In our last order it was completely wrong even though it was ordered online. Manager was unavailable when we called. He called back after a while refused a refund and offered a coupon. We declined. We won a gift certificate to this location, and so we decided to try it out last night. Right off the bat, we were impressed. The location is a good bit different from the Jackson location, and I like that about it. Immediately upon walking in, it gives a very comfortable and clean vibe. The restaurant is spacious and has outdoor seating as well. They have plenty of options on the menu, but we went with the Thai Chicken, which we had never tried. It was fantastic. I am a fan of pizza that is heavy on toppings as opposed to mostly dough. This one was just that. We had a ton of chicken on it. The cheese was perfectly melted and the peppers were just right, too. To boot, the crust was great as well. All around, one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Additionally, the young men that were working were very polite and helpful. I loved my build your own sandwich. Not very many places offer Gouda cheese. It's my favorite. My sandwich consisted of turkey, bacon, black and green olives and mushrooms. It was great. My daughter got a small pepperoni pizza. It was four pieces. It was super greasy if you like greasy pizza. I do, but she doesn't so she only ate one piece. We will most definitely come back. The pizza here is fantastic. It's is made the way pizza should be made therefore it is filling, unlike chain pizza restaurants. The amount of time it took to make my pizza was satisfactory. I was ok with the price being a bit more than most pizza places because of the amount of and quality of toppings. We ordered a Medium Italian Cowboy(without red onion) and an order of their cheese sticks. I was a little disappointed with the staff. No one was rude, but they just seemed unknowledgeable and a little confused. The restaurant appeared to be clean. Overall this was a good experience and we will definitely be back. read more

This was my first time here. Not really knowing what to expect I looked at the menu and decided on the Supreme and the Hawaiian half-and-half. With a minimal time of preparation , it was at our table in about 15 minutes. We began eating and we noticed that the ingredients was piled extra very high cooked to perfection and tasted absolutely delicious. I wish we had pizza like this out in CA. My friend and I ordered a pie when we were on vacation out there and omg I loved it!!! It felt like there were 2 inches of toppings and a nice toasty thin crust. You really get your monies worth and then some with the pizza. Out here you get mostly crust and a thin slice of cheese and toppings and that is about it, so it has been pretty disappointing to say the least to be back in California and not have this wonderful pizza anymore...I may be back soon though and when I am this will be one of my first stops...well that and Waffle House lol. read more

Unfortunately, the staff acts like they're doing you a favor by letting you eat it there. No one will bring you anything except the pizza, and they're only doing that because they can't legally make you walk in the kitchen and get it yourself. Sunday, I was graced with a server who walked up and plopped a large, scalding hot pizza down between me and my two year old daughter and walked off without saying a word. She nearly set the 400 degree pizza on her arm. If I hadn't been watching her like a hawk, she'd have plunged her hand into the pizza and we'd be heading to the ER.
