A really unfortunate pizzeria in Otisville. I've tried it a few times, torturing my tastebuds every time hoping for improvement. Their red sauce has chunks of onion one day, is a soupy mess the next... inconsistently is consistent here. They do not accept cards but it's not listed on their menu, their cards or on the door... you have no idea until after you order and arrive to pick up. Super awkward. Conveniently they have an expensive ATM right next to the register. Customer service is severely lacking and they don't seem to care about it either. prior to covid, i would order weekly from here. the owner is super sweet and their food was ok. covid happened, they moved to this location. After things opened up I ordered two hot heroes. It wasnt great so i gave it a rest and stopped going there. I tried a different place and was happier with the result so although not convenient, i continued at the new place. . I recently tried it again and i ordered two hot subs and a side of onion rings. I took it home. The sandwiches were not great and the onion rings were super greasy and burnt. I just do not know how once burns onion rings and sends it anyway. I think that was poor business. I did not call to complain because honestly, i think they are scrambling to do the best they can. I do wish them well But i really do think if they burn something, they should not be sending that with thr customer, I had many years of food from there but i told my husband i have had my last food from there. i have to draw the line at paying for burnt food. read more

I will ever return here, the owner had a mask over his mouth only while preparing food and he allowed customers to enter with no mask at all. The best pizza this side of Orange County. The owners are such amazing people and they are very accommodating. Great service, great taste. Prices are really decent too. I've lived in Otisville for nearly 20 years and I work in NYC (so I know pizza!). These other reviews on here are from people who just moved to the area (Otisville has seen a lot of "newcomers" in recent years) and they just aren't used to the kind of family service you get at nice, little, privately-owned shops like this. These new residents want the quiet, country real estate but not the quiet, country life if you ask me. It's part of the charm that Otisville Bri ha to the area and Pizza Mania is no exception. I eat here a lot and have had a party catered. The food is good, the service is good, and the prices fair. So far, the only thing I did not like was the vodka sauce, but tastes are subjective. First and last time here. Ordered an eggplant parm sandwich tonight. After about 3 bites, I realized that there were onions in it--BIG pieces of onions. Must have been in the sauce. I HATE onions, and they don't like me; I'll have heartburn now for days. That was the end of my dinner. Husband ordered a meatball parm sandwich; he got a chicken parm sandwich. He didn't complain like I would have, but when I pointed it out to the waitress, she didn't say much. She should have written our order down instead of depending on her memory. No apologies, no offer of making our dinners right (or offering us something else). Honestly the pizza here is just OK, but the prices are good if you're looking for an inexpensive place. The ingredients aren't the best. We used to go here all the time but the service and food are too much hit or miss. The wings are damn good though, and they have antique pin ball and arcade games if you have kids, that is a fun time. The owner Brian is a nice guy. brian this is harry i thought it was very rude how you treated me yesterday i ordered 2 sausage and pepper parms and 1 chicken parm i called you and told you that the chicken had way to much salt on it tasted like someone went to put salt on it and the top cap fell off and you told me i will make a new one and send it to you i said it dont make sense to get a new one right now if you are giving it to me from the same batch of chicken i said if it has to be that way can you taste it before sending it out to me because if it was from the same batch i dont want it tonight ill get it another time you told me this is the only way im getting it that you would make me another one and make sure i give the driver the old one so with that being said i feel like you didnt trust me that it was very salty so other one gets here same thing nothing but salt so its in the garbage i hope your proud of your self for treating a loyal customer this way that has been buying from you for years i have never been treated like this ever from a pizza owner all i can say is you could have tasted it before sending out the same garbage twice have a good day.............oooo wait there is more sense im ranting you dont take debit cards you make us use a atm you bought so you make money off charging people to take money out to pay you cash you charge separate for sauce for your food you charge for paper plates and you charge a delivery fee on top of tipping the driver money hungry is all i can say all bout your self and not the people you will never get another dime from my family nicks pizza is better anyway read more

Honestly I didn't want to give even one star. My father passed away and I am from San Diego so locals suggested Pizza Mania for the after funeral gathering for food. I went in and spoke with the owner, told him the situation. He suggested on large tray of Ziti and a half tray of sausage and peppers. Total $150 if I paid cash. I thought nothing of it because I was stressed about the funeral and passing of my father. When I went to pick it up the next day I was surprised about the portion being so small for the price. I asked for the owner he wasn't there so I left my # for him to call me about the price. He did call me back and stated he was the cheapest in town and the large tray was $90 and half was $60. The ziti was bland and there were hardly any peppers in the other. The guests, locals, were astonished at the amount he charged me for the quality. Live and learn. I was taken advantage of. These guys are so so overall. Except for the pizza the food tends to be a bit bland like hospital food. The Pizza is the mushy crust and not the crispy crust which is a matter of taste. The delivery is a bit slow and they only take cash for pickup. If you want to use your card you have to use their ATM machine to get cash or no sale. The people in general are nice. Especially the older guy who delivers. These guys will get you by if you need delivery but if you don't mind the drive Nicks up the road is definitely tastier all the way around but they don't deliver. read more

Disgusting and absolutely horrendous customer service. Ordered 2 chicken ceasar salads from here, along with several other menu items. Salads were specifically requested to not be stored in hot bag so lettuce wasn't hot. Salads get here, they were stored separately for delivery, however they were quite small, completely saturated in dressing, and all of the lettuce was hot. They were not eaten. Called back, and asked for refund on the 2 salads. The female I spoke w is insisting that their is no possible way to stop this from happening bc chicken is warm. I order salads w warm meat constantly, this is only a problem here. She was rude and talking over me. I then spoke to whom I assume was the owner. He said "ceasar salads are always soggy bx theyre mixed w dressing" refused to refund even when I said his driver could come pickup the 2 untouched salads. He was rude. I order from here several times a month and will not be any longer. We have been going to Pizza Mania since they opened. Brian is great. He knows his customers and always has a big smile when you go in. But after tonight whoever he has working and answering the phone was very rude. We called and the girl answered and asked us to please hold, but after 5 minutes on hold and she hangs up on us. We call back and she answers again and asked us to hold again and we said we were on hold and you hung up on us. She says no I asked you to hold, but what's up? Well after she said that we said sorry we are not going to order from you and hung up. How rude is it to say But what's up. Sorry with employee's like that businesses will lose customers. read more
