What a shit show. We got there at 12:45 they close for Lunch @ 1:30. The chicken on the buffet was already shall we say stale, stuffing & mashed potatoes low. They did Nothing to fill the Non pizza buffet yet kept bringing out Pizzas. We asked multiple kid staff if they are refilling chicken, potatoes, stuffing and were told 'we close soon'. Yet Again kept bringing out Pizzas. I know fried chicken only takes 17-19 minutes to cook. It took these piss ants 30 minutes, 1:30 (closing time) to bring fresh cooked chicken out. And the Breasts were not fully cooked. let's face it you go to pizza ranch for the chicken Not the pizza. And Yet, they kept bringing out Pizzas. I really dont know where to start..... when we got there there was no pizza, chicken, desserts, and salad bar was empty. Had to wait for one pizza at a time to come out about 5 min between right after us a bunch of young men arrived. So got 2 pieces of pizza in the 45 mins we were there. No chicken ever. No dessert pizzas. No mashed potatoes...ect. We have been there 3 diffrent times over the last 2 months never saw chicken once. When asked about it when arriving was told 10 mins. I will never eat at this place!! We had a basketball team that was looking for a meal after our game. We called in six hours before we were coming and spoke with a manager who said we would be welcome to come in and eat at 6:30 pm after our game and they had a separate party room we could use. When we showed up the owner refused to serve us. When we asked why, he said that because they were too busy and didn't have tables available and not enough food. We told him we wouldn't mind waiting for a while if necessary. The party room was completely empty, but he said that they couldn't use that room because of COVID. And then I walked around and counted 10 empty tables that were still open and available. This does not include the tables that were blocked off because of COVID. And there was also plenty of food on the buffet. He simply would not serve us, so we had to wait in the lobby for twenty minutes for our bus driver to come back and pick us up and take us back to the hotel. The absolute worst service ever! Paid over $65 at lunch hour for no pizza on the buffet. There were 4 tables of people that were sitting like us waiting for any pizza to be put on the buffet. When we walked I asked do we sit or how does this work we're from out of town. The man said you pay first walked off saying that he had to make a pizza. The lady who took our money was rude didn't tell us if we needed to buy drinks just sent us off. When I asked she said it's included with the rudest tone she could muster. I ask 3 different people over 30 minutes how much longer for pizza. The lady who is the last person I asked started getting loud confrontational in my face. That while she worked us Southern rednecks drew unemployment. Said I'll give you a refund to take your ruse Southern @$$ out of here. We didn't get food didn't get our money back they cheated us out of $30 and accused us of being the trouble. First NO ONE COMES TO WAHPETON ND FROM TEXAS on vacation! Second how dare you say that we're the problem we we have waited with 4 other tables (all with children) for food to be put out. Third don't tell me I can keep my tip when you haven't done a single thing to get one. Finally do not act like I'm the one who started the confrontation when you get in my face and cuss me. I might be from the South, but I have manners and never once cussed you or hit you unlike the lady did to my mother. I couldn't tell you if the food was good or not because I didn't get any nor my children and got treated with complete disrespect for having the nerve to ask how long for pizza. This place kicked us out of the restaurant, after paying $110 for the buffet, just for throwing away a plate of pineapple and a salad, after already getting multiple plates, so we had about $60 of food for a $110 buffet then came outside and harassed us until we left the property, after shouting some choice words, a manager then told us to never come back and we all told him that we never are going to read more

Called to fix a simple mistake I made on my order. Got hung up on by employee. Called again was told order dispatched at 625. Gave up on fixing. Got order around 650. Owner called me today. He said it was dispatched at 640. So I did have a chance to fix it. He asked if I wanted a credit. I asked if it could be a refund. He rudely stated it was the same thing. After hanging up on me by the way. I had to call him back. And when I complained about him and his employees hanging up, he said it was because I'm a "f@$king b@tch." Service was TERRIBLE. We reserved a private room in the back for an anniversary party, when we showed up they placed us in the main restaurant. Told us they had to use the back room for a larger party. No larger party ever showed to fill the back room. The manager was blatantly rude to my family, basically kicking us out of the room we reserved and into the main restaurant. Would not work with us at all and made it seem it was our fault. If it wasn't for the food being food, this review would be a 1 Star review. Will not be hosting here again. read more

Pizza ranch was very good. Nothing was disappointing at all. The employees were amazing and the food was great. There was good spacing and the buffet was well attended to. It's family friendly and was a great cost. I would definitely recommend this to anyone! read more

Very good. Salad bar was great, pizza was plentiful with a wide variety. They will even make a pizza of your own choice.
