I give the food could be actually decent when they make it right. BUT it's almost ALWAYS NOT made correctly, which makes it bad. This isnt my first time encountering an issue with literally NO alfredo, in the spinach ALFREDO pasta. Plus when I came in this time about it (politely, i should add), there was no apology. If anything it was a dismissive attitude, like I was the issue in the matter. This is my first time coming in the evening. But customer service should be like clockwork here. I don't want to have to have my order remade every time I order. I don't think I should either. Buuut maybe that's just me.... UPDATE: just got my pasta back. So glad that Luigi's reopened ... at this location on 41A! The tornado in Dec. 2023 had destroyed the entire strip. The area has been rebuilt and several new businesses have opened next to it / nearby. Inside looks bigger and the location has two doors. But, use the one on the right as the second door just opens up into a wall. Haha. We ordered the usual - Hawaiian style which is my son's favorite pizza! (No negative comments necessary about how pineapple doesn't belong on pizza, please.) As a picky eater, he has some favorite foods that I do not mind at all (like hummus for a snack)! I ordered a large (2-topping) takeout special since the medium size special was no longer on the menu. You can customize your pizza with one topping on half and another topping on the other half, so no problem. We just had two slices leftover. Not bad for under $11 (not including drinks). Service was quick! I did not order ahead, so had waited inside. As soon as I thought that a bench or some chairs would be nice as I was waiting, my pizza was ready. Folks, I understand it Is 47 degrees out tonight, but the next pizza I order from you all, would it be too much to make it warmer then the outside temperature. My review is based on what I witnessed at Luigi's pizza, 2243 suite A, Lowe's drive, Clarksville. I was waiting on my order, standing at the front counter, I observed 3 employees', (two males and 1 female) standing at the food prep area. One of the males' after scratching his hair placed his hand in the cheese bend, grabbing a handful of cheese, and letting it fall through is finger's, over and over again. I asked the manager while pointing to the employee; "is that normal"? She replied, "no it's not". After going over talking to him, the female yelled in a loud obnoxious voice, "everyone does that"! Luigi's is one of the few places I have found that has buffalo chicken. We had it tonight for the first time and although the flavor was good, it lacked chicken!!!!! We often make our own pizza but it's always nice to order out. Our homemade buffalo chicken is much tastier. I'm not sure that we'll be back. read more

Luigi's has decent pizza, but nothing to rave about. They are fairly cheap and always have walk-in deals. Usually they are pretty quick, but last time I went there they took forever!! We were told it would take about 15 minutes. 10 minutes later another person came in and ordered and was quoted the same amount of time. About 20 minutes later, the other customer got their order and we were told that it would just be another 5 minutes because they forgot to put our Cheesy bread in the oven. Well about 15 minutes later, we finally got out order. So, a 15 minute wait turned into a 45-50 minute wait! I could have gone to a sit down restaurant and gotten our food in less than that amount of time. I was pretty pissed. I was in town to see my son in the Army. We decided to get take out and it was a Great choice. 15 minutes to pick up. We got the Classic. It was wonderful so good forgot to take a picture before we ate it all..Lol.. Toppings were plenty with enough cheese too!! It all married well together..Yum!! The crust was very tasty too!! Every time I order from here my pizza is wrong. There have been times that they have put pineapple on my pizza and the people who do that ruin pizza. The thing that gets me the most though is when I order double something and they definitely don't double it. I pay extra for double pepperoni but only get single. Ordered 2 medium pizzas, one luigi's special (thin crust, extra baked) the other a sausage with extra cheese. Should've checked what I got before driving all the way home I ended up getting a calzone instead of a sausage with extra cheese. I called and told them they gave me the wrong order and they were very apologetic and said I could keep the calzone and get a 8-9$ credit to use OR they could put in an order for that extra cheese and sausage pizza but make it a large no cost at all. Ordered a 20 inch and a large pepperoni calzone. Was told 25-30 minutes got there in 20 minutes and food was cold by the time I got home, I live 2 miles away. The pizza had way to much sauce n barely any cheese, and the calzone was really greasy, and I'm the greasy pizza type, but this was way to greasy. The calzone was cut into 4 pieces, the ends had no cheese or pepperoni and the 2 middle pieces had hardly any cheese or pepperoni, thet was only a quarter filled if that.
