I have never purchased clothing from BCF. I visited a couple of my regular stores to no avail, and…read morewas on the hunt for a spring dress for a garden themed party. I had lost hope and walked into Burlington with zero expectations and boom...found a dress! I'm typically not a bright color person and while I loved the cut of the dress, I wasn't sure if it was right for me. Out of time, I planned to make the purchase anyway. I texted my besties (aka Emotional Support Team lol) to show them the dress and solicit feedback. I happened to share why I was shopping with Zariyah, who quickly said, "The colors go perfectly for your skin. The dress is going to pop, enjoy the party!" Burlington I doubted you and I am sorry. I will be back!

Today, I went to a different Burlington location (since I was in the area) to return it. I explained the issue to the employee, but she rudely told me that I had to go back to the original store where I bought it and that they don't accept returns at her location. I told her I had purchased it just yesterday and that it's impossible to know if an item is defective without trying it. Despite this, she refused to process the return. I then asked her to write her name on the receipt so I could speak to a manager or someone higher up. Instead, she wrote something unclear. This has been a very disappointing experience. Because of this, I've decided this will be my last time buying electronic items from Burlington. I can accept lower quality for the price I pay, but receiving a used or broken item is not acceptable.

I almost don't want to post this because I'd rather keep it my secret... but everyone needs to know…read moreabout Threadeco. At this stage of my life, I'm not looking to add piles of trendy clothes like my 12-year-old does. I don't want 20 new things. I want two incredible ones. Pieces that feel intentional. Elevated. Special. One-of-a-kind. This is where you find them. Designer labels. Beautiful fabrics. Statement pieces that no one else will be wearing -- all for a fraction of the original cost. It's the thrill of a treasure hunt, but curated so you're not digging through chaos. If you're done with fast fashion and ready to dress like a woman who knows who she is, this is your spot. Threadeco isn't just resale -- it's smart shopping. Elevated wardrobes are built here. Go before I buy everything first.

If you're on the hunt for fabulous, high-quality clothing and accessories, now is the perfect time to treat yourself. I had the pleasure of meeting Maggie, the visionary behind Threadeco, and she was not only warm and friendly but also a true leader in her field. During my visit, I had the chance to shop for outfits for a friend's pre-celebration dinner, wedding, and some other looks for exploring Sacramento, as I'm visiting from out of town. The professional staff at Threadeco were incredibly helpful, offering great recommendations and showcasing their sharp fashion sense. I ended up purchasing three dresses and an accessory, all of which I love! With Women's History Month upon us, it's inspiring to meet Maggie, who has seamlessly combined her passions for fashion, sustainability, and philanthropy into one remarkable brand. Threadeco's inventory is centered around what they call S Cubed--representing three categories of clothing: Samples, Surplus, and Seconds. To learn more about these categories, visit their mission page: https://www.threadeco.com/pages/our-mission Threadeco also supports several worthy causes, such as Glass Slipper, which helps teen women in group homes, and organizations that provide toys for kids in foster care. If you want to shop at a boutique that gives back to schools and local organizations through events, galas, and auctions, Threadeco is the place to be. I am not being compensated for this review. I genuinely believe that Maggie and her team deserve recognition for their innovative "S Cubed" approach and the positive impact they're making. XO.

The cleanest and most organized Ross I've been to. The…read morecosmetic section has products bagged up so no one can mess with it. There have been many times where I've found makeup products that I like and when I opened it, it is usually damaged and salvaged. For once I didn't struggle to go through the shoe aisle. Usually, there are shoes on the floor; easy for someone to trip and their shopping cart getting stuck. And the shoes are actually organized correctly by their shoe sizes. They are low on staffs, even during the weekend. Long lines and slow staffs. You have to be patient during checkout. I found a few work attires (decent brand name like Anne Klein) for less than $10 each, so I was super stoke. Typically, I find one item and leave, but I was lucky at this store and left with a few bags full of clothes.

This store has got to be the WORST Ross I have ever been to. And I hope it closes. The people…read morerunning this store know how to make their customers feel like criminals as they close the dressing rooms and offer only two fitting rooms at the front of the store with cameras. I, a customer that was legitimately buying something from this store, just needed a just a shirt and needed it to be a quick purchase. Ugh! Was I ever in the WRONG place. First of all they have lots of merchandise but no one is in the store. And then there's one lady and security guard holding down the fort. That's it! So I wait for the only two occupied dressing rooms to be empty-side note I never see them unoccupied. Mind you this is supposed to be a quick trip. I wait a good 5-8 minutes. Nothing. So I find a mirror and try on my clothes in front of it-thankfully I had a tank top on to try on clothes. Then I find what I was looking for, went to the cashier area and there's a line of people because no self checkouts and one person running the store. Just a barebones operation. At this point just close down because you don't staff your stores with enough employees to keep the customer happy and you treat every customer like a criminal. Who wants to shop in a store like that??
