Ordered dinner there tonight via their website for delivery. Placed my order at 6:15 and it said it would be an hour for delivery. I ordered breadsticks, a small white pizza, a medium cheese pizza and a medium Pizza on Main pizza. At 7:30, I called and spoke to a woman who said my order was out for delivery and assured me my order would arrive hot and fresh. At 8 o'clock my order still hadn't arrived so I called again. Woman said my order was the last one on the delivery drivers route but assured it would be fresh but agreed to take $10 off my order. My order finally arrived at 8:20. Delivery driver was not friendly nor offered an apology for why it was late. Order was not hot and fresh but lukewarm. Food tasted good but not worth the money or the two hours it took to get it. The pizza is just bland pizza, there's nothing exciting about it. I ordered last Friday and was an 1hr 45m wait for delivery, which I kind of expected so I ordered early. The pizza was thin, but wasn't a good crispy thin, more of a stretched out holes in the crust thin, sauce was a good sweet flavor, and cheese was okay. I really want to give four stars to Pizza On Main, but they just barely miss the mark. We placed a takeout order for the $8.99 Extra Large One Topping Pizza. This is an awesome value. Service over the phone was friendly and the pizza was ready when promised. Taste was pretty good and I would probably order it again due to value; however, it was pretty thin and seemed like a Large was just rolled out to an XL. There was very little (or no) crust on many of the pieces. If they improve the pie itself just a bit, Pizza On Main could become our go-to! read more

this placed turned into a real dump it's sad. when the owner opened it I met him in a store and he told me to stop down and I found out it was the best place in town. hands down the best I would order there every single night and feel like my money was so well spent. now I refuse to go there but once a summer I give a shot to see if they turned it back around and it's beyond awful. tonight I got a big hoagie with mayonnaise and walked down to pick it up and they charged me two dollars for the mayonnaise and it was just smeared all over the outside of the hoagie. Of course no napkins and the hoagie had soggy popcorn chicken all through it. Really upsetting I won't be back for at least another year that's for sure. Worst possible service ever. The fact the driver was extremely rude didn't say thank you just said sign it. Then when they messed up I called the lady was extremely rude. Then when we went to hang up because we agree. She started cussing me cuz she realized she didn't hang her end up. Unprofessional very rude will never order again. We tried Pizza On Main for the first time. We have to say it's outstanding pizza. The deep dish was full of cheese and had a sweet sauce. We also ordered a Hawaiian pizza which had plenty of toppings. We will definitely be visiting again. read more

Placed order with the restaurant thought delivery.com. Ordered a pizza and a side. Pizza and side arrived within window that was stated in the email. Delivery driver was professional. Opened the boxes, pizza was cold and side was incorrect. Called the restaurant directly to inform them of the incorrect side. They informed me the correct side was in route. Waited 30 minutes (I live less 6 miles (15 minutes) from the restaurant. No side was delivered. Called the restaurant, a VERY rude woman that I talked to decided to place the entire blame on delivery.com. I requested to have the side order and prepaid tip removed but I would pay for the pizza. The woman at the restaurant suggested to have the correct side and a hot pizza delivered (at this point it was 2.5 hours since order and people were hungry). I declined the offer. She continued to point blame at delivery.com driver even after admitting to her cook messed up the order. She continued to be defensive about refund. I think this restaurant should stay away from delivery.com and keep this woman off of the phone for orders. After reheating the pizza, I'm sure it is better if you just actually visit the restaurant. This was the closest authentic Chicago style pizza I have found in southwestern PA and so delicious! Just like other pizza places not the best side salad and overpriced. Placed on order on a Tuesday or Wednesday for Friday night for my son's birthday party. Actually got there early, thank goodness. No pizza. So they said they would make them. So I waited. Finally get the pizza. Charges me full price. I was like really, not even a discount for being late to my own son's birthday party. Said fine, I will pay the full price, but I'm making sure I give a bad review. The side literally threw the slip at me, and came after me around the counter. Two other people actually had to come and stop him from doing whatever to me. Was screaming and hollering at me as I was walking out. Yes, I was screaming back. He was still coming after me. I told him if he touched me, he was going to jail. He finally let me leave, but continued to scream at me while I was walking out. Yep, I was screaming back at him as well, but never once lunged at him or went after him. Honestly, the absolute worst experience ever. Will never return, or even eat one bite of anything from there. Complete criminal atmosphere. Beware of this place. Dangerous if they mess up and you ask for a discount. I'm forced to give it a 1 star, but it honestly deserves a zero. ZERO stars. read more

if i could give this place no stars, i would. we are new to the washington area & had an employee of our favorite bar/restaurant recommend this place to us, since that bar doesn't deliver to us. the first time we ordered, the food was bland & almost tasteless for me. but my boyfriend really liked his sub, so I figured I would try this shop again tonight. totally a mistake. we were told the wait for delivery would be 30 minutes, then an hour, & then the food didn't show until 1.5 hours later. we got two appetizers, both of them were burnt & tasteless AGAIN. my chicken sandwich tasted so gross I only could take one bite, & my boyfriend sub this time was super cold, & super dry. save yourself money & go to big fellas in canonsburg, that place is worth the drive. cares about their customers & above all the most DELICIOUS food in Pittsburgh I think. pizza on main is the worst food i've tasted & will not waste my money here again. read more
