Wait to order was longer than would like for a quick service option. The pizza itself was ok but is not the best pizza option at Disney Springs. Actually probably the last option at least of what we have tried so far. If the line is short and you are just looking for a quick slice, it will do but you likely won't have me in line in front of you.

I'm really confused why the ratings for this pizza place are a little on the lower end?? We went there last weekend for lunch and my experience for the third time was pretty decent as it was the first 2 times I went. The atmosphere was nice and cheery, clean, and what one might expect for a fast service pizza place in a tourist attraction. We had the NY style and the squares. All the ingredients were pretty tasty, sauce was good, cheese was good and the dough was very good for Florida especially the square slice, the square would be my go too. So in my opinion for a fast slice and food with some decent flavors on the go at a tourist spot is an A+ for me. Food(pizza) 8.0 Atmosphere 7.5 Service 8.0

First time here and honestly I'd be back! It was quick, tasty, and filling! One slice is definitely enough to satisfy for a few hours. I wish the undercarriage was slightly firmer and a bit crispier but otherwise it's a solid slice of pie.

Pizza Ponte, the walk-up grab-and-go pizza spot next to Maria & Enzo's Ristorante, is easily one of my favorite pizza stops in Florida. And sure--that might sound like a low bar to some people, but trust me... it still means something. What really sells it for me is the execution. The cup-and-char pepperoni is exactly what it should be, and their thicker Sicilian-style slices seem to use a focaccia-like dough that's flavorful and satisfying without being heavy. The dough overall is excellent--fresh, clean, airy, and never dry or "Florida swampy" (you know what I mean). The thinner slices lean hard into a proper New York City feel, with good structure, the right cheese pull, and cheese that tastes like it should--ideally part-skim, low-moisture mozzarella. Nothing feels cheap or rushed here. There's also a familiar quality to the dough that reminds me of the pizza you get in the Italy pavilion at EPCOT, which is high praise. It tastes intentional, not like an afterthought. If you're into pizza--even casually--this is absolutely a spot worth stopping at. Grab a slice, eat it standing up, and let me know what you think. This place quietly punches way above its weight.

They have really good NY style pizza and the slices are huge! Taste-wise I def recommend. However the price for a slice is $8! That's simply too much! Also the presentation of the pizza in the to go box was a little not appealing as it was sliding off to the side and one was getting separated. But nice spot for a big slice at Disney Spring

This is a quick service location which offers pizza by the slice only. We got the pepperoni and it was large and foldable with just the right amount of grease. We sat outside where there are some tables and chairs at first come first serve. It was worth the price.

I visited in a Thursday just before noon. It was very welcoming and the staff were very friendly. Inside, it gives off a bit of an Italian and modern American vibe. The music playing is a variety of 80's through today's pop hits. Very pleasing to sit, eat and even write this review. Their menu is simple but offers a variety. They do offer both dine in (limited seating) and take out. Drinks included both non-alcoholic and alcoholic choices. I chose their pepperoni pizza, soda and beer. The pizza was good but nothing that stood out. You order by the slice, as I didn't see an option to order a whole pie. Either way, it didn't rob the bank with their prices. I would chose this again, since the other choices didn't seem much better.

Located on the top of the bride next to The Edison, this is a quick serve location with limited seating. Pizza by the slice (only) is their jam with other options like salads and desserts. The pizza is out so place your order and the slice goes into the oven. I personally love the tradition cheese slice which is in the NYC style and is absolutely huge slice. Flavor is good and for the area price is reasonable-ish. So why 3 starts? They get dinged for an un orderly and sometimes dirty lobby which doesn't get as much attention as it should. Then for not enough seating, a couple occasion I had to ask for a box so I can walk around outside to find a location to eat. It's quick, reasonable and if you can find a seat is a perfect lunch/light dinner spot.

The taste of the pizza is good and it's a big size. However, they serve the big slice pizza oozing with cheese on tissue thin paper plates. I cut my pizza and the paper plate has a hole. Also, they expect you leave a tip for picking up your own pizza and finding a place to sit, and cleaning up after yourself. They hardly have any seats in this restaurant.

Second time here, first time was sooo busy but pizza was delicious, ate a cheese slice. This time I tried the Parma Cotto, seemed to not be very warm and pizza wasn't cooked completely I could taste the dough in some parts. Also it was raining so not busy, we will be back but it was more disappointing this time. This time it was kind of quiet in here.

The pizza was fresh and tasty. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Family friendly environment with lots seating.

Aside from the place being a little messy and the prices being a bit higher then they should, this place is honestly one of the best locations to eat in Disney Springs. The pizza here is massive, taking up basically two full sized paper plates per slice! At the price of about $8 dollars, I would be shocked if you were not full, like me, from one slice! I always get the pepperoni pizza and once they are done heating it up in the oven, I have to make sure I don't down the whole thing in one bite. The pizza has a nice amount of greasiness and oil from the sauce and cheese, that makes it even that much more wonderful when eating it. The pepperoni is always the right amount of crunchy and they put on more than enough of it when it comes to the slice I am ordering. The staff here is very friendly and being able to see them roll and toss the pizza dough as well as making everything fresh right in front of me is always fun to see when my slice is heating up. There is not that much seating inside, about six or seven tables, but they also offer seating outside as well. The location tends to get very busy around lunch and dinner so get here before peak times if you want a little wait for some amazing pizza slices!

Amazing pizza and prices are not too outrageous for Disney. Highly recommend for a quick meal at Disney springs.

It was a nice dish and I love artichoke, though I don't ever cook it myself, so I was pleased with my choice. My friend ordered the lasagna in part because it's one of the more time consuming items so she doesn't make it herself. It was excellent. With all the food we had, we didn't quite finish it all, and since we were in a hotel (and planned to walk around Disney Springs more) we didn't take much to go. As the hostess walked away from our table, she commented that our group was going to be "nothing but a problem." The basis for that assumption? One member of our party had simply helped clear and organize the table to make the seating process easier and faster for the staff. Yes, we were a lively group. We were on vacation, having a great time at Disney, laughing and enjoying each other's company. What we were not was intoxicated. The situation escalated when one of our friends was accused of being drunk and our entire party of 10 was asked to leave. The problem is that she wasn't intoxicated at all. What makes this especially troubling is that our friend has worked incredibly hard to maintain her sobriety and recently celebrated 12 months alcohol-free through AA. To be publicly accused of being drunk after reaching such a significant milestone was humiliating, heartbreaking, and completely unnecessary. When we brought our concerns to the General Manager, Scott, we expected leadership. We expected someone who would take a moment to assess the situation, listen to both sides, and use his own judgment. Instead, he simply stated that he trusted his employees and made no effort to independently evaluate what had happened. A manager's job isn't to blindly accept accusations. A manager's job is to gather facts, assess the situation, and make informed decisions. In this case, Scott failed to do that. As a result, the restaurant lost a party of 10 customers. More importantly, they deeply hurt someone who has spent the last year fighting for her sobriety. That's the part of this experience we won't forget. Everyone makes mistakes. Great restaurants acknowledge them, learn from them, and treat people with dignity. Unfortunately, this experience was defined by assumptions, poor judgment, and a complete lack of empathy from both the staff and management.

It was delicious and refreshing on a hot day. I've had the amazing Calamari Fritti before as an appetizer, but we skipped that today and went straight for the pizza. The white pizzas are my favorite here, although to be fair, I don't know if I've yet tried the red sauce ones. You just can't go wrong with the Carciofi (artichoke, fontina, mozzarella, truffle oil) or Quattro Formaggi (mozzarella, parmesan, fontina, provolone). This time around, my partner and I ordered a large Carciofi to share. It was more than enough (although we did eat the whole thing between the two of us because (1) I'm not going to waste it, and (2) I'm also not going to carry leftovers around EPCOT). The pizza dough is thin, though, so it's not terribly heavy. We were seated near the three pizza ovens in the main dining room (my favorite room), so we had an excellent view of the pizza makers. It was amazing watching them form and stretch the dough of large pizzas. It's quite a skill, and they seemingly do it with ease. Our server Ilaria was fantastic. She was so sweet, welcoming, attentive, and informative. All it needs is tomatoes, garlic, onion, and maybe herbs, but it does not need cream. That was a turn off for me and is a personal preference. Now the chicken itself was seasoned and crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. It's my favorite chicken parmesan when it comes to the chicken itself. I hope that they'll go back to not putting cream in the tomato sauce, but I would order this again and just get plain noodles next time. Pull-apart Garlic Pane Rustico with Whipped Ricotta and Brick Oven Tomato Jam, Pesto di Limone, and Sicilian Olive Oil This was wonderful. The bread is soft, cheesy, and garlicky. My favorite dip was the ricotta and tomato jam. My husband enjoyed the pesto-I'm not a pesto fan. The olive oil had some herbs in it and ended up adding some roasted garlic from the olive oil they normally bring.

The waiter came by asked for appetizers but left before we could mention our drinks so we were little annoyed. Starter bread and oil were good just not for me, my wife loved it though. Caesar salad 10/10 no notes just delicious Garlic pull apart bread was delicious flavor was amazing though it was tough to pull apart that didn't stop us from eating it all and the dips that came with it were all amazing We all loved our entrees so when it came to the food we had no complaints. Service wise it seems like we weren't treated the same as other tables and were essentially put off and I never once complained or requested anything special regardless of the long wait and how we were treated because I don't like being that person to give staff problems. This was the only time we have ever been frustrated eating on Disney property, we were just happy the food was great.

It is quick service so you can take your food to go or dine inside. A lot of people we have seen, will order food and head back to the pool. I would do that too! Once you get inside, you can mobile order. I highly recommend mobile ordering so you can grab a seat and then sit down. Once your food is ready, it wil be bagged up and placed in the to go area. I had trouble finding it, since it was not well marked. It is located in the front near the cashier. If you do not want to do the mobile order, you can order with the cashier and then go sit down. If you choose to do this, they give you a pager and the cast members will bring your food to you. We visited recently to grab something to share. We were headed to the restaurant upstairs but they did not open until 5. They also have one of the new chicken tenders that Disney recently released. This is really what we wanted. We got the Citrus-glazed Chicken Strips which came with a side for $12.99. For the side we decided to get a side of fresh fruit. It had melons, grapes, mandarin oranges and a couple of strawberries. It was actually a really nice little fruit cup. The chicken tenders were awesome! They were super crispy with a fantastic orange glaze and then a few mandarin orange slices. I really enjoyed these. They were so much better than I thought and I would for sure go back here to just get those. They also have the well talked about Rivera cookie. I personally have not had it yet but I have it on my list to try. Overall this is a great quick service. We cant wait to come back and try some of their other options such as their Bolognese with pasta, the croque Monsieur and Spicy Italian Sandwich. Their options are more upscale as opposed to other quick service. You do not need to be staying at the resort to come here. If you are at Studios or EPCOT, it is a quick skyliner trip over. I definitely recommend.
