We love coming here for dinner!! The Monday special gave us 35 boneless wings (2 sauces of choice), and small cheese bread, plus we added a medium chicken bacon ranch pizza. Plus drinks and ranch, it all totaled to $40!! You can't get that anywhere!! Service is always top knotch- they know our order and are always timely. Placed an order to pickup a pizza at 12:30-got a text before 12:00 that the pizza was ready. I rechecked my online order and called to verify that I wanted the pizza at 12:30. The person I spoke with said she would check and if they had already made the pizza, they would remake it for 12:30. When my husband picked up the pizza, it was cold. Calamity at Brooklyn Calzone: Sauceless Calzone and Forkless Salad Disaster Leaves Taste Buds in Disarray! I had a terrible experience with Pizza Provisions, or whatever they're calling themselves now (Brooklyn Calzone) on Uber Eats. Not only did they forget to include utensils, making it impossible to eat a simple Caesar salad, but they also managed to leave out the sauce for the calzone. We were double charged for an order on Valentine's Day, I called the store, and Ashley was extremely passive, aggressive, defensive, and rude. Claims she couldn't find anyone under my name so I offered her our check copy, copy of our receipts and a copy of our bank statement showing that we were double charged. She had no interest in any of that information. She simply just wanted to find the order under my name, which she actually mis typed. Push comes to shove, she refused to issue for a refund says I'm gonna have to go through her credit card vendor company toast. I said as a customer and a fellow business owner we should not be responsible in contacting who you ever do your payment processing with. That's your error your selection you are responsible. She finally calls toast and conference calls me in the customer service agent at toast barely spoke any English and didn't even understand that I was double charged. It took him a few minutes to catch on that I was double charged and they've opened a case and I have to wait to see if I get a refund I've reached out to Ashley numerous times saying if she does own provision like she claims she should issue a refund as a good business owner. Provision should be held accountable and take responsibility but instead they need their measly $100 because I don't think they're going to be in business long. read more

Finally a place in Harnett County serving quality pizza!!! The ingredients are always fresh and they have so many good choices for specialty pizzas. Their wings are great too which, in my opinion, can never be expected from a pizza joint. The same goes for the salads - the grilled chicken salad is our favorite! Pizza rolls are the go-to move for an appetizer. I have also used them to cater a business tailgating event at Campbell for 50 ppl. The owner helped me come up with a great menu to fit my budget and our guests all raved about the food. This is a veteran-owned business and former Campbell grads. There's so many reasons to support this business. Above all, their food is SO GOOD! We have a family of picky eaters and it's rare we find a restaurant that everyone unanimously likes. We've ordered pizza several times, always with a positive outcome. Pizza is probably the best around. Tonight was different. I tried to order on line an Ala Bianca with sausage and banana peppers. For some reason I couldn't add the extra ingredients, so called instead. The person who took the call never read my order back to me, neglected to tell me how much it was , and just hung up. I called back to find out both the cost and the time. She never asked for a name, either, for the order. When my husband picked it up, neither the sausage or the banana peppers were on the pizza. I think a little training is needed for phone service. We will try again, hoping for a correct order. If the order is not correct, we will go elsewhere. read more

I had not had the chance to eat at this restaurant, so I decided to head over and place a to go order. Now I live 5 miles (12 minutes) from this place. I went in the young girl was very nice, I asked her what her favorite pastas were that was on the menu after she told me, I ordered the Baked Ziti. Waited normal amount of time, received my order and drove the 5 miles back to my house. My food was still hot, just as if it had came from the oven to the table and it was delicious. I highly recommend you give the baked ziti a try the next time you are in the mood for pasta. I look forward to eating here again. read more

Had a horrible experience. I placed an online order and came to pick it up, and it still wasn't ready. So I sat down and waited. 15 minutes later, a woman comes in and orders. 10 min later, she gets her food and walks out. So I asked the worker how much longer my pizza will be, and he said 10 minutes. Right after that, one of the cooks comes out with their own pizza and sits down and starts eating it! Meanwhile I've been waiting for almost 45 minutes and my 2 personal sized pizzas weren't ready. Finally when my food was ready they handed it to me with no apology or explanation. Then I got home to find that they didn't give me any of the ranch that I ordered, and the other pizza had completely the wrong cheese on it. Will never be back read more
