This place was absolutely wrecked on the Sunday I stopped in to pick up a to go order for some hungry teens. The dining room was in disarray, trash overflowing and the serving area was just chaos. They were out of quite a few items - steak, chicken, rice. But there was one guy working food prep and he was a champ. So nice even when I gave him what probably seemed like an endless list of orders. I usually would give this a two star review but this young man's willingness to serve my meals with a smile brought it home. After many happy prior visits to Chipotle, I walked out without my order today because the meat and the rice portion of the bowl dish was stunningly paltry. I suggested that they add a bit more meat and was told that I'd have to pay for an extra portion. I told them to keep it. Staff member messed up my order and was extremely rude when I kindly corrected him. On my next burrito, they ran out of honey chipotle chicken so I asked if he could make more or add regular chicken instead. He rolled his eyes and told me that he "can't" and insisted that I had a normal serving of chicken (even if this was true, it's still my right to request more chicken). Getting annoyed, I repeated that I wanted more chicken and he said he is not able to do that. He then walked into the kitchen and loudly shouted "Someone go deal with THAT." Will never order online again and probably not from this location. Missing a few things on the order, an order of chips and Guac and another bag of chips that comes with kids meal. Horrible customer service, and never guaranteed quality food. Took my dad here for the first time. He was excited to try it. We were there 40 minutes before closing (4 pm is the latest they are open, already an embarrassment). There was barely anyone there and they made us order online, just for the online order to not go through and they denied in person service, wasting our time. This place is not capable of running, SHUT IT DOWN ALREADY! It is never open. Should just be replaced by a chain food service or small business that actually is capable of running. Sadly this Chipotle has gone completely down hill. They are often not open during their posted hours and the last 3 times we tried going they were out of food. Once they were out of tortillas and chips! All you could buy was a bowl or tacos. Last time they were out of steak and chicken so we could not place our online order! Today I placed a mobile order that was supposed to be ready at 5:30. I didn't get my order until 5:55. They were out of steak and carne asada. They were making more but it took way too long. And all the chairs in the restaurant were on top of the tables indicating they don't want you to stay and sit there. Only the tables with stools glued to the ground were open to use. What kind of Chipotle closes at 8pm on a Friday night, anyway?! The ones in my City are open til 10pm Friday and Saturday nights. Surprised at how bad this chipotle is! The staff was extremely slow and asked my order, then re-asked my order twice as I went down the line because they couldn't retain two things. Wanted a little rice, got a lot- the only thing I got a lot of. The bowl is like half empty and the guac scoop is the saddest thing I've ever SEEN! This used to be a favorite location but they have gone way down hill and the management should be ashamed! I traveled there tonight from Townsend (about 30 minutes away) went into the restaurant to be told its online only. It was like this for most of March but my son was able to get something from them the other night. The staff and there was plenty of them was RUDE and told me basically to get out as it was online only. Some people don't know how to do online and even more so I like my burritto bowl hot and made to order as I'm picky about the stuff that gets put in it (e.g., I only like 1 scoop of rice). When you do online orders you find out they are randomly closed and can't pick up the order. Have to spend at least 20-30 min on the phone to get a refund that you won't see for 1-2 weeks. Then if you go in they have signs online orders only. You can't wait with this place. Worst chipotle location by far. read more

This place has taken a turn and not for the best. They used to be generous with their portions of protein. Not anymore. I even tried paying for extra and still receive the same, if not less, than what I normally would get not paying for extra. The last two times I have ordered from here, I have legit 6-10 pieces total of chicken. They overcompensate with rice and condiments. Sadly, I won't be returning.
