Went here on a Sunday late afternoon to try a slice and they had slices of cheese and pepperoni available. They also had some other prepared food in the refrigerated case. We had one of the cheese slices to go. The dough had a nice crisp on the crust but the underneath part did not have as much of the crisp. The dough almost tasted like a mix of pastry crust and bread. There was bit too much cheese and it could have used a bit more sauce although we normally order extra sauce when ordering a whole pie. Overall the slice was good but didn't have anything special that stands out from others in the area. The staff was nice and seemed like a family oriented establishment. The food is AMAZING pick up service and service in general is not the best. They don't start making your order until you arrive to pick it up it seems like. I order take out, 2 chicken entrees, they tell me an hour. It was a busy Friday night so an hour is understandable but still long. I show up to pick up an hour and 15 later and the food is still not done. I was not surprised but pissed off. Also had chicken francese with linguini which was in a perfect lemon butter sauce. I visited December 13, 2018. The restaurant was beautifully decorated for Christmas. They played Christmas music, which is wonderful. Rebecca was our Server. She was extremely friendly & very accommodating. I ordered Chicken Cutlet Parm & my folks ordered large Panini Sandwiches. My Pasta Soup was excellent, there was even fresh bacon in it. As a pointer, try the rolls dry with butter over garlic rolls. The chicken parm itself was very tasty & the portion was healthy. There wasn't an empty seat in the house by the time we left. If you look back on my other reviews, you will see I have never given anything below a four. I don't believe in taking down peoples businesses and like to only reviews on things that I love. In this case, I think the world needs to know how deplorable, rude and flat out mean the staff at Pizza Time is. I will say, the food is delicious, but the lack of respect for the customer and their time can't continue to go unnoticed by me. On multiple occasions I have ordered food from the restaurant and they do not start cooking it until you arrive. You end up waiting over 40 minutes most days despite being told that your food will be ready by a specific time. Most recently, I was yelled at by the woman on the phone for simply inquiring why they charged me $25 and didn't include garlic knots in my order. She yelled (I'm talking aggressive) the reasoning was because I ordered Gluten-free pasta with my order (I happen to like the taste better) and in the future I need to specify or I don't get them. While I can understand why that assumption would be made, being yelled that is not something I can comprehend. If she had simply told me that in a calm manner I would've asked if I could come back and pick some up as I am not gluten-free. Instead, she hung up on me before I could even ask. Unfortunately, we will not be going back there and supporting this establishment as they clearly do not care about the mental well-being of their customers. Good food, poor attitude.
