I've easily eaten at least 500 pies from this local place and let me tell you it is way better than the greek style sweet sauce places plaguing the westford area. Crispy like coal fire but not burnt awesome dough thats flavorful and dry but not brittle. Sauce is salty but not too heavy and not sweet. Salad comes in a delicious bread pizza dough kinda bowl, the dough is a highlight of the pizza for me. More like NY style with the sauce not overpowering the cheese and dough combo. Cheese is on the lighter side but generally perfect. Mozz sticks are banging and they stopped adding different cheese(like romano or parm) to the pizza its as good as its ever been if not better. Super crispy battered fries. Small but normal sitting area with a tv/drinks/chips. Sometimes family members are working together and one of their kids is honestly more professional of a worker than half my coworkers. Great service and excellent food, I will be coming here for the next 50+years. And I actually have been fronted the cost for a pizza before what a owner! read more

The pizza is definitely the flagship of their total food menu. The Chicken Parm Sub although the sauce is great flavor, the chicken was dried out. Still up in the air on this one. I broke my ankle and stuck at home, I live 1 block away from Presti so I ordered delivery. I gave them 3 shots, salmon stir fry, steak tip dinner and finally pizza. The salmon was a little overcooked and dry but the sauce that they use on the rice and veggies was pretty good. The steak tips were chewy and dry and the rice was tasteless, the marinade wasn't great. Finally, the pizza was one of the worst I've ever had. You people who say the pizza is great must be very limited on the amount of pizza that you eat. The crust was like cardboard, completely tasteless, and the sauce isn't great. I paid $20 for a small pizza and could only stand to eat 2 slices. Won't be ordering from here again read more

The pizza is great, the food is okay and delivery is timely but I do have some issues with their listening to orders. I have lived in Westford my whole life and am a regular to their establishment and will absolutely continue to be one but 9/10 times I do not get all of what I order Get a sub with onion lettuce and pickle I will get olive lettuce and pickle Ask for tenders with ranch and buffalo you'll get blue cheese and buffalo, never get the right dressing for a salad, ask for an item to be removed it will be on the side. As I said there really is no problem with the quality it can just be frustrating to always have some kind of issue once received and not a big enough problem to make the walk back. I recommend giving them a try but double check before you leave. read more

If i could give a lesser rating I would. On the 14th of this month ( August). I ordered a steak tip dinner with onion rings and salad. 1...It arrived at least 45 minutes late 2...The steak tips were over cooked 3...They put my onion rings on top of what I assumed were hot and they were soggy. 4...The rice was mushy and bland. I called and was told by someone that the manager was away until Monday. The guy told me he would have manager call on Monday. By Monday afternoon I called him. I told him I was unhappy with the order. He asked what I wanted to be done. I said my money back. He said the only way they do that is if they get the food back. He offered me 20%off my next meal. I told him there won't be a next tome. This was strike 3. So he told me I was being dramatic. I told him I was going to write this up on YELP.He hung up on me. Buyer Beware!!!! read more

Ordered pizza here. They picked up the Oder .. an hour half later after couple of calls and assurance the delivery is on the way ... the delivery person shows up and says "I DONT HAVE YOUR PIZZA". I asked him, then why did he show up ??? I called the store and the person was non apologetic. They said they would refund the $$. We've lived here for 6 years now. We tried them a few times while we were moving in. We were very pleased and excited because we very rarely order out and they are only a stone's throw away from where we live. Shortly after we moved in they began advertising 'New Management'. So we tried them and were incredibly disappointed. They claim to be an "authentic bronx, ny style" pizza. NO WAY, NO HOW!! This is a Greek Style Pizza and it was awful. It was dry, hard and cold. Crust was like cardboard, sauce had no taste and the cheese was not spread out evenly across the pizza. The Prosciutto Wrap hardly had any meat in it. I liked the fries but my boyfriend didn't. So we chalked it off to an 'off night' for them and hoped for the best. A few months ago I ordered the Fisherman's Platter & Pizza. It took an hour and a half for delivery. Remember, we are only a stone's throw away. When she arrived, I watched her pass back and forth by the house 5 or 6 times. I had to run out down the driveway and flag her down. She had a child in the back seat & was dressed as though she was headed out to a club and was obviously a bit stressed. So I figured that she was only doing the place a favor and wasn't really out delivering food on a regular working shift. Pizza was the same awful quality as the last time and all of the coating on the seafood slid right off of the product. More importantly, I got soooo sick off of the seafood. That has never happened to me before. I know it was the Seafood because my boyfriend refused to even try it. We will never order from them again unless they undergo a change of Ownership or another Management change. read more

Good enough pizza with friendly service in Westford. I'm staying in Westford for work and my hotel has no restaurant, no shuttle and tells me that a cab to anywhere (even 1 mile away) is going to cost me $25 each way. Enter the fine people at Pizzeria Presti who are kind enough to deliver. There is a menu online http://pizzapresti.com/ but that is for their Burlington location. When I called, they said Westford has a similar menu but not everything is available so be aware of that. I ordered a chicken and broccoli white pizza because that's a healthy choice, right? RIGHT? Anyway, they had it to me in about 35 minutes and it was pretty good. It probably could have used a few more minutes in the oven. That's a minor nitpick though. read more

This is a great pizza shop. They even have gluten free pizza! I highly recommend this place. I love all the different types of pizzas.

Let me start by saying we live exactly 10 minutes down the road. We ordered a small turkey sub with Mayo, Onion toasted lightly, A small cheeseburger sub, Small onion rings and small wing dings. Order came an hour after we ordered. My sub was over toasted where edges couldn't be eaten. Two pieces of turkey and half an onion chopped. My onion rings were burnt. Inedible. Wing dings were cold. All for the low price of $26.64. Not to mention tip. I called to complain about the onion rings, was put on hold for 5 minutes. Told me I'd get a new order. At 7:25pm they were finally delivered. worst place ever!! ive been going since I was a child. they messed up my last two orders I never complained I just called at 4:51 to order a pizza and jalape poppers and called about an hour later because they still weren't here after they said 10 minutes they said the driver couldn't find the house I stood outside in the cold turned all of my lights on he said he was at the house with the light on and a dog was there and it was not my house I tried telling him he barely spoke English so the owner said he had three other deliveries that he would bring it by. We ordered food for pickup. The pizza was ready when promised. The pepperoni madness pizza was really good. I'd order pizza here again.

Beware... The pizzas are extremely soggy and it's almost impossible to take a slice with out all of the cheese and toppings falling of. The salads are great but the chicken tenders are n a s t y. I ordered a medium pizza and they charged me for a large. This place deserves no more then 1 star read more

I call in the next day and they offer to make another one for free. This time they mess it up by making a sub instead of the calzone I asked for. Oh where has my good pizza gone?? We have been customers of Pizzeria Presti for over 15 years. We have had many wonderful pizza's from this place. But lately there has been so many problems. Once we waited over 90 minutes for the pizza to come and when it finally did it was ice cold. Even though we live 1 mile away the driver apparently got lost. THEN then went back to make another pizza so all told we waited 2 hours for dinner - not acceptable! Tonite we decided to give them another chance -we ordered again (mind you the same order we place every time) and I knew somehow it was going to be screwed up. Well, guess what? It was! Not only did they bring a pizza with the wrong toppings but they forgot the soda we ordered. Fast forward to waiting another 30 minutes - they bring the pizza we originally ordered but bring THE WRONG KIND OF SODA! Who is running this place now??? Seriously. We are SOOO disappointed in this place I told them they have lost us as customers. If I had a customer who was loyal for 15 years I would try to do better. Seems like Pizzaria Presti is going down the tubes......Well, I guess its time we look for a new pizza place. Shame on you, Pizzaria Presti!! read more

Tried their pizza for the first time via delivery - it was a huge hit. Crust was doughy and the pizza was tasty.

Ordered one medium pizza. Nothing special. We were told 20 minutes which is reasonable. We get there and was told another 15 minutes. Not good. 15 minutes later, we were told they "lost" the order and that it would be another 30 minutes. We cancelled the order and left. This place cannot handle their business properly. Ugh. I am so tired of this restaurant screwing up the orders. Not only do we wait over an hour and a half for the pizza but when the pizza finally arrives it is NOT EVEN OUR ORDER!!!!! They say they were going to make us more pizza and send it so I guess that means we have to wait three hours for three pizzas? That doesn't make any sense. Don't order any subs from here because they will do everything possible to get your order wrong every single time. We live in the neighborhood so Presti has been super convenient to us for years.
