Despite the late hour, he responded promptly and came out to assess the situation, helping us get our water back up and running quickly. What stands out most is his honesty and transparency. Artemio goes above and beyond what you would expect from a standard assessment--he takes the time to clearly explain the issue and walks you through your options. Even when the work may fall outside his scope, he is willing to offer helpful recommendations and point you in the right direction. His professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine willingness to help make him someone I would confidently recommend to others in need of reliable service.

They were wonderful to work with, responsive, honest and diligent from scheduling to actual evaluation. Unfortunately, the work needed on the attic (mold remediation, ventilation issues, removing/installing insulation, needing a new roof or extensive roof repairs) was more economically feasible hiring an insulation company and roofing company. We really appreciated Artemio's honest assessment and advice. They are a trustworthy company and do not operate by taking on any job solely to make money. They want what's best for potential customers and customers!

After we ripped up the entire carpeted space and treated it--I wanted info from a professional to see if there was anything else that we needed to do before getting the affected slab ground down and polished. I spoke with several companies who were unhelpful over the phone or charging ridiculous fees just to come out and provide an estimate. Mathew, the owner of Puget Sound Water Rescue was timely in his responsiveness over the Yelp App (on a Sunday afternoon) and ultimately provided us the perspective and information that we needed to determine whether or not professional remediation services were warranted at this point. Ultimately we determined with his help that they were not. Despite the fact that we did not end up hiring (anyone), his knowledge, honesty, and helpfulness were 5 stars worthy. Highly recommend talking to and/or Mathew for your remediation needs!

So, when my portable AC leaked onto my flooring last night, I knew who I was going to contact. I called when they opened, and found out that he was booked for the next week. I decided to send him a message to see if there was a company he would recommend to me. He actually responded immediately and said that he'd be able to squeeze me in! You have no idea how grateful I was to hear that. He gave me two time options, and called me when he was on the way. I had no idea how much water had made its way into my flooring, so I was preparing myself for the worst. Turns out, it didn't end up being a catastrophe! Matthew used a thermal camera, and a moisture meter to inspect for moisture on the floor/subfloor and flex ducting. Once again, he was thorough at his job, and in his communication. It's difficult finding people that take pride in their work, are trustworthy, and do a great job. I've had quite a few companies do various types of jobs for me, and there are only two who I'd recommend. Mathew with Puget Sound Water Rescue is one of them!

We called several emergency water restoration companies, but Green Planet Restoration was the only one able send someone out to access our situation that day. David, our field supervisor, thoroughly inspected the damage and gave us an honest and careful outlook about the restoration process. Optimistically planning on insurance coverage, but realistically expecting denial, he made sure that all work and costs were approved by us before and throughout the insurance process. Thankfully we ended up being covered, and David helped negotiate on our behalf. Olman, our project manager, was attentive and communicative. He kept us up to date with all the work and progress, and helped us coordinate with the workers we had coming and going for several weeks. The crew working on the house was excellent, too! Giovanni walked us through the work, and helped us when we wanted to make adjustments. We made some pretty drastic changes to our spaces, installing LVP in both rooms and painting the wall and ceiling a dark color in one of them. These big upgrades were easily handled. At no point did we ever feel like we were left hanging or out of the loop. Even throughout the payment process, with several hiccups with our insurance checks, they were kind, patient, and understanding. Green Planet Restoration and their team help make a nightmare of a situation much easier to manage. Thank you to the whole team!

They communicated the process for demolition and repair and replacement very matter of factly without any drama or histrionics. The crew that came out quickly, bright and early, headed up by Olman made short work of the demolition and were very punctual and very tidy, taking great care to be clean in the rest of the room and house. The entire process of identification, demolition and cleaning was very smooth, faster than expected and well done. Highly recommended!

We scheduled an appointment two weeks out. When the day came, Dirt Monster was a no show. I called twice before finally reaching them. It was then that they realized I was scheduled for today. Rather than re-scheduling me the owner came out and did the carpet cleaning. The carpets did look better afterward but I don't believe the pre-cleaning treatment and the post cleaning scotch guarding was done. I got the feeling that he was just hurrying to get it done. On top of that I paid the full price he quoted me with all the "bells and whistles" at consultation.

(I made a point to forget his name, but he's the owner.) He doesn't even make it when he's supposed to if another job comes in, then he argues with the customer, yes he argued with me, and then tries to defend his own poor business practices. He doesn't take instruction, just does passable service to make it easier for him and his assistant to get their money. He'll even park in your driving spot, leave a dirty trail in your living space, and leave debris behind to dispose yourself and still charge for it. Luckily, RestorX, came to the rescue. They are fast, courteous, and know what to do without bothering the customer. They asked if they should take their shoes off, they asked if they wanted me to recycle my extra recycling, they explained next steps for what needed to be done, and they did everything so quickly before I even had the chance to move my car out of the way for them. They even quickly lugged their equipment around the long way so as not to disturb me as I worked from home, even if I would've been happy to do so for them. The Monster needs to learn from them. Don't pay extra to pay for Dirt Monster's branded van. RestorX doesn't have the prettiest company van, but they're far faster, far better and far more professional than Dirt Monster will ever be.
