looked very tired and the carpets needed vacuuming. I expected to reassure that the food was awesome regardless of appearance, but today, it is apparent that some love and hard work have been invested into the dining room. There are new blue chairs, fresh paint and lots of spotless carpet. You can eat in, pick up or have delivery of your pizza, wings, subs, wedgies and salads. Pizza Joe's veggie pizza is a favorite from my childhood. I make sure to pick one up every time I'm in town.

It depends on which Pizza Joe's you go to; the one in Union is excellent and I highly recommend; the one in Bessemer I can do without and usually choose to. I will drive right past Bessemer and go to Union. Bessemer charges higher prices and skimps on the food quantity and quality. read more

We were traveling, hungry, and tired when I checked my phone to see what food was near. We had thought about Mexican or Chinese, but none of the online reviews made the places sound promising. Finally, I typed in pizza, and Pizza Joe's popped up. Thankfully it did! We ordered the ultimate 5 topping, 12-cut, and a bucket of balls, which was meatballs in marinara topped in cheese, served with garlic bread. Wow! What delicious food! We had it delivered, and it arrived quickly and was hot. There was plenty leftover. Prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend Pizza Joe's at this location. This looks like one of your typical hole-in-the-wall places. There's nothing very special about the dining area, so you might be forgiven for underestimating this place at first glance. But the food is amazing, especially the vegetarian pizza. Never have I had such a delicious pizza with cauliflower, broccoli, and an amazing amount of cheese on it. And I hate peppers and onions, which is on almost every vegetarian pizza out there, so to find one that doesn't have these was a welcome surprise. There strombolis are huge, and their meatball strombolis are amazing. I will always have a special place in my heart for this Pizza Joe's location. We lived only a few houses down from this location for two years, so it was a favorite childhood dinner favorite. Although the staff has changed many times since then, I remember the lady working there was so nice and friendly. Every time I come back to Ohio to visit family, I always have to come to Grove City to visit, and we always have to come here! Last time I came, I brought my grandmother who got the chicken wings. Really good simple pizza. Crust is a little thicker than the typical pizza parlor - which I like. The 7" is perfect for lunch.

The fact that they cover the toppings with the cheese allows them to short change you on toppings. Pizza Joe's used to be a pretty great place, but today was the last time I will order from them. We ordered double pepperoni and extra cheese along with a specialty pizza. Once home, there was still barely any pepperoni, no extra cheese and the other had very few toppings. I've worked for a couple successful pizza businesses, and I would suggest saving your money by going elsewhere, at least to a pizza place that lets you see what you are getting for your money! read more

I have started going to Pizza Joe's every Friday, which makes about 4-5 visits. On two of these occasions, they messed up my order. Not only did they make it up with free pizza, they apologized for their mistakes. I have come to enjoy Paula, and the crew. They are very nice, and Paula has even started to recognize my voice on the phone. This is a family feel business, and I would say very well worth your trip. I have had several problems with this location. The manager will address the problem but then it happens again. I try to avoid them as much as possible. I have ordered the superoni wedgie several times. It ends up being a hoagie. If I wanted a hoagie I would order a hoagie. The one time I actually got a wedgie and it was cooked the whole way through and perfect. Next time, another hoagie. They offer to make any hoagie into a wedgie but they seem to be pushing the hoagies. The manager has addressed this problem by giving me either free food or reduced food prices. Then I get another hoagie. I just stopped ordering them. The pizza is never cooked thoroughly. I have asked nicely that the pizza be crispy and it is still half raw. I think their ovens need adjusted. This is the third pizza that is half raw. Yeck. The store in Sharon makes perfect pizza every single time. I don't know why Grove City cannot get the food right. Today I order a pepperoni pizza ask it to be crispy. Soggy and raw again. I am done with this location. I have to leave town in order to get good food. read more

Normally I love Pizza Joe's. This particular store though has proven to be very inconsistent with how the pizza is made, and even with the price when delivered. On the upside this location does do delivery. read more
