I ordered the raclette. It was an experience. They bring the cheese out and a grill were the cheese is warmed. The cheese comes with potatoes, bread, pickles and pearl onions. It is a pretty big portion. I loved it except how long it takes to melt in between servings.
I started off with a Pinot noir, but then our waiter recommended a white wine, Chasselas, that paired well with the raclette.
Our waiter, Alex, was amazing. He anticipated our needs and was very friendly.
