Ever since this place changed ownership the food has been trash. We've black listed all the food items except their pizza and broccoli bites which are solid. We were devastated when they changed the cheese dip for the cheese fries. It went from the best homemade cheese sauce, to something gross and flavorless. I often got the Italian vegetarian focaccia sandwich and it got worse every time. It used to be packed with sun dried tomatoes, a delicious basalmic glaze, and thick fresh mozzarella and focaccia. It's been reduced to mainly spinach with a slice of American cheese on bread with no sauce. Please stop skimping on the quality and go back to what made you stand out, I'd hate to see you close. read more

Came all the way from NYC for an event and let just say the pizza is awesome!!! Haven't had great pizza outside of NY in a long time and this place is up there. The restaurant is very dinner style and homey. The staff is welcoming and very accommodating. It's very clean and again the pizza is amazing. Would I come back.... Abso-freakin-lutely! My girlfriend and I were in NJ watching my daughter's basketball game! They won the championship and came to this pizza spot for celebration! The place was empty but staff was friendly! The team had their own pies and we decided to get small personal pies! My girlfriend ordered a plain cheese and I ordered the white pizza! Pizzas tasted really good! This place is a Hidden gem, but today was "different".... I did not have a Lot of time, so, I called my order in and specifically asked for a Chicken Cheese Steak Hoagie, no raw onions, but Banana Peppers on the side. Perfection!! I was so excited for my express lunch because I didn't have a ton of time to eat. When I arrived, I was told that my sandwich was Beef. I am trying to eat Less Beef and it is harder to digest, after eating beef, I usually get an upset stomach. The owner offered to remake my order I didn't have time. Nothing else was offered to correct this. I took my sandwich, Paid for my order and ate it. If someone made my order incorrectly, why wouldn't they offer something besides to remake it. The order taker repeated my order back to me. I just feel upset that they acted like this when this was on them, they took my order down wrong. Thoughts on this? I was starving and I didn't have time to go anywhere else. But..... that's been my Day....... I hope it gets better. Right now, I'm just sad about this. I probably won't be back. Sorry. My family has been here before, but this was my first visit. I guess I would try this again. We had a large group and were seated quickly and served quickly as well. The iced tea *unsweetened" tasted a little funny, but oh well, it is iced tea. I got the chicken parm entree and it was huge. The chicken wasnt tender at all but nonetheless not too bad. I have had better. It lacked some flavor and just had plain marinara on top. Could have used some garlic. But it did have two chicken breasts, but again tasted as if they were under a heat lamp. The caesar salad that came w the entree was quite excellent though. Our party got a turkey club hoagie and a hot pepper sausage hoagie, both were just okay. My aunt said, "this was not what I expected." It is not a sour note, but maybe missed expectations. The pizza was average to above average. Chicken Cheesesteak was good. Their dinners come with soup or salad and choice of starch. Soups are homemade and are wonderful. Had their chicken noodle, which is best thing for a rainy Saturday night. Found this place by chance using Google Maps "pizza near me". I saw their online menu and they had tons of options. But what I wanted was a baked Italian hoagie. I'm used to baked hoagies years ago in Pittsburgh. So I asked if they could bake the bread, meats, and cheese first, then add the condiments later. They said "no problem". They made the best hoagie I've had since Pittsburgh. Plus they're open later unlike other places which is great! Thanks guys! read more

The pizza made my fiance sick and the chicken caesar wrap was such a disappoint- I had to put it right in the trash. One bite and I felt sick to my stomach. We threw the menu out immediately. This was literally the worst pizza I have ever had. My husband said it was one of the two worst pizzas he has ever had, and my 10 year old couldn't even finish one slice. The sauce and pizza crust both tasted frozen, and there was so much grease you could have sopped it up with a mop. The soda tasted like slightly flavored seltzer water. Date: 28 Jun 2013, order number 285. Total failure!!! This order should have never gone out the door! Food was rewarmed or at best kept warm for nearly 56 minutes, and then finally delivered. EVERY thing we ordered was nearly COLD, crusts and breads were too soft and "soggy/greasy" and went straight to the kitchen trash can. I immediately called them back, told them they just lost a customer! We're done with PIZZUTILLO'S PIZZA RESTAURANT, Mount Laurel, NJ. It was criminal what they did; they should not be in the business of home delivery - sad effort! ALL our food was soft, greasy... just plain inedible and we still tipped $7.00 for delivery!!! We've been ordering from them for some time, but no longer. The poor delivery driver was nervous as if he knew that management did not have a grip on this evenings orders. It was not his fault! I made 2 phone calls to follow up on status. I even told them I was ready to come pickup our HOME DELIVERY. My judgment there was probably only one delivery man on duty for a Friday night.. too bad. They tried to give us a $20 coupon for a $36.48 meal that took over an hour and ended up in our trash can with the cat liter. We had just arrived to eat some much wanted steak sandw, other foods... we arrived at 8:45 pm when waiter came up to us letting us know that we needed to order our food fast because they will be closing at 9:15pm... i immediately responded asking him... well the business hours clearly state on the website that they close at 9:30... his response: no my manager told me to let u guys know at 9:15 that we needed to order fast if not the kitchen will close at 9:15! How can a family of 4 possibly order and be finished eating by then??? Ridiculous!! We got up and asked for a manager.. therefore we spioke to the manager/cook and we let him know how we felt and he had nothing smart to say... but sorry i wasnt trying to be mean at all just that we close at 9:15... My daughter and I tried to have lunch at this restaurant today but we nobody waited on us. We have been spending our lunch hours here for quite awhile but today we were ignored.
