Throughout the entire meal, we only saw our server about two times. The food runners delivered our appetizers and entrées, but Jaylene rarely checked on our table. She didn't return until it was time to ask how many to-go boxes we needed. One of the kids' meals was not flavorful, so I ended up returning it. When it was time to pay, I used the kiosk at the table. As I was about to rate the service, Jaylene quickly reached for the machine, making me feel like she was trying to prevent me from completing the survey.
