That being said, I've visited Squamish 6 times in the last two years and tried to get gf pizza here every time. We always order two per visit, plus a regular crust veggie pizza for my vegetarian, non-celiac wife. In our last 6 visits, we have been able to get gf pizza once (the first time we tried it). ONCE. They are sold out every time we go, no matter what time we get there. Joe Pesto's opens at 4pm. Yesterday we arrived at 4:05 pm and they were sold out of gf pizza crusts. SERIOUSLY?!! I appreciate they have them, but if they only make one a day, what's the point? I explained the situation and they completely understood and put me through to a supervisor. They also did the due diligence of calling the location to make sure that they were still open. The Squamish location was hoping to close early. But, Upon hearing the situation, they decided to stay open to fill the order.
