I told her I had purchased it just yesterday and that it's impossible to know if an item is defective without trying it. Despite this, she refused to process the return. I then asked her to write her name on the receipt so I could speak to a manager or someone higher up. Instead, she wrote something unclear. This has been a very disappointing experience. Because of this, I've decided this will be my last time buying electronic items from Burlington. I can accept lower quality for the price I pay, but receiving a used or broken item is not acceptable.
