The Crabapple Café had popped up in my news feed a few months ago & I tagged it. It is a small restaurant that will get packed in so arrive here as early as you can. They thing about this particular community, is that most diners are heading to Whistler or Vancouver, so depending on when you arrive here, your table wait may not be that long. Our waitress was excellent - gave great recommendations. Our breakfast orders were excellent. I'm fussy when it comes to pancakes. However, I had absolutely no fuss over the pancakes here - they were on point spectacular - fluffy & tasty. The bacon was fantastic. If you're heading up to Whistler, make this a stopover indeed. Maybe they are not known for this salad or maybe I ordered the wrong thing? I have no idea but I'll never spend this amount of money for something that I can get way better and cheaper at McDonald's. I was also disappointed that they don't make juices when you order, they pre-make everything and stick them in refrigerators, so if you come here closer to 1pm they are already out of a lot of options because they don't make more.
