Great casual dinner. The service was excellent; the two ladies were on top of our table, explained the menu items thoroughly, and gave wonderful suggestions. Suzie was our main waitress and she was extremely helpful. Unfortunately, I forgot the name of our very first server, but she was very welcoming and attentive as well. This place is small, so I highly recommend you make reservations. It's cute inside, with an airy layout and an open kitchen. It is a very nice restaurant, and the owner Chef Erwin's did an excellent job from beginning to end. We ordered a few items since it was our first time here. For our appetizer, we had the hummus, which was the best I have ever had. It was delicious! It is normally served with a pomegranate salad on top, but I ordered it on the side. It comes with tiny pieces of red onions and cucumbers, which were surprisingly good, along with gremolata, za'atar, and olive oil. Instead of pita bread, I switched it out for pieces of garlic bread. I highly recommend it! The meatballs were just okay, but the pizza was absolutely delicious--everything was fresh and packed with flavor. The sauce is not too sweet; honestly, it was perfect and the pizza was baked to perfection. We ordered the Supremo, which features tomato, mozzarella, pepperoni, sausage, grilled white onions, peppers, and a generous amount of garlic. It is a 12-inch pizza, which was perfectly shareable for my husband and me.Dessert was one of my favorites. I love a bit of a crispy texture that is slightly soft and sweet on the inside, and the best part is that it comes out slightly warm. We had the Babka, a sourdough brioche laminated with chocolate and cinnamon, served with warm maple syrup and a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream. It was the perfect way to end our night. Delicious! We came to Floza for a celebration, with kids, which I don't recommend, but everyone was very nice and accommodating. My husband wanted to treat himself to sourdough pizza and after a search, found this gem. We came in with two smaller children, no reservation, therefore sat at the bar. The kids, who are super picky, really loved the food, they tried truffles and ricotta for the first time. We ordered meatballs, super delish and sauce on point. Then, we ordered two pizzas one as close to pepperoni as we could get (for kids) and a black truffle mushroom pizza for us. So delicious, this place is located in a shopping center and is small so reservations and careful planning is suggested. The wait staff was amazing and the kids watched the chefs cook the pizza saying silly things like, "I hope they are pros", they definitely were. The waitress was so helpful and charming, answered any questions we had. Love the mural on the wall, and enjoyed how bright the restaurant is. Wish they had a bigger space, the seating is kinda cramped but they are making do with the space they have. My husband and I both just drank water as a drink. We were deciding between the meatballs and the fried rice, and we ended up going with the meatballs. The meatballs were just OK, 3 for $14, would not get again. Wanna go back and try the fried rice. We got the surpemo pizza with the sourdough crust, SO GOOD! One size at 12" and we ate the whole thing, 3 slices each. If we had not gotten the meatballs, we would have been hungry. The waitress described the dessert and it sounded good so we got it - a chocolate babka made with the sourdough and topped with a vanilla ice cream. The dessert was amazing. Total for the 3 things with tip was about $65. Would go back to try the fried rice and maybe a dif pizza, it just might be a few months before we decide to go back. read more

Ordered 2 pies to go last night. Their gluten free margarita and a the Thick Ricc Detroit style pie both were excellent. I had a drink while waiting and the bar/counter is at their open kitchen so I got to see a lot of other pies and dishes get prepared and come out and they all looked so good. Next time I will dine in with the family and try their spreads and bread appetizers. The atmosphere is like a small family run restaurant and the servers were really nice and accommodating. I am not a huge pizza person, but Floza was incredible!! I had the white pizza with mushrooms and it was fantastic. Love that you can get a deep dish instead of the thin crust. Each person got a pizza and we had plenty of leftovers. The restaurant was really nice and the waitress/chefs were so nice. Outstanding service!! The only thing to note is that the restaurant is on the smaller side (has a large bar with lots of seating) and 5ish tables so just be aware if you are going with a larger party. We decided to make a preemptive strike on our lunch plans by preordering three delicious pies from one of our favorite local pizzerias in Palm Beach Gardens. An contemporary sitdown pizzaria with plenty of seats at their bar counter. We had been eagerly anticipating this pizza luncheon at our home, especially since the restaurant promoted its wood-fired sourdough pizza. I would agree that it is an irresistible combination that had us all excited to try a slice. However, when I arrived to pick up our order, I was met with an unsettling surprise: the staff had forgotten all about our order. It was an unfortunate mistake. I sat back in their bar table chair and reminded myself that things happened. The team, acknowledging their mistake, jumped into action immediately. They promised to prepare our pizzas fresh while I waited, which I felt was more than fair. Once my pizzas were ready, I had to commend the staff for their quick response and willingness to make things right. They even offered to credit me for all three pizzas as a gesture of goodwill. I thought that was incredibly generous, but I politely declined their offer. I was happy enough just to wait a little longer. The best pizza in the Palm beach area hands down. We did start with a ceasar which was unique and delicious. Croutons were ground (I think) and mixed with cheese and lots of dressing and just yum. Scratch made sour dough crust...spread the perfect thin-ness with just enough doughy-ness left to give it some good chew...and just the right amount of "char"...the crust alone was heaven. Too many places are serving crusts that are beyond "over". We went with the eggplant which was a white pizza with bechamel , small chopped pieces of eggplant, onion and red pepper and guaniciale that was devine. Personally I'd like to see some bigger pieces of eggplant but it also let the perfectly cooked guaniciale become the sta. Service was excellent, and the interior was nicely done and clean and new but definitely said pizza parlor. Only a few tables but a large bar area. Wonderful, warm and friendly pizza oriented restaurant in North Palm Beach. This sits right in Mirasol Publix Plaza. It is a wonderful addition to restaurants in the area. Everything is scratch made completely fresh. McKenzie offered fast and efficient service with a great attitude and made several suggestions we followed. We had the hummus dip as well as the Muhumarra(roasted red pepper dip) as Aps and they were both flavorful, savory, presented nicely and served with fresh house made pita. Tonight we also enjoyed the margarita pizza which tasted just like we had in Italy. They have a woodfired oven in the center of the restaurant and you can watch the pizza being created. Perfectly seasoned tomato base, crunchy crust, nice texture, real mozzarella and fresh basil. Excellent value and nice vibe. They are a scratch kitchen and their pizza dough is sourdough. Pizza is 12", so a normal small pizza. It's light yet delicious and has a crisp to it. I did not know it was a sourdough dough though as I do not see it advertised on their website or the actual menu. I do see it listed on their Instagram. Brought home a sausage pizza and a Caesar salad 4 nights ago. Surprised that they only make I a medium size with 6 slices. It was expensive but worth it. Our pizza was cooked to perfection, hot and delicious. The cheese and sauce were top notch! The Caesar salad was a nice large portion with great dressing but it needed more dressing.
