My wife had potato salad and baked beans, while I opted for the Mac and cheese and the baked beans. All the sides tasted homemade or at least not straight from a can, The baked beans had a slight green pepper flavor that's very pleasing while my wife said the potato salad was bland and needed seasoning. The Mac and cheese sauce was a little loose need to tighten up. They did sub some mashed potatoes which were buttery and flavorful. Corn bread was a muffin and very airy and had great texture on the outside while soft and wonderful on the inside. Service was great a warm and inviting staff was there to serve.

I got scrambled eggs with cheese added, bacon, ham, hash browns, biscuit and gravy, a added side of toast, OJ, and sweet tea. The wait time for my food was fast when you consider you what I ordered. I was not disappointed. My breakfast which I have just finished was amazing. The eggs where fluffy. The bacon was cooked perfectly. My ham was great. The hash browns were rich. The toast was even buttered for me. My biscuit and gravy was delicious. The sweet tea was on par. Definitely made by a Southerner. The Spot is definitely a great restaurant. I will always have a spot at the Spot. I can't wait till next time when I come and have a nice dinner meal. I am sure I will not be disappointed.
