When they came out I was unsure about them because any other time I've ever ordered a loaded type nacho they're, how do I explain it, more colorful I guess. Usually its like bacon and American cheese, guac, pico, etc., but these were just shades of white and green. I wish I could've finished them but the portion was quite a bit for 1 person. My only gripe would be the chicken. It reminded me of the meat you get in a launchable. I think I would rather prefer a crispy diced chicken. But that's just me. The other 2 didn't have any complaints about the Rival Stix or the burger. The Chicken Tenders were said to not have much flavor in the breading. The person who ordered them didn't care for the breading. I was also tempted into some sort of creme brulee donut I think. It was really good but I was already so stuffed from the nachos that I couldn't finish it. Its for the sweet tooth folks. The general space is all sports themed as expected. Quite spacious. Seems like the perfect place to come after work for a beer...and nachos!

During lunch (my first trip), our waitress was very attentive, drinks were consistently refilled, and our food came out promptly. The second time, I had to flag down our waitress quite several times to get anything. Nothing to complain about when it comes to the prices. I got my usual chicken salad, which has french fries and lots of veggies. As usual, the service was excellent, and the food was delicious. I've been trying to watch the Pirates game, but it's hard for me because I'm so nearsighted. Anyway, the pirates are losing, so I hope they score a home run with base is loaded and take the lead back. It's good to be back here. It's my place in Bridgeville.

On our 34th wedding anniversary last year we decided to try Firebird's. We met waitress Tammy, she was amazing. She gives excellent service, so personable, and the food was amazing. We have visited again several times and the service and food has been excellent. This year we celebrated my husband's 79th birthday on Memorial Day with 15 members of our family and the service, food and drinks impressed my whole family. Once again amazing! One month later in June my husband and I were diagnosed with aggressive blood cancers. It was devastating and treatment had been brutal. But a few days late we decided to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. So tonight we took one of our son's, grandson's and we went to Firebird's for our first outing since starting cancer treatments. Of course we chose Firebird's. Happy accident we got Tammy as our waitress. So much fun to be out and having fun with family. The four of us had an amazing meal, so much fun and excellent service. Firebird's didn't disappoint!

There were two bartenders and three other staff members who seemed to be handling seating and samples, along with a runner for food and drinks. Unfortunately, we waited over 25 minutes for a drink, and others who arrived after us were served first. It definitely put a damper on the visit. If I go back, I'll probably stick to just drinks and maybe a couple of apps--but honestly, I think I'll continue going to the original Strip District spot where the energy, service, and overall experience feel more dialed in.
