This was my first time here because a friend said that this pizza will be the closes I will get to New York's pizza, and you know what, this pizza is the Best Buy far. It was an interesting visit because the gentlemen that served me was Barry and Barry just happen to be from Brooklyn where I lived at. We went back into time and talked about the old neighborhood and me and my wife enjoyed the conversation that we had, but all that said he treated us like family and for this you have a customer and a friend for life. When I first saw this place I thought it would be typical mall pizza, but there is nothing typical about it. When you place your order they pull it off the line and it goes directly into the oven because everything is par baked that way you are getting a freshly cooked slice or garlic knot etc... You are also asked if uou want a side of sauce which was nice since the stuffed pizza is sans the sauce. I completed my order and with a few minutes they were calling me back over with my order fresh and ready. The flavors were so good. The pizza was stuffed from crust to tip with Italian sausage, pepperoni and ham as well as cheese. Delicious from beginning to end and it made me want to go back up for more. When I went back up to tell them how much I enjoyed it the Manager/Owner offered me a menu to take home and told me to call if I ever wanted to order ahead because not only can you order by the slice but you can order an entire pie! Have been coming to this pizzeria, wow, maybe 20 years!! I recently moved back in to the area, and was pleasantly surprised they were still there! The Mall it's located in has always seemed like there were better days, however, this pizzeria, is always always busy!!! Pizza itself, wow, not saucy, not too cheesy, not doughy, just right! Well where do I start!!, I remember when Chris and Jerry ran this place in the Kissimmee mall. The pizza was the best in Kissimmee at that time but today for old times sake we were in the area and I said let's try it. The pizza look ok but after they heated it up and gave it to me, I ordered the two cheese Sicilian and two cheese regular, the Sicilian were ok but the regular slices were dry and it looked old, WOW I said and that's the end of that erra.. maybe if you have them make you a whole pie then it might be better but don't order off the counter as it sucks!!! read more

Cheese pizza: was cheesy, thin and so freakin good. Meatballs: are just like my grandma makes em. Garlic bread: OMG I wish I knew how they make them crispy and garlicky on the outside and chewy goodness on the inside! Stuffed Meat pizza: Stuffed with every sort of meat you can think of, and the crust is perfect. I also had the sugar Zepoli, warm and chewy. I could eat like 10 of them myself! Their pizza is good, but not the best. Is good for like having lunch or one slice of pizza. I tried to stop eating there because for some reason I get heartburns every time I eat there. A whole pizza can be expensive although they are big. The staff is very nice. I heard that they've been opened for like 30 or 20 years. read more

As someone who used to come here all the time, it's sad to see how much this place has gone down hill. The staff is very rude and highly unprofessional. I was overcharged on my previous order and was told by the cashier that they could not do a refund, but that they would provide me with a card to get a free pizza on my next visit. I returned to redeem this free pizza and was told that it was not valid. They asked who I spoke with and when I told them, the response simply was that she's not working today to confirm my story and there is nothing they could do. This kind of stuff would have never happened under the old management and it is very disappointing to see. Save your time and go where you will actually be treated like a customer. read more

I noticed this place years ago when I moved to Kissimmee but hadn't tried it until recently-only because I thought it was 'mall pizza'. The hubby has been stopping here for lunch for months and always comes home bragging about his awesome authentic yummy lunch so I finally joined him last weekend and had the Boli from Schianos. WOW. Flavor! It's exactly what you want. (they give you a little cup of sauce on the side too, love that!) Tonight we ordered a large pizza with double pepperoni-HUGE! Again, this is the real deal. Friends of the family own a few pizza joints up north and this is by far, hands down...is better! Seriously the best pizza in Kissimmee. NY style with flavor. Fold it up, just enough 'juice' drip and filling. Staff is on point, never a long wait (counter service), they have a rewards card for guests who frequent the place too. Bad Mall Pizza and bad service. They lost our order ticket and the family had to wait for another to be made. Part of the pizza was folded over on itself because the box was too small. The pizza was very thin and bland and the bottom was burnt. We will never order from here again. There are plenty of better places to go for pizza in Kissimmee. Since moving from NY two years ago, it's been a big challenge to find decent pizza. Although we live 2 hours away, my in-laws are 20 mins away from Schiano's. We try to get their pizza every time we come visit Kissimmee. Their pizza sauce is perfection and the overall taste is on par with our NY favorites. We just picked up 2 pies today and were all discussing how good it was how all the reviews must be great. I was just shocked to see how some people gave bad reviews and just one star. We are all convinced that either a: they are fake reviews or b: some people just don't know good pizza. Not crazy about the mall location, but worth the trip for yummmmminess!!!! read more

I was looking for a place to order quite a few pizza pies for my daughter's birthday party. When I called Schiano Pizza they offered such a great deal so I decided to try it out for the party. I ordered 12 pies and he offered 1 free since I purchased so many. Not only was it a great deal but the quality of the pizza was outstanding. I called 3 places I like for pizza to get quotes but I knew I really wanted Schiano's pizza. After speaking to him in the morning I called back in the afternoon even though I had gotten better deals elsewhere and he said he remembered me and decided he was going to give me a deal. He charged me $10 per pie for each pie since I had such a large order. I definitely recommend this place for the great service and quality of the pizza. read more
