Server was absolutely amazing. Kept apologizing for the wait and checking on us frequently. 4pm on Saturday afternoon, slightly busy but we get it. Order our food. Soup and salad and drinks come at normal Speed. 20-30 min go by and we get our meals without our appetizer. Inform the lady walking around and she starts to talk down to our server even though it's not his fault. He states that it's been next In queue for a good amount of time. Husbands food Is wrong. He ordered angel hair pasta and it was spaghetti, lady walking around only wanted to argue. Barely any sauce. The never ending soup because more and more brother than anything else. My husband and I ate one dinner at this particular Olive Garden restaurant. The employees' service was 5 stars. The seating hostess immediately greeted us and seated us at a clean and large table. Our waiter served not only the customers in our seating area but also the customers in the nearby bar, and he juggled his many customers well. He smiled, made friendly conversation, and was very timely with taking our order and bringing out our foods. At the end of the meal, the seating hostess held the door for my husband and me and thanked us. Please see my attached photos for the menu of foods and beverages for January 2024. The prices for the foods were very reasonable. Here are my husband's and my reviews for our foods: Breadsticks - 4 stars - The first batch of breadsticks could have used more butter and seasoning. The second batch was a bit tastier. Salad - 5 stars - This free salad contained fresh ingredients and was very flavorful. Tour of Italy - average of 3.7 stars - This entree included chicken parmigiana (5 stars), lasagna classico (3 stars), and fettuccine alfredo (3 stars). I really enjoyed the chicken parmigiana, but I would prefer different recipes for the lasagna and fettuccine. Chicken and shrimp carbonara - 5 stars - My husband ate this entree, and he seemed to like it. I did notice that our utensils had water spots on them, so I recommend that the dishwashers clean the utensils more. read more

I think these days Olive Garden is a "love it or hate it" sort of place. I have always been an Olive Garden girl, because seriously: those breadsticks! I've been to this location with friends a couple times and it's always been a good dinner experience. We've never had to wait long for a table and the service has always been good, even when the restaurant was busy. The food has always been tasty too. I don't want to hear any "but it's not real Italian food" comments, either. Yeah, we know - it's still tasty. Really the only thing I don't like isn't unique to this Olive Garden (or to the Olive Garden chain in general, honestly); for lack of better phrasing, it's the fact that some menu items feel like rip-offs. The one time I was here I thought I'd get salmon and vegetables as a healthier protein-based dinner. $21 got me a tiny piece of fish and four or five pieces of broccoli. I took the hint and got the Shrimp Scampi the next time around; the pasta bowl alone got me twice as much food, and of course it also came with the breadsticks and (in my case) a salad. So yeah, lesson learned: pasta's the only thing worth ordering if I want my money's worth. But again, the service and the food are good, so lesson learned: choose my meal well. I'm sure I'll be back again, and I'll be ready to load up on carbs when I do! read more

A bad experience, I would not recommend enjoying an evening here. It was Tuesday August 19, 2025 at 1845 hours, the service was slow. We ordered our food and after 10 minutes the server informed me they were out of the special but would put a rush order on mine so it came out with my wife's. My replacement meal was chicken and shrimp carbonara. The chicken was burnt and the shrimp wasn't cooked. I didn't complain because there was no sense, a manager didn't even come and see our meal was. We work hard for our money and we will not be donating any of it to Olive Garden. This was our third negative experience and we never complained or wrote anything. A one star is not even worth the experience. read more

Been to this location 3 times so i feel equipped enough to write a review Service at this location is phenomenal, my last servers name was leahann (i believe) and it had to have been one of the best waitresses I've had and the place was full. They are so quick with the service and the refills on soup, salad and breadsticks. Along with that, the food there is pretty good. "Fake Italian" blah blah blah....if you want pretty good food for cheap it's a good spot. I don't care what anyone says... you can never go wrong with the OG soup, salad, and bread! This is one of me and my husband's go to lunch spot. We LOVE the chicken and gnocchi soup! My hubby will eat literally 5 bowls and then ask for a bowl to go! I also love their take out service, and again- love to order that soup to go! And seriously, what is it about that salad that's so good? I think it's the fact they serve it in a chilled plate. It's the little things, right? I love this location. I never have any complaints. The kids picked Olive Garden and we tried this one, as it's closer to home than our regular one we go to. Let's just say, I wish we hadn't. The service here is absolutely terrible. We waited 10 minutes before our server even came to take our drink order, then close to another 10 before they made it to the table. She even came back in between without the drinks to tell us her boss came over the the other table she was waiting on. It was confusing and awkward, so I just asked he if we could please have our drinks. My daughter also grabbed the kiosk in this mess and charged games to our table. I asked the server if I was going to have to pay for it. She said she would remove it. I paid for it . She wasn't very attentive at all. We had to ask for every refill. She didn't remove any of the empty cups or plates from our table throughout our dining experience either. The food is pretty good for essentially being fast food Italian. My shrimp & lobster Mac was very flavorful and full of shrimp and lobster. It was tasty, even though the sauce was very runny. My boyfriend said his Minestrone soup was good. My daughter liked her meatball, but said the pasta was kind of dry and needed more sauce. My nephew didn't have any complaints about his shrimp Alfredo. Normally Olive Garden is my daughter's favorite place to eat so we took her here for her 18th birthday. We joined the wait list online which I really liked that we had a option to do that. Now let's talk about the food. My boyfriend and his friend got stuffed shells and both plates was burnt. They couldn't even cut the shells that's how bad it was. The waitress apologized and agreed it looked awful. The cook took 3times before the food even looked appealing. Yet the taste still wasn't the greatest. The shells was over cooked but not burnt this time. Me and my daughter already finished our food before they even had their plates. Not even our water & ice tea .. When you order endless ... soup & salad the waitress should come back to ask if you need a refill.. Especially when the portions are so SMALL.. So when we had to ask another server to see if he could send our waitress over I ordered the soup to go & PAID XXXX $$$ just to get my meal.. so I brought home the 1/2 gallon of Chicken Gnocchi soup & all it was was 3/4 broth. By far this is one of the biggest Olive Garden's I have ever experienced. And sitting by the bar, I quickly noticed this was one we'll run restaurant. The bartender was friendly, as was out sever (one and the same), and the other members of the wait staff were helpful and friendly as well. Food-wise it is an OG, nothing out of the ordinary, and the ambiance was classier than most. Again however, the wait staff was exceptional and that alone makes give it four-stars. Standard Olive Garden. I don't have to explain chain Italian. Came here on a Saturday and bartender was a nice kid who couldn't handle the bar. Some lady named Kristen tried to help but it seemed like she could only wash dishes and do blended drinks. Bartender was so overwhelmed he forgot some guy next to me and my silverware. Struggled to get drinks. Bar isn't large. 10 people plus service bar. The bartender worked hard but needed better support. White wine was warm to the point of almost hot. Which is strange. Update: paul was my daytime bartender and was great. He made this 4 stars. Always a good meal at OG. Sometimes you are just in the mood for Italian and honestly we have never had a bad meal here. Our waitress Amanda was a real treat tonight. Enjoyed her and the conversation. They were featuring their Buy 1 Take 1 meal promotion starting at $12.99 the night we were there. It cannot be beat. For myself it is basically 3 meals for the price of one. By the time I have my soup (Zuppa Toscana, best soup EVER) and breadsticks I'm almost full. It is a very good thing we have had many good visits to Oliver Garden, as if this was the first, it certainly would have been the last. This place was smelly, dirty, and not well run. It Took over 10 - 15 (we arrived at 910 PM) minutes for our server to initially appear after we were seated. I finally went to ask if we had a server... it was was late and not at all busy. While we waited everyone working was busy cleaning and no one said a word to us. The food Took forever and the food was not good. Hard and cold breadsticks (generally a high point) as an example. Food took a long time and was overcooked. Much of it looked like it had been under warming lights for awhile. They were also out of more than one item. The manager came and apologized many times, which is appreciated, but it does not fix a lasting bad 1st Bad visit all around. My hubby & I have eaten at this Olive Garden ever since it opened....we've always had wonderful dining experiences there. I usually get the Tour of Italy (lasagna, chicken parm., & fettuccine alfredo) or I get the Create Your Own Pasta Bowl (Angel hair pasta w/meat sauce & Italian sausage). It's always a difficult choice because they're both delicious !! (it usually depends on how hungry I am, although both are very filling). My hubby will get either the Tour of Italy or the Chicken Piccata....he loves them both. We both love the endless salad bowl...especially the dressing. (it's very tasty) Our servers have always been very friendly & quite helpful (especially when we order something they have on special & we ask questions about it) The food has always come quickly & very hot. I find the prices to be quite reasonable because the food is delicious & the portions are very filling !!
