I was met with very unprofessional comments by the owner including, "My mother is the same age as your mother and all I can say is that they just get a little grouchy at that age." Seriously? What's his next comment, "Maybe it's that time of the month" for his younger clientele? Mother simply was calling for updates because no calls were initiated by the shop regarding status of the vehicle. I feel certain that had she NOT stayed on top of the progress on her own she wouldn't have had a car all weekend. Very disappointed in attitude of owner. PS - shop guys did GREAT but maybe they should find a younger owner with a higher level of education and professionalism (oops, was that snarky? -- well, I'm NOT a shop owner.)
