"we don't have those specials anymore, the only thing we can do is (insert basic BS)"... "we don't do that special, check online for our updated menu" (which I quite literally had done prior to my call)... "we don't have those ingredients on hand"... "we can't do that order with only 30 mins left to close".... To me it comes down to costumer service and being willing to STAY open until 7pm. If you want to close early, then state that on your website and advertise it in the store, throughout the community, on the phone. Otherwise -- be OPEN the hours you state. To say this place is managed ineffectively over the years is an understatement. It is a disgrace. I've tried more times than I can count and to be disappointed continuously-- grrrrrr.
